Prayer, Ocean Sounds, Phone Ringer Off!

I am a light sleeper and it shows on my face! (dark circles, deep creases, etc). So...In addition to prayer, I started turning my telephone ringer off (I figure God will wake me if something is really wrong). Also, I recently tried sleeping with ocean sounds playing on my clock radio. I love it! I am sleeping better, but am looking for a really deep sleep...any ideas?
