Questions About MSM for Gastric and Gastric Ulcer

Posted By Sal (Midwest) on 01/19/2017

I've just learned that I have gastritis & a gastric ulcer. The doc put me on nexium. Can I take msm instead? I've done a search and, at times, someone will mention their gerd getting better. Gastritis is inflammation & msm helps inflammation, right? Another msm question--I read about msm and detox. Does this mean it loosens your bowels or something else. (In my world, 'detox' means diarrhea and I already have ibsd). I've ordere the organic msm powder and it should arrive tomorrow. Please suggest to me how to take it so I can avoid ppi's. Thanks.
