About Ted from Bangkok, Thailand

Parhatsathid Nabadalung, aka Ted, from Bangkok, Thailand

June 2, 2021 update

From 2003 to 2015, Ted from Bangkok, Thailand, was one of the top contributors on Earth Clinic, helping thousands of people worldwide recover from debilitating diseases. Tragically, the famous Ted had a massive stroke in 2015 and could not correspond with the many Earth Clinic readers seeking his help after that.

We were in constant contact with Ted's sister for a few years after his stroke. However, a couple of years ago, she stopped corresponding with us.

Three weeks ago, one of Ted's old clients from Australia flew into Bangkok and sent Earth Clinic an email telling us he was going to see if he could visit Ted and find out how he was doing.

We told "J." that we had not heard from Ted's lovely sister Nok since the summer of 2018, despite many attempts at contacting her. Emails, texts, and Skype phone calls all went unreturned.

 J. had the concierge in his hotel call Ted's home phone number. After a few attempts, a woman in her 50s finally picked up and proceeded to tell the concierge in Thai that Ted was remarried, had two children, and was living in Bali and working in a massage clinic.

When the concierge asked the woman for Ted's phone number in Bali, she refused to give it to him.

Anyone who knows what Ted went through with two massive brain aneurysms will know this is impossible. When we last heard from Ted's sister in 2018, Ted was completely bedridden, living at his mother's house, and had two full-time nurses looking after him.

Ted's client then was able to get ahold of Ted's friend Lux, who was Ted's best man at his wedding in 2015, who now lives in Bali and works as a massage therapist at a local holistic client.  Lux told J. he had not received news of Ted in a few years.

A number of people we know from Ted's circle have tried to contact Nok and her husband Barry in the past two weeks but have not received any reply. They have simply dropped off the map.

We have sadly come to the conclusion that Ted may have passed away a couple of years ago and that his sister did not want to upset our community by telling us.  We are very sorry to give you this news.

We will update you immediately if anything changes and we hear from a family member.

We asked Ted in 2006 to tell us a little bit more about himself and his background. This was his reply.

08/05/2006: Ted writes, "Was born in Bangkok, Thailand but studied in the U.S. from 1965-1981, in more than 25 high schools, and four different colleges and universities, and also further pursued undergraduate and graduate in two more countries majoring in arts, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, computer, and business, before settling down in the field of computers.

My hobby is in the area of health and health research, where funding mostly comes from part-time teaching in computer auditing and computer maintenance. You can say I spend more time in my hobby then I do with my work!

Early interests in medicine was a bit unusual for me. When I was about 2 1/2 years old, I learned that coal tar products can be used to treat cancer. I could not possibly be born if it hadn't been for my mother's craving for oranges (yes vitamin C is a cure for miscarriage and she ate by the bushels!), as she already had two miscarriages previously.

My father first met my mother, believe it or not, from his lifetime persistent sinus condition, where radiation therapy (radium) didn't work. He was was cured from just taking one month's large dose of vitamin C, from some other patient my mother met who said it cured his sinus.

You can say that if it hadn't been for vitamin C, my mother would not have met my father, and my mother would have also suffered miscarriage and I wouldn't have been born! And my first interests in any vitamin was also vitamin C with publication of Linus Pauling on vitamin C and the common cold! Funny thing about vitamin C is that a couple of years ago, at about aged 43, I was having white hair but I was AGAIN cured by vitamin C with a little help from vitamin B complex.

It was not until sometime around 1973 where a major epidemic of the flu in Texas while going on vacation that I was afflicted with flu that I learned that zinc was a cure and that sugar caused the flu to get worse, especially drinking coke, or anything sweet. It lead me to conclude of acidity problems that I first started to use sodium bicarbonate to treat this problem based on indirect references by Edgar Cayce. That early interest caused me to pursue research as a hobby from 1971 at age about 13 years old and thereafter, I was able a year or so to read about three times the entire book, Reader's Digest Family Medicine (can't remember the exact title), and also read Prevention Magazine.

