This is a followup to the above post. The bloody discharge continued so I went to a doc who ordered a mammogram, although I didn't want to do that. The mammo showed a growth and a biopsy was done that showed malignancy. I opted for surgery.

Prior to surgery, I had a series of IV vitamin C treatments along with hydrogen peroxide therapy at home. My other doc advised me to take fractionated pectin powder (modified citrus pectin) before the biopsy to prevent stray cancer cells from doing harm, which I did. The results of the unilateral mastectomy showed that the malignancy had not spread to the outer edges and the one affected lymph node was encapsulated. The surgeon removed 20 lymph nodes as well as the breast. The hospital reported that tests showed that I DID NOT need chemotherapy! I am now taking a hormone pill to supposedly prevent a recurrence.

I give credit to the vitamin C IV treatments, citrus pectin and hydrogen peroxide for the very favorable outcome.
