Lemon Juice and Olive Oil   243  35

Posted by Jerry (Grand Rapids, Michigan) on 06/23/2009

[YEA]  YEA, it works!!!! I've been in constant pain for 2 weeks, w/ one trip to the ER as I couldn't keep anything down, Not even pain killers. I've been scared that it was too big to pass, as I was told it is 3 cm, about 1". Called today and found it's 3 mm, about 1/8". Nurse had "misspoke" the size while reading the CT report. So I tried to pass/dissolve w/ this formula. I started at midnight as I could take the pain no longer.

I took the 2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil blended w/ 2 oz Fresh Lemon juice @ room temp. {it blended nice & smooth} Went DOWN OK & stayed w/ only a mild feeling of nausea. So I laid down to let it work drinking small sips of warm water to clear the oily taste from my mouth. After 15/20 minutes I felt a "warm" feeling go thru my kidneys and the PAIN started to dispel. In one hour the pain was GONE. At 1:30 I could stay awake no longer & went to sleep. The first time I slept thru till morning in weeks, PAIN FREE.

Breakfast as usual, oatmeal w/ honey & cinamon, was really enjoyed w/o the pain. Noon that day I really had to pee Bad and I caught a small white "thing" about 1.5 mm. Soft thing that I squished into the strainer. Stone ??? I don't know. BUT the terrible Pain is Gone!!!! I said "terrible" I am NOT pain free. It feels like I have been "Roto rooted" thruout the kidney area. Probably from that "thing" pulling free for weeks. SOOO, I will take another "dose" of Extra Virgin Olive Oil tonight just to make sure. It will be 48 hour since the first set as I find it hard to believe this can be healthy doing very often. (though if the PAIN came back I might do it oftener}

THANKS for the website and tips.

Hints:: Fresh Squeezed Lemons may have properties the are helpful. Everything at Room Temp makes it go down easier and stay down. {microwave may change propeties} Brisk Blend & Drink from the blender & it goes down easy. One Gulp and don't hold in your mouth.

Room temp. water helps keeps it down, cold water may spasm stomach & bring it up. I took this on an empty stomach!??? May have worked better, faster ???? I'm a fair size person 200#, 2 0z worked for me, you may need more or less per size??? I have Galbladder stones and they stayed strangely quiet thru the cure ???? Now, 36 hrs into the cure they are starting to rumble again. Hence, 2nd time around cure encouragement, maybe, just maybe it'll help them. Will I do this again??? YES daily if necessary!!! If you are in PAIN try it !!!!!!

[YEA]  I am 25 and have had kidney stones since I was 18. I recently had a urinary tract infection for which I was taking antibiotics. Well, a week after I was done with the medicine, I felt some similar symptoms coming back. I thought it was just another UTI. The next day I started having pain in my lower back on the left side. Of course, having kidney stones, I knew what was to come. I had lost my job the week earlier, thinking my insurance had been cancelled, I went online to see if there was a home remedy I could try. Then, I found this website. Of course, I was thinking there was no way this could work, but after reading one success story after another, I thought I would at least give it a try. I mixed 2 oz of lemon juice with 2 oz of extra virgin olive oil together with a wisk, then poured it into a shot glass so it would be easier to drink. I had to hold my nose to drink it, and the after taste was horrible. I didn't have a stomach ache like a lot of people had said. I continued to have some slight pain in my back. I took some ibuprofen and that helped while I was waiting (and hoping) for the lemon juice to work it's magic. That was 2 days ago. This morning I woke up, feeling much better than I have in the past couple of days. I went to the bathroom for my morning pee, but it was just normal. About an hour later, I was taking a shower and washing the privates, and felt something rolling around.(I know it sounds gross) I looked at it and it looked like a little brown stone. I made sure to save it, and after I got out of the shower and got online to see what they actually looked like. I had never actually seen the ones I pased before. It looked exactly like the pictures. I am a firm believer that the lemon juice and olive oil worked for me. I will deffinetely be using this from now on. I still had a small bit of pain, but nothing like what is usually accompanied by the passing of a kidney stone. This really does work, I am so glad I found this site.

