Bar of Soap (place in water, and when wet, rub on feet) I walk a lot and I had the worst tingling, prickly feeling and pain in my feet lately, and a stubbed toe! I think I overused them in the heat too. I could hardly walk, it felt like I was walking on sharp glass! I remembered a bar of soap has something in it, that helps restless leg syndrome, so I decided to try rubbing a wet bar of soap on my feet all over (dunk the soap in water and keep it wet so it rubs on easily). I took a couple ibuprofin too, after rubbing the soap on my feet! My feet felt soooo much better! I couldn't believe it! It's worth a try! I used Coconut Dial soap. You may have to reapply it after awhile too.
