Honey and Cinnamon for Weight Loss
Home Remedy Ingredients:
- Honey - 1 Teaspoon
- Powdered Cinnamon - 2 Shakes
- Mug of Warm Water or Toast
Add a combination of honey and tea to your daily diet to reduce cravings and lose weight. Try a teaspoon of honey and a couple good shakes of cinnamon in a mug of warm water for a breakfast tea. Or add the same to a slice of toast.