[YEA]  Lemon Juice & Olive oil:

Last week I had trouble urinating. I had to go frequently but little came out. About every 2 min. I waited the night through and woke up with a pain in my lower back. I went through the day with tylonol and searched for the closest clinic late that night. They were all closed except for the E.R. I chose to wait it out till morning. I again woke up with excruciating pain in my lower back and side as well as lower abdominal pain. I also was still having trouble urinating properly. I went into the doctor and did lab work on my urine. The doctor said that I definatly have kidney stones with all the symptoms that I had. I don't have health care so I elected to not get the CT scan done therefore I do not know the quantity or size of my stones. He gave me oxycodones for pain and I would have to pass them on my own. The pain killers worked wonders during the painful experience but it had been nine days and only blood had come out. I then started to read this article about home remedies. I seen that everyone on here or atleast about 85% of the people had success from the lemon and olive oil. So I mixed up 2oz. of lemon juice and 2oz. of olive oil and poured about half of it in a shot glass and took it down. I had pain still for about five hours and a new stomach pain that was in a new place and it hurt really bad now too. After five hours the pain all went away and I was just waitng till it came back like it had all ten days. I went through the night without pain and finally in the morning when I woke up that is when the pain had been the worst I had none. That was today and I am amazed by how it worked that I am still waiting for the pains to kick back in. But for now I am so happy I found this site.

Thanks so much for everone who posts their feedback it really gave me the courage to test my skepisism. I hope that I am cured. Thanks!

Just wondering if this lemon juice olive oil mixture would work for gallbladder problems. Does anyone have any info on that?

Yes it WORKS!

I had an MRI done and it showed Gall stones and my Doc was ready to remove them. I was very skeptical about the lemon juice and olive oil. But it worked, you can see emerald green stones.

Start in the morning and drink lot of apple juice (softens the stones so they can pass). Don't eat meat or any fat. Eat only fruit and vegetables. It is recommended not to eat anything after 2:00p.m.

At 6:00p.m.:
Add 1 Tbsp. of Epsom salt to an 8 oz. glass of water and drink. (I add cranberry-apple juice to cut the metallic flavor.)

At 8:00p.m.:
Repeat the Epsom salt and water drink.

10:00p.m.:
Add 1/2 Cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice to 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil. Drink and go to bed. Lay on your right side with you knees tucked (fetal position). Stay in bed as long as possible.

In the morning:
Repeat the Epsom salt and water drink. You will have diarrhea somtime during the day after your flush. Look in your stool and you can see them.

After cleanse:
eat simple after the cleanse- like potato, chicken noodle soup etc. but no fried foods.
This was an answer to my prayers and a God send. Hope it helps.

[BETTER BUT WITH SIDE EFFECTS]  Hi- I'd like to give a "Yeah" on this 2 oz. lemon juice and 2 oz.olive oil thing with a severe caution and possible correction. I was past 48 hours of a horrible kidney stone case and so I found this home remedy on the 3rd evening. As soon as I mixed 4 ounce mixture and drank it I felt really 'full'. Later it became kind of gaseous and horrible and after 1 or 1 1/2 hrs I deliberately 'expelled' the rest of this heavy mixture. The "Yeah" part is that the next morning when I woke up the kidney stone was gone, thank goodness!! But, I was left with 2 days of the worst stomach you could possibly imagine and 'expelled' more of this heavy mixture here and there on it's own. So how about backing off to 1 or 2 TBS of each, instead of oz? Please be careful as the remedy was just about as bad as the condition and I felt it my deed to warn you as I wouldn't wish as stomach ache like this on my worst enemy, if I had one!

Have had terrible pain in back for 3 months - even went to ER one night but since I was having gastritis/reflux problems they didn't bother to look at my kidneys. Fast forward 3 months and went to Dr for what I believed was a urinary tract infection. Dr did an ultra sound and a CT scan. Sure enough 4 stones lit up. He told me to go home and drink as much water as possible and it would take 2 weeks to pass them. Luckily I found this web site and began the olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon which I followed with a lot of water. Within 5 days I had delivered the stones with NO PAIN. After delivering them I took them out of the strainer and put them in a jar. I didn't think they were the stones because I expected them to be dark but they were an off white color. I stuck my finger in the jar and with my fingernail I pressed on one. It was soft!!! I thought, this can't be a stone - I've alway heard they are hard. Well, I left the lid off the jar and in the morning they were as hard as hard as a rock.

