I have been on the same regiment (ACV Yogurt mask, probiotics, etc) and have noticed substantial improvements and am probably in my second stage of die off except around the eye. I was wondering if you have any suggestions on how to beat the candida around the eye?

I've been doing the Candida Diet (gnarly detoxing along with probiotics, ACV and yoghurt masks) for over a week and have experienced huge improvements, the only issue I'm troubled by is the spread of the dermatitis to the skin around my eyes. When I put the ACV near my eyes I can feel them respond and so I never put it too close, can I? Is the yoghurt mask making it worsen in this area? Are there any other solutions out there?

Preemptive thanks for helping cure my zombie eyes! I sincerely appreciate any advice and wish everyone the best with their health quests.

Hi, I`ve been reading all these posts for a month now to try to find an answer to get rid of my POD. I`ve tried quite a number of things, but for now the ACV seems to work when I get the bumps, but my problem is that I cannot seem to get rid of the POD for good. I`ll go a couple of days with it cleared up and then out of no where the bumps return. I`m wondering if anyone can help me figure out what is causing the bumps to return. It`s been quite a roller coaster, thinking it`s going away only to have it return. I only have a couple of small spots on the line from the corner of my mouth to my nose, so I realize I`m very lucky not to have it worse and feel terrible for those with it really bad. I have tried to eliminate SLS from my shampoo and switched to nonfloride toothpaste. I have been using the ACV and applying presribed metrogel after it dries, twice per day. Also, I am heading to Florida in a couple of weeks on holiday and am stressing about the sun and my POD...any suggestions there would be great too!!

My mom has had a bad rash on her face. Also, her skin is dry (not to the touch), but it is flakey and feels dry to her. At any rate, I found your website, and she tried Apple Cider Vinegar, and it is clearing up the bad rash. We are assuming it is dermatitis. No doctors have called "it" a name, and every cream they had her try just dried her face and more and usually did not clear up the red at all. So, the ACV is clearing up the red rash just fine but is not helping to make the skin less flakey. Every time it feels dry and tight, she is applying moisturizer from a good skin brand. She also does this as normal in the mornings and evenings. Any suggestions to help the dryness? Thank you!
