What Supplements Can Help Absence of Thyroid Gland?

Hello I am hoping to find some help on this. My mother had her thyroid removed in 2004 because it was suspicious for follicular cancer. I am wondering what kind of supplements or things she can take naturally to help her. She is currently on .125 of levothyroxine daily.
