I would like some guidance to find a remedy for my stomache issues . I get intense pains in my upper abdomen . I have a mix of constipation and diarrhea ( not runny just soft ) I also have bloating. I did take Aloe Juice today and noticed it did soothe the area but pain is coming back. Relief is needed. I want to cure this problem. Thanks.
