My son experienced vicious leg cramps after football practices. The coaches started providing dill pickle juice along with water. They would encourage the athletes to drink a half glass if they had cramps. Recently, I have had leg cramps at night. I now have a glass of pickle juice by my bed. After drinking 1/4-1/2 glass, the leg cramps go away.

Pickle juice is miraculous for leg, foot, or hand cramps

Pickle juice works within seconds whenever I have muscle cramps in my legs, feet, or hands. I couldn't believe it when one of my friends recommended it but it has never failed to work.

My combination may be of help to sore throat sufferers as well as people having leg cramps. I have always liked dill pickle juice and, as chance would have it, I was suffering from leg cramps when I took 5 gulps of juice. Lo and behold, my cramps went away. I now make my own dill pickles that uses cayenne pepper in the recipe. I am currently working on a concoction that includes elderberrys, garlic, honey, cayenne, vinegar, as my base. Any input would be appreciated.

Dill pickle recipe:
3 cups water
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup pickling salt
1 clove garlic
1 or 2 cayenne peppers
1 tsp. dry dill
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

A horrific shoulder cramp awakened me in the middle of the night on Thursday.' The knot was visible in the mirror.' Trying to knead it out made me nauseous. I used hot. I used cold. The pain abated somewhat during the day on Friday but returned full force in the middle of the night. Tonight I was again awakened because of the severity of the pain. Additionally I felt what seemed like a muscle cramp in my chest. I wondered if I were having a heart attack. The pain in my chest and shoulder was so bad I would have gone to the emergency room if I had health insurance. I found your site. I did not have any apple cider vinegar but I did have a jar of dill pickles. I drank some of the juice about 20 minutes ago. Incredible. The pain in my shoulder and chest is gone! After more than 48 hours of stomach churning pain, a swig of pickle juice has made it go away. My deepest gratitude for your site.

Pickle juice cured my leg cramps - immediately! I have been having severe leg cramps (mainly at night) for months. They wake me up many times each night.Tonight, as I was watching TV,the cramps came on hard. I decided to get on internet to look for a cure. I eventually came upon pickle juice and decided to try it because I had some in the refrigerator and I like the taste.I poured a small glass (4 ounces of sweet pickle juice) and drank it.I sat down to watch TV again and the cramps were gone. It is hard for me to believe that pickle juice would work so fast and so well, but it did.I just poured another glass and put it on my bedside table to use in case the' leg cramps return tonight. Shall let you know what happens!

Dill pickle juice cured my severe leg mucle spasms following knee replacement surgury. I found one site that said the pickle juice gives us acitic acid. Whatever it does, it worked almost instantaneously. I would like to find another way to stop the spasms, there is not a lot to do with bottles of pickle without the juice. Eating just the pickle does not give the same relief.
