Vitamin C is great for adrenal issues. Lemons are high in vitamin C so I use 1/2 in water first thing in the morning and before bed. I also use ginseng which seems to help as well. I use the liquid ginseng that you drink with a straw, they are very small viles that you get at the Health Food Store. B vitamins are also critical and I use the liquid multivitamin which contains all of the B's!