I also pursued with great interest in the early 1970s before Sandy and Pearson, on vitamin E and vitamin C as well as zinc. Most of my practice stems on this early use of baking soda, zinc, magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin E during that period. Today I am now pursuing simple chemicals as basis for antibiotics as a more safer forms, as well magnetic therapies, electromedicine, scalar technologies, sound therapies, water energy transfer, vibrational medicine, and various other modalities as a treatment for many potentially fatal diseases. Most of the time I spend is answering emails on health questions.

Right now (2006) I am doing hands on experiments such as creating stem cells inside your body using low level electricity, mineral, and nutrients instead of the more expensive highly political stem cells currently in used as a method to treat brain damage and other conditions of old age (senescence). This method of creating stem cells is also infinitely cheaper then the current form of treatment in used."

We need to track him down. He has done so much for us. Can we get him trending? Maybe the media will find him and do an interview. Start Googleing "Ted from Bangkok EarthClinic". Tweet about him. Get his name on every platform you can.

Thanks EC.

Over the years, I have read accounts of doctors, nurses, and healers successfully using "natural forms" of treating disease and illness being "disappeared" or dying mysteriously. Is it possible that something more sinister would explain the lack of information about Ted and his family?

I was sorry to read the story about Ted, but it was nice to know. It's sometimes very peculiar to some, how people respond to life. I can't imagine his family being as malicious it would have been if they purposely held his surmised death to hurt us. They would then be doing what they thought was best. We all want that. We then must accept it from all. We all don't see the world the same way. Peace to you, Ted, as you live on in your legacy.

I am so thankful for Ted, Earth Clinic archiving his email responses and for continuing to look into what has happened with Ted, (Parhatsathid Nabadalung).

He remains in our minds, in our thoughts, and in our hearts. I do miss him and believe if there's no response from his sister or family it's probably due to intervention. I know eventually we will find out.

Maybe the sister is still getting some monetary support from Ted's old clients for his medical costs and she does not want the money to dry out.. and hence keeps the details under wraps?

My comments are that I feel gratitude for and admire with much appreciation, the contribution this site has given to people on this earth; the information about alternatives that we can choose for our own health. In addition, we must all accept responsibility for our own due diligence in researching our own conditions.

I also am very interested to know about Ted and his condition, if he is well, and hope that he is being looked after.

Thank you, and kindest regards.

EC: Hi,

We tried calling Ted's home a couple of weeks ago. No one picked up. Then sent a text message to his sister Nok's cell phone. No reply. The last time Nok posted on her Facebook account was in the fall of 2019. We'll keep trying. Concerned to say the least.

EC: Hi Patricia,

Unfortunately, we haven't heard from Ted's sister in a very long time now, despite our attempts to get ahold of her via email and Skype phone and text She used to update EC regularly, so something might have happened. We hope someone in Bangkok can find out and let us know how he is doing.

EC: Hi Nicole,

Unfortunately, we have not had an update from Ted's sister Nok in 1.5 years, which is very unusual. We wrote, texted and Skype called her, but received no response. We hope he is okay. We will post as soon as we get an update from someone who knows him.

Is Nok ok? Why was he "taken away" to a "nursing home"? Against his will? They don't do natural remedies in homes. What happened to him? I remember reading that he wasn't well but there were no details. Why is remedies did not work this time? His sister does not reply... is she ok or part of this coup? I now see right column he was ARRESTED? WTH?? I mean that's Thailand, NOT Burma! :-/

How very sad to hear Ted is being taken away. His protocol of sodium bicarbonate and lemon etc along with his mix of turmeric, ginger etc to sort out acid reflux etc has made such a huge difference to my life, I couldn't even start to thank him enough. He is clearly a very generous and wise soul and will be greatly missed on this site. I hope he finds good medicines and peace in the countryside and I will bless his name with every meal I eat! What a wonderful person he must be. May he receive all the earth blessings possible to help him recover.

