Apple Cider Vinegar for BCC

I've used this by my eye (and additional areas on my face), and it became blackened, pitted, itchy, and sensitive. It worked for me and yes it was scary because it's against everything we've been taught to do. Not to mention, how or who do we explain this to if all goes wrong?! I did get headaches and random pains, but I would use this treatment again!!! It's been 6 years and you can't tell there was anything there. No scar or mark at all.

I'm currently using it on my upper shoulder for a spot that was “missed” back when I had it surgically removed. This one is pretty deep, but I'm very positive it'll work. The best advice I can give, is to not stop treatment. In the beginning, I stopped after becoming nervous, and the stupid cancer grew back bigger and more stubborn.

First off, I was never officially diagnosed with BCC, so I'm not 100% sure this is what I'm treating, but from all the pictures and descriptions I've studied online, it appears so. Very confident in the Apple Cider Vinegar, you can also use white distilled vinegar, but I suspect it may be weaker.

I am about 3 weeks into my treatment and the scabs have still not healed, but I am finally feeling better today after 2 weeks of feeling kinda ill. I started applying Hydrogen Peroxide to the suspected area and it seemed like it was working slowly, so I decided to try the Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) method, and it works much faster imo. From my experience you have to hit each area with a cotton pad soaked in ACV for 1 - 1.5 hours per session. It will sting, but that means it's working, I believe. The easiest way is to shave your head bald, this way you can see if you have any other spots. But some spots are invisible, so take a wash rag and soak it in the ACV. Cover your bald head with the rag and apply pressure evenly over scalp. After soaking your scalp 5-10 minutes you will see white spots appear where you need to focus on, so take note of these areas. It wasnt until after treating my first spot that I discovered a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th spot because the vinegar had leaked down and help expose those spots. Now soak each area 1 - 1.5 hours daily for 3-5 days. You will have to power thru the stinging, but that means it is working. When they turn dark brown/black is when you know it is working. You can stop and let them heal a while, but you will probably need to hit them again after a couple - few weeks of healing.

Things that will make it WORSE: Poor diet = sugar, corn syrup, processed foods, carbs, flour, saturated fats (unhealthy meats) STAY AWAY FROM THESE THINGS. I would also stay away from alcohol, cigarettes and any other bad habits for the time being.

Things that will help - Vitamin C, Hot Baths, Good Foods = organic Cruciferous veggies & leafy Greens. walnuts, Almonds, Lemons, Wild Fish(Salmon)

My diet is basically Vegetables, Almonds, Walnuts, Lemon Juice, Lemon rhinds, green tea & distilled water. I had a fruit smoothie today, and it didnt make me feel bad for once. Stay away from breads carbs & sweets and coffee, as coffee lowers Vitamin C levels.. Fruit may be borderline as it contains sugars. Don't buy vitamin C from store (its not real vitamin C), save your citrus peels dry them using only the light bulb from inside your oven (this will dry them out but not be hot as Heat destroys Vitamin C), and grind them up using a food processor to make REAL vitamin C capsules.

Vitamin D? This is the controversial part as some people say you need it, some people say the Vitamin D capsules you buy from store are rat poison. Get your Vitamin D from sunlight? Did the sunlight cause the BCC? So I don't know, it could be some other environmental toxin or possibly Alcohol related that causes BCC.

Today is day 21 of my "treatment" and I have a lymph node that is swollen. Not sure if this is a result of the treatment or something else, but hot showers seem to make swelling go down. I jog 2 miles every morning as exercise gets the lymph juices circulating. I ate a hamburger the other night and felt like crap the next day. Not sure if it was from the meal or just that my body is fighting infection, but I've been eating better since, and I am feeling much better today.

I had a small squamous cell skin cancer on my forearm. It was about 1 1/2 inches across and I've had it for many years. After seeing other people get Mohs surgery and the drastic results of missing skin and stitching and scarring I decided to research other methods. I came across this blog and saw that people were using Apple cider vinegar on their skin cancers.