As a side light to this experience I have found that the burning in my stomach (gastritis) returned when I stopped the olive oil and lemon. I went back to taking it today and I'm not burning. I will see if it works tomorrow and the next day. Now I'm wondering if my stomach is not producing enough acid and the lemon juice is fixing that matter. Time will tell.

Thank you for this web site as my experience with my kidney stones was not painful. I would like to handle this gastritis with something as easy as lemon and olive oil. Right now my doctor prescribed a medication that I looked up and it does liver damage and is for gall stone relief (I don't even have my gall bladder!). Go figure!

Nova, whether you passed stones or what the doctor calls "organic matter" this is still a good sign. You definitely don't want sediment clogging up your kidneys. Do your back pains feel any better since passing this?

[YEA]  I'm probably the biggest skeptic in the world and when my wife found this website with the "lemon juice/olive oil" solution to dissolving kidney stones, I wasn't convinced. I followed her insistance and choked down the mixture and I am extremely happy I followed her advice.

I was diagnosed through CT scan and ultrasouncd to have a 6 mm stone in my bladder, that had been causing pain for five days. I was perscribed Demerol and Flomax and told there was nothing else to do but wait it out!!

After mixing 2 ounces of real lemon juice and 2 ounces of extra virgin olive oil, I drank that, followed by an eight ounce glass of water. I followed that over the next day with lemon drinks of 2 ounces of real lemon in 8 ounces of water.

Within 24 hours, I was able to pass the stone with no discomfort at all.

[YEA]  Amazing! This worked and worked quickly. I have had several stones in the past and this is the first thing that really worked. Drinking a lot of water or cranberry juice in the past did nothing but make more pain and pressure. This worked great...I took some every 2 hours or so and passed several stones. The only warning is not to use extra virgin olive oil...I ran out of the other and tried that. I couldn't hardly swallow it. So, be sure to use regular olive oil.

Just been reading these posts for the last couple of days and I am very happy to hear that there is a cure or remedy for kidney stone. I had an attack 2 weeks ago and it was so painful that I needed to be rushed at the ER. Found out that I have some on my right kidneys and one on my left the size 1. 5cm. I was advised that I needed to have a shock wave done, well before I do I want to try this first and I hope it really works, so far I have downed 2oz of lemon and oil. I feel something tingly on my right kidney, I just hope that the big stone can pass. I sure want to save a lot of money. I will update you guys if it works.

I was just told that I have 6 stones in my right kidney and 7 in my left. Some I possible could pass no problem so the doctor say but I have one extra large one in each kidney. I am looking for something thing that will help me dissolve them verses help me pass them. I have no pain at this time. I am afraid if I use some of the ideas on the website that they will start to move. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear.

Kidney Stones. You might want to consider an Edgar Cayce based remedy. Grind about 1 tablespoon of fresh organic celery seeds, (if you can't get organic you can use regular supermarket seeds) in a coffee grinder...just a few short blasts to, preferably, not creat heat. Steep this in 16 oz of water. You could try this Celery Seed tea once a day. It might help.

[YEA]  The virgin oil and lemon mix worked for me, thanks!

[YEA]  Big Yay, here :)

On 4/8/09 my husband began experiencing pain on his left side, the whole family had colds,so I didn't pay much attention to him. It was severe on 4/9/09 and I told him to go to the Doctor's, but like many men would not. On 4/10/09 he was convinced he was dying, but still refused to go to the doctor...thankfully I was feeling better and started an internet search. After having him describe the pain and asking him questions, I felt pretty confident it was kidney stones. I had to practically force the mixture (2 oz of lemon juice and 2 oz EVOO, mixed in some lemonade) down him. He took the mixture at 6:00 PM, I had him drink 2 big glasses of water, 1 glass of apple juice and 1 glass of cranberry juice,by 9:00 PM he was feeling significant relief, I gave him 2 oz of lemon juice in another glass of lemonade and he went to sleep. When he woke the next morning, 4/11/09, he was not back to 100%, but he was much improved. I gave him one more 2 oz lemon juice and 2 oz EVOO, by 10:00 he was laughing and joking. He sent me on my way to go do some errands...I came home to a sparkling clean house (he never cleans)! He said, he just felt so amazing and renewed he started cleaning and kept going. During the day he continued to drink water, apple juice and cranberry juice. Today, 4/12/09, he did one more juive/EVOO to be sure, but says he feels back to normal.

