Root Vegetables & Kefir Help An Overactive Bladder

I had overactive bladder for years, having to get up 10 or 20 times each night to pee. I began eating root vegetables and Keifer and I can make it through the night! I dice the vegetables — turnip, rutabaga, carrot, potato, sweet potato, apple, parsnip, Jerusalem artichoke (sometimes called a sunchoke & the best for gut flora), watermelon radish, celery root, etc. I put them in a ziplock bag w olive oil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, basil, sea salt & shake up. I put on 2 trays in over at 400 for about an hour. They are so good! I read they feed your gut flora. I eat about a half cup with lunch & with dinner. I drink the store bought Keifer made from A2 grass fed cows first thing in morning & before bed. My theory is that if you get the gut flora right it will normalize your weight & heal diseases. I also noticed I sleep so much better.
