Natural Cures for Throat Issues

If you can't breath call 911. This is for when you can still breath but there is an annoying pill or vitamin or food stuff in throat.

If you get a vitamin stuck in your throat there is a way to dislodge it.

1. Stick your finger in the exact same location of the throat where the vitamin is stuck. Apply Pressure to the spot with a single finger.
2. At the same time place a large amount of water in mouth.
3. Keep pressure on area of throat where vitamin is stuck, and then swallow the water in several gulps.

I've used this twice and it has popped the stuck vitamin from the pouch in my throat.
