Thanks Ted, I started taking 240 iu's of Vit E oil (liquid) and 400 mg's of Magnesium Citrate. I'm not sure if I'm even in perimenopause let alone menopause, no hot flashes, but just didnt feel right. It really has helped! I feel better, and sleep all through the night. Now I've suffered with Chronic fatigue in the passed and still suffering in the sense that now when I try to get off gluten for 3 months, I feel so lethargic & full of malaise that I started eating it again. If I over exercise, I'm in bed for 4 days. I need to lose 65 pounds and am at a loss as to what to do.

Any suggestions?
