Apple Cider Vinegar for Weight Loss

- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 Teaspoons
- Water - 16 Ounces
Even when taking apple cider vinegar (ACV) for entirely different reasons, people often report losing weight with no other change than adding ACV to their diets.
Two options: First option, mix 2 teaspoons of ACV in 16 ounces of water that you'll sip throughout the day. You will be keeping your pH in an alkalized state by sipping this highly diluted dosage. Usually 1-2 tall glasses of the concoction are all you'll need each day.
Second option, take the ACV tonic three times a day with mealsÂ—one teaspoon of ACV in a large glass of water. Increase the amount of ACV to 1-2 tablespoons per glass as your body tolerates it.