I have been applying A C V twice a week full strength after thoroughly washing my arm to the site.

Most of the cancer is gone and in its place is a flattened red area. Only a small portion of the cancer remains. I am now applying a drop of ACV Directly to this area. I will hopefully be able to be clear of this cancer soon and will try to update the blog.

I have used Bragg's unpasteurized, unfiltered pure apple cider vinegar for my skin cancer for over 12 years. I had a very large spot on my forehead, I used a cotton ball, soaked in the vinegar and taped it on my cancer and slept with it on, then during the day I would continue to apply the vinegar, mine was so large that during my self treatment the roots of the cancer came to the surface, they died as well, however it was scary that the amount I had surfaced. I feel that with this type of cancer it will consistently keep emerging, therefore I continue to use the vinegar daily after my shower. Stay out of intense sun, find shade and enjoy your life without unnecessary surgery. Mahalo for reading my story.

I have been treating a large round basal carcinoma on my arm with the following procedure. It was previously dark, raised and angry looking but with this treatment has gone through several stages of flattening out, changing to red but more healthy looking. I stopped treatment and it did not progress so started up again with the following: 1. Before bedtime Saturate a small piece of cotton wool in ACV Braggs ACV with ‘the mother' is the best. Cover area with this and apply 2 bandaids like a ‘cross' to keep out oxygen. 2. Repeat every night same time. 3. Alternate with organic turmeric powder, including ACV 4. Also add 3% Hydrogen peroxide to the mix. This stung a bit but subsided. 5. Day 3 - Good result Looks like treatment is eating up the carcinoma and flattening out not so raised.. 6. Important to keep it covered once treatment is done each day. I leave it exposed for 30 mins then treat and cover. I will post again in a few days of results. I also had a basal carcinoma on my face which was cut out by surgery several years ago leaving a large scare from skin transplant. A small new mole formed (and got progressively bigger) a few months ago. I recently applied ACV and it disappeared in 2 days- completely gone! The one on my arm was very advanced, so taking longer but I do believe home treatment is working. A doctor saw it last week and told me I was a ‘fool' for doing this but I believe I will prove him wrong. Will post further results soon.

I have been treating my BCCs with ACV for about 3 years now and have learned a lot about what works best. In my experience, if you leave a soaked cotton pad on the BCC every day several times, it will go through various stages, BUT IT IS ONLY AFTER IT TURNS BLACK (OR BLOODY) THAT THE BCC IS UNDER CONTROL (dying). So you did well. Even after it turns black I normally continue the treatment for a few days longer just to make sure. BCC have an extensive root system, so I learned also to re apply ACV to the same spot after a few months and see what reacts at that time.

I have started using ACV and what was a bumpy clearing spot has now flattened and turned practically black. Is this normal? I wish someone would truly talk about each step theirs went through to help us newbies feel more comfortable. Lol

Thank you to all the people who contributed here with their useful information. I had one basal cell carcinoma removed by surgery. Following this 4 appeared on my back. The hospital said that surgery can cause more to appear. They also wanted to take biopsies in seperate procedures. Then they suggested treating them, if possible, with light therapy, activating the cancer cells. I didn't like the sound of this, so I searched for a natural remedy and found it here. I went all out applying vinegar every hour or so for about two weeks. I continued treating them (probably for far longer than necessary). I made the mistake of not applying enough moisturiser, so I do have small scars. I also treated other suspicious areas on my face and shoulder. It worked. I believe that they would respond to a far less full-blown treatment. I have another on my leg which I tried to ignore as I was tired of the regime! But that seems to respond to far less intensive treatment. I also drank the Organic Unfiltered Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother (it's important to use this specific one for the treatment too, I think) mixed with water during the treatment. It's interesting to note that after patch testing I have found that I am allergic to parfum (which comes under many other names) which is in almost every toiletry and cosmetic product, not to mention cleaning products. I wonder if this has contributed to the susceptibility to these. Allergy to parfum is increasingly common because we are subjected to overwhelming amounts of it these days.

