Hi all,
I’ve checked the site for cholesterol lowering remedies, however, they seem to be older posts. My situation is two-fold. First, my husband had a mild stroke a week ago, nonetheless it was still a stroke. He has AFIB which we thought was under control. We learned his cholesterol was slightly elevated as was his BP. I have him taking Magnesium Taurate for the high BP and is working but am stumped on how to lower the cholesterol.
The second issue is my personal cholesterol levels which are sky high as a result of being hypothyroid. In this case, while my LDL is off the charts so are my HDL levels which is a good thing.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
