  Melatonin Lotion Question for Art

Hi Dawna,

I just used Cetaphil because it has been around for a long time and is readily available, but I think most lotions will work. Be sure to completely dissolve the melatonin in the gin before adding the lotion to the bottle.

I would try a parasite cleanse as soon as possible! Something like ParaFy Parasite Cleanse and or ivermectin and or fenbendazole.

In my experience, Himalayan salt is more harm than good. A) Whenever I use Himalayan salt, I get a dry eye. B) Also in my experience, there is no dry eye, whenever I avoid the intake of Himalayan salt. C) Also in my experience, I have no dry eye ever since I have switched from Himalayan salt to refined sea salt from Italy.

I hope this will help somebody!

How can I use Borax to treat Fleas in Dogs and cats? Bathing? I would do love to know as I do not like to use the horrible and very toxic over the counter Flea treatments sold in Pet shops. My cat had a major reaction to the spot on neck treatment which burnt his skin where I had applied it.. days later the patch of hair had fallen out. I have 2 American Bulldogs with active Fleas and would love to also prevent the flea eggs from hatching and stopping the cycle

6 grams of mastic gum a day to start. Pain will be 50% less by next day. Taper downward to 5.5 grams day two, 5 grams day 3,4.5 grams day 4, and so on.
DMSO 15-20 drops on cotton ball with edible iodine supplement 2 drops and apply cotton ball to fistula opening. Replace frequently every day. Pain will be almost gone by day 2. Keep applying every day with paper towel folded several times over top of cotton ball and DMSO on paper towel too. Do not soak the paper towel just 10 drops or so of DMSO. Do this until fistula closes. When fistula closes keep applying for 10 days and continue mastic gum 1gram daily.

I was very hopeful that this product from Out Of The Box was available but found very quickly that it is not! They wrote me back and said they don't have that product. I was pretty upset about that.

Re: Leg Pain After Drinking Coffee and Caffeinated Drinks

Here's separating the truth from myths in the post:

Truth:

Leg pain at night: This can be a symptom of superficial vein thrombosis (blood clots in near-surface veins).

Varicose veins: These can worsen leg pain and swelling.

Swelling improves with elevation: This is a common sign of leg swelling due to various reasons, including vein issues.

Certain foods might help: While not a proven treatment, staying hydrated and eating a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables can be beneficial for circulation.

Smoking cessation: Quitting smoking is always a good idea for overall health, including circulation.

Myth:

Aspirin and coffee cause superficial vein clots: There's no direct link between occasional aspirin and coffee consumption causing clots. However, long-term high doses of aspirin can increase bleeding risk.

Birth control causes superficial vein clots: Certain birth control pills can increase the risk, but it's a small increase for most healthy women.

Lack of bicarbonates causes superficial vein clots: There's no evidence to support this.

Psyllium fiber with baking soda is a fix: While psyllium fiber can promote gut health, there's no scientific proof it directly addresses superficial clots. Mixing it with baking soda might not be the most pleasant solution either.

Uncertain:

Coffee causing leg pain: While not a direct cause of clots, caffeine can be a vasoconstrictor, meaning it narrows blood vessels. This might theoretically worsen leg pain in some individuals, but more research is needed.

Trampoline is another word for rebounder. To get the effects of a rebounder, you don't even have to jump. You need to move up and down.

FYI - nicotine is niacin. the nicotine in tobacco was renamed so it could be demonized.

A little niacin with a little diatomaceous earth for the small amount of bioavailable silica it contains that is needed to facilitate niacin uptake is plenty.

The body possesses its very own nicotine/niacin handling system.

If I had to guess, I'd say that a little diatomaceous earth would provide more than enough silica, making up for soil depletion, to make the niacin in modern nutrient-starved food more available to the body.

It's not difficult to understand that the vegetables purchased today are nothing like the vegetables purchased 50 years ago. Some only barely even qualify as food.

Grated organic potato poultice eye mask. No herbs or oils or any additives. Just the potato. Grate it up onto the middle of a full sized papertowel, fold one long side over, then the other side then the ends. Make two and put them over the eyes with the single layer of the bundle on the eyelid. It's quite a bit bigger than your eye but you want it all around the eye, as well. Put an eye mask over it and take a nap.

Or, if you want, you can mix activated charcoal with a little olive oil so that it's super black and smear some on the eyelid and around the eyes and put on some big sunglasses, if you want.

Swelling is easy. Potato or charcoal - without anything else. If you add other stuff to it, it will either take longer or it just won't work. First things first, with swelling: Get the swelling down and the infection/inflammation out. You don't need all that other crap but if you just can't help yourself, then wait until you get the swelling down and any infection that might be hiding in it out. No "medicine" required.

The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF) helped fund a study using nicotine patches on people with PD and the study found nicotine patches to be less effective than placebo as discussed here :

https://evidence.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/EVIDoa2200311#:~:text=Epidemiologic studies show that smokers, progression in early Parkinson's disease

Here is a relevant quote from the study :

' One-year transdermal nicotine treatment did not slow progression in early Parkinson's disease. (Funded by the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and others; ClinicalTrials.gov number, NCT01560754; EudraCT number, 2010-020299-42.) '

Although the above study showed no ability for nicotine patches to slow disease progression in people with early stage PD, there are anecdotal reports suggesting it may help improve certain symptoms.

There is currently no cure for PD, but there are medications and supplements that can help alleviate some symptoms. PD is a very complex disease in which the cause is still undiscovered. Medications are not thought to slow disease progression, but given the activities of some supplements, they show potential to slow disease progression through reduction of oxidative stress, inflammation and antiapoptotic effects.

Ty Nicole for sharing what helped your son. My son also has OCD and has extreme anxiety. I have only been able to find the krill oil with 2 mg of the Astanxanthan, but will be using it and the vitamins D. I am so thankful for this site where people can share what has helped them with different health issues. This site is my first go to when ailments etc. come up.

Thank you so much, this remedy worked for me! After a couple months of suffering my doctor ran two tests one was stool test for C.diff test and H pylori test both were negative. My naturopathic thinks tests are not always accurate. Since Mayo Clinic found 80% of initial diagnosis is INCORRECT it is possible test is wrong. I started trying different things and the Two Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar before bed, Two ounces Aloe Vera juice throughout the day and drinking lemon water with pinch of salt worked great . I added one supplement which is sulforaphane it is basically broccoli sprouts concentrate this is a very POTENT against h.pylori. I bought one that had broccoli sprouts and mustard seed in it. I took a pill four times a day.
