I am consuming water kefir for the past 6 months and don't see a great improvement in the BG level. After reading your post I feel this may happen because I am taking the water kefir in the middle of the day and not in empty stomach.
1. Can I take "Water Kefir" instead of Milk Kefir?
2. How long should I not take any other food or medicine after taking water kefir?