I feel sorry for Ted, that he is being shifted from Bangkok to up north. All said and done, Bangkok will have better medical facilities than any place in the up north, and God forbid if any emergency comes up, he will again have to be brought to Bangkok.

Can't there be a way that Ted's care can be given to his mother and sister. I am shocked, that the person who gave his life in treating unknown people, has to go through this kind of harassment in the hands of one person. There should be some way out. I am sorry I have used strong words, but I feel hurt the way things are coming up. Surely he deserves better love and care from every body around him. I pray for him and wish him all the Luck to get out of this problem and start writing on the Earth Clinic.

With lots and lots of Love

Hi everyone,

Here's the email I sent out yesterday to all our e-newsletter subscribers in case you didn't see it. I tried to call Nok last night and again this morning at about 7pm Bangkok time, but wasn't able to talk to her. It's now 10:30pm in Bangkok and Ted will be leaving in the morning.

EC's IN box has at least 400 emails in it for Ted at the moment that I have been sending to Nok, one at a time.

-------------------------

*Last Chance to Send a Message to Ted*

Dear Earth Clinic Members,

Thank you so much for all your loving prayers for Ted the past few weeks. I believe they made a world of difference. I am sorry I was unable to update everyone with specific details about what was happening -- I did not have permission to do so. Describing the horrible situation in a public email might have endangered him further. Ted will be leaving for a new state nursing home on February 11th and after 2 months, he will be going to live with his wife's parents in another province. This may be one of the last chances you have to send Ted a message, so please quickly respond to this email with any messages to him. We will forward it to his sister Nok so she can read it to him before he leaves. She told me he cries when she reads to him your emails of gratitude and love.

After meeting him in September for the first time, I can tell you that he is one of the kindest, gentlest and most self-sacrificing of men. He cares only for the well being of others.

-------------

Last email from Nok:

Dear Deirdre,

Ted has already had about 7 Physical Therapy sessions and several acupuncture sessions. He will be in the state operated nursing home in a few days ( February 11th onwards ) and he will be there for about 2 months. Sadly, after his 2 months of being in the state operated nursing home, Tina is planning to take Ted to her parents' home in her home village province where she says Ted will stay there permanently with her parents and relatives. She feels that the the upcountry weather and Ted being surrounded by her parents and many relatives will help Ted to be better. She says that the medical services in upcountry provinces is cheap, unlike the medical services in Bangkok, which is very expensive. Mother prefers Ted to be at home with her, but Tina is insistent that Ted has to be with her parents in her upcountry home village province. Mother explained to Tina that even though it is true that upcountry medical services are cheap, it is not as professional and the medical equipment in the upcountry hospitals are not as complete as the hospitals in Bangkok. Tina told Mother that the fresh upcountry weather will be good for Ted, and she doesn't want to spend a lot of money for medical care/ treatments for Ted.

Warm Regards,

Nok

Ted is a beautiful shining soul who has single handedly helped hundreds, likely even thousands, of people. Karma should dictate that this wonderful man receive only blessings and the good will that he has given to all of us. Ted has given of himself and of his knowledge and shared them with people he would never hope to meet and did so freely and willingly, and improved the quality of the lives of so many others. God Bless you, Ted. Your soul is bright and shiny because you have helped so many. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have given. I know that you will receive your rewards in Heaven, but I also dearly hope you can find physical comfort and healing while you're still down here with us.

Dear Ted.

I don't know if you will get this message, but I wanted to post something here for you.

I used to look at your website years ago, and recently found it again. You have a wonderful talent for helping people, and I even read of a man who was at the point of suicide who found your remedy for skin mites. He used it successfully and I'm sure he was so grateful. In fact I'm sure there are hundreds and hundreds who are!

I'm also a health professional and I know how difficult it can be to have a serious condition yourself, when we are used to giving the healing advice. There are many of us praying for you, so please remember that from all over the world we believe you will overcome.

Don't give up, and keep positive that you will get well.
