I started brushing my teeth with those items to whiten my teeth. It works slowly put you can see results in two days... but it also helps if you have black gums. cause my top gums were black but I notice after I started brushing with my mix (baking soda, hydrogen peroxide .03%, toothpaste, and water) after a few days 95% of the black on my gums were gone. You have to make sure you do it twice a day like your supposed to.
