Hi, Not sure this is landing in right place as I hit the ask question button in Borax area.
I accidentally took too much borax solution. I was taking my 1 tsp dose for my first dose of day. It was the 1 tsp dissolved in the one later water method where you take only one to two tsp per day....
And don't ask me why I am thinking because my stress levels so high and brains don't think right kind of situation.. When I say stressed out I mean I put eggs in the freezer and completely non thinking.
Instead of drinking water right after my tsp to get rid of taste. I took sip of the solution. It was not a huge drink but a sip. I realized my brain stupidity. And took activated charcoal within the hour. I took 550mg.
Am drinking large amounts of water because of the charcoal to help it and not become dehydrated.
I tried to force myself to get sick before deciding charcoal but it did not work.
No rude comments from anyone. I'm stressed because in a ----- country with ----- doctors and doing this helped with severe pain that useless doctors don't fix by taking care of my auto immune diseases. Those immune issues cause brain fog, and stress from flares, and added to that I only think of ways to get myself back to civilization out of this country I'm stuck in. Apparently not a good mix.
Other than that This stuff has been a miracle for me because I have been able to drop all my pregabalin pain pills of maximum dose three times a day which only removed partial pain and still left me immobile from pain.
After this I am ditching the solution and just purchasing the boron pills so no chance of error like this.
Anything else I can do? Or is this good enough? I'm still waiting for the side effects. Unless I took charcoal in time. It's now been two hours since I took the solution.

I wouldn't worry too much about the borax--you didn't get all that much, even if you did take a swig of the solution instead of the spoonful. Just watch out better next time. I'd much rather take the solution than buy the capsules, you can fine tune your dose better. Even if you had taken the entire liter I don't think you would have had a too bad reaction.