He never saw a stone pass, but did say yesterday he could feel it moving, so not sure if still needs to pass or it just dissolved, but you have 2 more strong believers here...thanks so much for this site :)

[YEA]  I tried the highly recommended lemon juice and olive oil concoction for my calcium oxilate stones and it worked like a charm. I am 30 and have dealt with stones since the age of 17.A few days ago, I got that all too familiar feeling in my lower back and I knew what was coming. At midnight that night I mixed 2 ounces of each and guzzled it. About 30 minutes later I felt sick to my stomach and went to bed. The next day I had no more back pain (or nausea) and passed my stone with NO pain! As a matter of fact, I wouldn't have even known it came out if I hadn't seen it in the toilet. This worked wonders for me and I hope it helps other kidney stone victims as well. Good luck to all!

[YEA]  I have had many painful kidney stone episodes. Now I have one in my right kidney that is 15mm by 25 mm by who knows how deep, four 3-4 mm in my left. I'm scheduled for surgery on May 13th, guess they gave me so long so I could try this remedy! I just took my lemons, 3 fresh squeezed and two Tablespoons olive oil. Wish me luck!

To the person who had a 25mm stone in May and was going to try olive oil and lemon juice... did it work????????

I thought mine were big! I have one 8x11mm and one 7mm and several that are 3mm to 5mm. I am wondering if ones that size can possibly be dissolved? I am scheduled for lithotripsey in 6 days, and I'd love to NOT have it, and instead take care of the stones naturally.

Does anyone have any experience with stones that big being dissolved or passed naturally??? Thank you!

[YEA]  Olive oil and lemon juice cured my kidney stone. I have had five stones before and last one was over two years ago. Have been getting ultrasounds every six months and in December one reported a 6mm stone at the exit of the right kidney. Urologist said it was not in a good position to do EWSL at that size and suggested surgery. I said maybe it will pass - he didn't think so - or maybe it will get big enough to do EWSL. I suggested a CT scan to get a more accurate picture in a couple of months, which he agreed to. For the next two months I did the 2oz olive oil + 2oz lemon juice a couple of times a week. Never had any pain, never had any blood in urine, so assumed the stone was still there. CT scan in February - stone was gone. Urologist was very surprised. I use a small electric stirrer to blend the olive oil and lemon juice together, helps with the taste.

[YEA]  My gf had stones. She was in lots of pain and the dr prescribed loritabs 10. They had discussed surgery. We found your site and decided to try it. We used 2 oz olive oil and 2 oz of lemon juice. She wasn't happy about the taste, but was in so much pain, she drank it. After 1 'cocktail', she said she felt something moving. She passed a stone estimated 2 mm about 5 hours later. We continued this for a total of 3 cocktails and finally passed the last stone slightly larger than the last, approx 3 mm. We don't have scientific proof this works, but she recommends this to her friends and family now. We believe in this and hope others research alternatives to pain and surgery.

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED]  Lemon Juice & Olive Oil Remedy- I had read some weeks ago about this remedy. I was searching because I had verified the fact( w/ CT scan) that I had FIVE stones in my right kidney all about 3mm in size. This is my fourth episode with stones over about 15 years, two years ago having a stone about 1/2 inch. It required laser Litroscopy treatment and follow-up. I liked what I had read on this site and decided to give it a try. Over the course of eight days (taking 2oz.oil & 2oz.lemon juice) once each day, I am convinced I had passed at least one and maybe two stones. ( just going by the complete abscence of pain). After what I believe was a positive result, I am trying again to remove the remaining stones if possible. With that, I had taken a "cocktail" yesterday, and late in the afternoon at work I started having significant pain in the typical back area, radiating around front and low into the abdomen. I started taking a volume of water until I could get home for more oil and lemon juice. Here I sit and hope that I will pass this stone sometime between now and tomorrow. The pain associated with these stones has been something I would call "manageable". They are only 3mm size, and I am assuming the oil and juice might be reducing them thus cutting the pain quite a bit. I can remember the pain, nausea and dizziness associated with these things in the past. I am wondering though what the effect of ingesting all this oil and lemon juice might do? I'd be interested in anyone having an opinion on that! Thanks and good luck.
