Please had treated this sinus infection some years ago with Lemon, grape and orange successfully and of course with antibiotics. In the last three months it has re-occurred and I'm trying to use Apple Cider Vinegar without baking soda because I'm not sure of the baking soda around me. Can I combine taking antibiotics now? Can I get better guide to managing myself out of this infection please. I also feel stress triggers off this situation in me. Thanks
