<description> Kevin from Crossett, Arkansas writes: "I've been taking the H2o2 3% mixture internally now, for awhile, and I just want to know if there's anything I can add to the mixture to make it taste better. I know the H2o2 isn't supposed to mix with certain things, and it's not the H2o2 that tastes bad. I just don't like the taste of this distilled water, I've been getting. So, is there anything safe, that I can add?

<description> Ginger from Montreal, Quebec writes: "IS MY WATER FILTER SYSTEM CONTAMINATED BECAUSE THE CITY HAD TO REPAIR A BROKEN PIPE?

Saturday I was ringing my Parent's doorbell (I live in the duplex above their's) noticed a paper in their mailbox. (just delivered as I saw the man putting them in mailboxes across the street). It was a "Notification of Aqueduct Service Interruption", stating that they were going to cut the water supply "shortly" to conduct an emergency repair that this work would last all day long that arrangements should be made to have enough drinking water for the household while the water service is temporarily cut. It also stated not to be alarmed as following the repairs the water may be "colored"-to let the faucets run. Also they advised to not drink water from the faucet for 48hours then wrote to boil the water for one minute! And if one had any questions to contact the Engineering Dept. on weekdays. Ahem, this happened on Saturday so there was no one to ask any questions!! Not only was I upset because I DID NOT receive a notice in my mailbox, but that the water was shut off right after delivering this paper, my Parents I were not able to be prepared for this situation, i.e., to fill up some bottles, basins etc. with emergency water. In my home, I have an under counter water filtration system (installed under the kitchen sink), with a CBR 210 water filter cartridge contained in a housing. I recently installed a new filter. I would like to know if my filter is now contaminated as a result of this - does anyone know? Should I be boiling the filtered water? Also, I am peeved that I did not get a notice in my mailbox- the man delivering the notices just put one in my Parent's mailbox! (not that I would have even known about it as we do not get mail on weekends so, I don't check the mailbox! But, it just so happened that I was outside the door at that particular moment.... Not that it made a difference anyways! :( as we were without one drop of water for many many hours! Anyways, I have experienced some "Life Lessons"! This water service "interruption" made me feel very Grateful, for all that I have! We take for granted that we are so fortunate to be able to turn on the faucet at any time to have water..... While millions of others in the world have no water at all! And also, I need to be "prepared" and always have some emergency bottled water in my house! (also, just wondering.... Is this how other cities inform their citizens that the water is to be shut off, i.e., within 10 minutes!! ?)

Thanks for any comments and replies to my question!

<description> Betty from Tampa, Florida writes: "Does anybody know a good reverse osmosis or distillation unit with carbon when on a budget? There are just so many online ads and most are very expensive. Watching some recent videos of all the chemicals they use to clean the water and the fluoride they add I need to do something! I had a $300 conterop three filter unit but the alumina from the fluoride filter leaked and then I read it was a byproduct of the aluminum industry. I know Ted recommended we can put borax and sodium thiolsulfate to get rid of the fluoride and chrlone but you can't do this 7 seven days a week as to my understanding and if I want to take other supplements like H2O2 I can't mix them. This world is getting so crazy in toxicity you almost feel like a conspiracy theorist when you have some education what is really going on.

<description> Phil from Athens - Pagrati, Attica, Greece writes: "Hello wonderful people.

I've got two questions about distilled water:

1)Since it is not the easiest thing to find in Greece and when you find it, it is cost much more than deionized water, can we consider the water that comes out of a drippimg coffee maker (filter coffee) as distilled ? If not why? It is the same way. Water boils, becomes vapor , vapor condenses to water again.

And 2) if so, do we have to add sea salt in it to consume it?

Greetings to all from hot (poor) Athens

However I live in the city, and I drink alot of regular tap water (chlorinated, flouridated, to be sure). Do I only need distilled water for diluting the H202 down to lower concentrations and storage... or does this mean that my daily glass of water with H202 needs to be distilled as well?

Not easy for me to acquire enough distilled water for drinking on a daily basis."</description>

<description>[YEA] Karina from Munich, Bavaria, Germany writes: "After months of a sinus infection I found that drinking a full glass of water from a copper cup first thing in morning to be beneficial. It cleared my sinuses overnight and finally the skin around my nose started to heal after 3 days. However, one has to be persistent with this treatment - at least a month - otherwise it comes back if not all bacteria is cleared out of the body. Please make sure to eat healthy - as many have observed before too much milk, fried food and extremely spiced food can cause imbalances for the liver and set up liver stagnation (TCM). This in turn may lead to headaches and the liver cannot filter all bacteria if it is overtasked (which is one of its primary functions).

INSTRUCTIONS
Buy an Ayurvedic copper cup or any pure copper vessel - make sure it is absolutely clean (citron juice and salt will clean it naturally). Fill with water in the evening and leave over night. Drink first thing in the morning. Copper water is a natural purification for the body and kills harmful bacteria - without ever causing resistance or harmful side effects. Check the internet for more information.