First off I'm not a doctor. Here is my story. About 5-6 years ago around 2012 I started getting a sore on my ear about 1/4" in diameter that wouldn't heal. I'm a side sleeper and it would constantly bleed on my pillow. I would put different over the counter meds on it such as Neosporin. It wouldn't heal. So I went to my GP and he did a biopsy where it came back positive for Basal Cell. I then went on the internet looking for different things to try and different posts about ACV showed up. So I decided to give it a try internally and externally (about 1 table spoon per day internally). Putting on the spot using a cotton ball I would let it set for 15-30 minutes and would apply again. I did this for about 5 times per day for a week or so. It did have a light sting to it but not unbearable. A small white circle incurred around the sore. When the scab fell off in about a week of starting ACV there was a red spot. So I went thru the process again and another scab formed and fell off. So I was cautious in touching it and drying it off after taking a shower. It looked good for a few years but it came back again this year (July 2018). I started the process again with the ACV and it took about 2 weeks of repeating the treatment. Plus after the scab fell off I put on a mixture of Aloe vera, Vitamin E, & Coconut oil. The sore has healed great right now. There is no evidence or scar. I also purchased a pillow with a hole and that works very well when sleeping on my side to protect my ear. It's been about one month now since the spot has healed and very happy with the results. Would do it again if needed. Jimmy

I have been using these ideas for about 8 months. I had an infection I believe from shaving over 2 years ago, that with chronic inflammation for months turned into basal cell. The size is now way smaller and seems to be ready to heal up totally. My additional treatment to this idea was vitamin C tab mixed with baking soda and multivitamin mixed with a little water. It has been frustrating, as twice I stopped treating thinking it was a normal scab and healed, but when the scab fell off it was still there. I have been using baking soda with water or coconut oil. Hydrogen peroxide, Apple cider vinegar. Sometimes taking a couple days off when it got too red and inflamed and using flax oil and aloe. It is way smaller and seems to be just about licked.

We use Apple Cider Vinger every day for the last 10 years for everything. I had a biopsy done on my nose 5 weeks ago. They said their was a lot of basal cells and want to cut it all out. I said no. So I did my Vinegar and 4 week later I think it is all gone. I feel great and look good now. Thanks to Apple Cider Vinger

I have been putting this apple cider vinegar treatment on my nose skin with bcc for a few weeks and it is working. I had basal cell skin cancer inside the top curve of my ear for over 10 years. I saw various doctors during that time and treatments did not work. Last year I was told my a new doctor that my only option now, was mohs. I saw pictures on the internet of mohs surgery and the large holes that are in need of plastic surgery.

I came upon this site and read the other reviews. I have been using ACV for 5 weeks and I believe it will be completely healed in another week. I put the vinegar on a q-tip about 10 times per day, a few nights I left it on all night. It went through a painful period, but now it has almost completely closed and is not noticeable or scarred. I am so surprised by the results, I believe the key is to keep doing it, even through the painful period, just believe it will work.

I have had a growth on my forehead near my hairline for years. I could hide it with the way my hair falls but was always conscious of it in the wind or when in the water. It started as a small bump but changed size and color a bit and was creeping down my forehead. I had another skin colored, round bump on the other side of my forehead that I couldn't hide but didn't mind so much. Then it started to get larger. So off to the web. I found this site, read all the way through and decided to try using acv. My co-workers thought I was nuts because I was self diagnosing but I figured I would try this first before going to a practitioner. I just want to say, "Thank you! " Both of my bumps are gone. It took a few weeks of regular attention but for me it worked! After the initial attack of Apple Cider Vinegar I switched to Hydrogen peroxide because it felt more gentle to my skin. I'm fair skinned, 50, female.
