Today is my second day using the apple cider vinegar. Yesterday I drank a tablespoon diluted in some water, and took a bath with apple cider vinegar. This morning I drank it again, applied diluted mix to my rash and tonight I'll take another bath. I follow all this with aquafor and castor oil. It looks worse and I'm just so disappointed.... everyone here seems to have instant success and mine is still angry and painful. My eczema is severe so maybe it just takes time.....
