[YEA]  05/02/2007: Charmian from Tauranga, New Zealand writes: "You made a comment about H202 Food grade possibly being hard to get. I just went to the local pharmacy yesterday and asked for some 3% food grade H202. He made some up from his 35% solution. I have only tried it as a mouthwash so far and will do some more reading before trying it as a nasal spray."

04/18/2007: Kathryn from Melbourne, Victoria writes: "Hello to you, I searched and searched on line for a supplier in Australia of food grade hydrogen peroxide 35%. I found one!! They are called NTP Health Products. Telehpone 02 4997 2530. By the way; William Douglass, author of Hydrogen Peroxide: Medical Miracle states, "There is nothing foody about 35 percent hydrogen peroxide. It is dangerous stuff and I think it is dangerously misleading to call it food, or imply that it is safe to take as you would food. The implication is that it is purer than other grades of hydrogen peroxide, but analysis has proven this not to be so. If you are going to take peroxide at all, I would simply buy the three percent at your local drug store. It is very cheap and no more contaminated than the 'food grade'." Interesting . . . "

12/06/2008: Ian from Brisbane, Qld replies: "I read that the 3% hydrogen peroxide from drug stores is for external use only as it contains powerful stabalizer compounds which are toxic if taken internally."

[YEA]  03/25/2007: Jay Mather from Queenstown, New Zealand writes: "Dear Sirs: I write with regard to the comment on your web site: "Please note: If you are a food grade hydrogen peroxide distributor in Australia or New Zealand, please let us know. We are receiving inquiries from both countries seeking food grade hydrogen peroxide. Seems like it is a difficult thing to locate!" Try "impossible"! After much searching I gave up and had to bring it in in bulk myself. Having initially thought that I had a 10 year supply on my hands, for my own personal use, I have found it has only lasted 8 months! The benefits have been nothing short of miraculous. As a result, family and friends have depleted my supply in no time. I am just about to bring in some more, so if there are other people in New Zealand searching for this stuff, please feel free to direct them too me. Regards, Jay Mather"

THAILAND

04/10/2008: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand writes: "Hydrogen peroxide in Thailand'is generally sold in laboratory grade by chemical supplier which is relatively free from additives and stabilizers. So this is generally close to food grade H2O2. Chemical suppliers are relatively easy to find in Bangkok and can be found by referring to the yellow pages. Ted"

05/13/2009: Robin from Phuket, Thailand replies: "Hi Ted,

We have been experimenting with h202, MMS and CS for some time now and would welcome the oppertunity to share some info within Thailand, also after some medical grade h202 for IV so if you can please contact me at robin@avcphuket.com many thanks"

05/17/2009: Robin from Phuket, Thailand replies: "Hi Ted

I checked out the yellow pages, and without alot of calling around (my thai is good but chemical chat seems to get quite confusing quite quickly) could you just send me an email of a place that you use

would help alot."

05/18/2009: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "In Thailand, normal selling of any chemicals they do not assigned them as a labeled food grade, but sometimes used another grade, a better one which is pharmaceutical grade. In Thailand they used the B.P. grade which means British Pharmaceutical grade product. In the U.S. the pharmaceutical grades goes under USP grade. In a typical products, sometimes they don't have labels assigned, in which case I asked them for their analysis sheets. Other suitable grades includes Laboratory grade and technical grade. For external purposes, they can have a product such as cosmetic grade. In any case, I would ask for analysis sheets. The sales people in Thailand often do not provide information when buying from them and is assumed that the buyer is knowledgeable in asking specific information rather than the seller to provide the information. This is rather different from U.S., but is often the case also when buying from some Chinese and other Asian suppliers. It should be noted that hydrogen peroxide is doped with stabilizers whenever these reaches the drug store shelf, with a possible exception of hydrogen peroxide that's used specifically for a mouthwash. An easy way to test whether stabilizers are added is easy. Drops of hydrogen peroxide is placed in the sunlight as it is poured slowly in a glass of water. A stabilizers will give you a yellow tinge. The yellow tinge is the stabilizers. A hydrogen without added stabilizers will not have any yellow tinge colors. Personally I don't see much stabilizing effects whenever any ammonia solutions are added and they breakdown rather quickly with hydrogen peroxide, and sometimes worse. In fact a good stabilizers is edta which prevents metal from reacting with heavy metals, a key component that causes hydrogen peroxide to be unstable. These stabilizer therefore do not add stabilizing effects after these metal and chemical tests, but they are cancer causing. It would be therefore more likely added to prevent consumer use more than anything else after all these tests I used to test them. Most hydrogen peroxide are sold in Bangkok, through such chemical suppliers are many and are located on Rajadamnern Road and is there on the yellow pages for you to choose.

Ted"

[YEA]  07/31/2007: D from Manchester, England writes: "Hello, I am wholly confused by the way I was treated in the pharmacy at the Burnley branch of Asda (Walmart)in the UK when purchasing hydrogen peroxide 6%, which I have bought for years. I can think of only two occasions ever where the pharmacist has asked me what I wanted it for, and they were both at Asda stores in the past two months. The assistant at the Burnley branch asked the pharmacist if she was allowed to sell me two bottles, resulting in the pharmacist asking me what I required it for. After saying that I used it for skin problems and other general uses, the pharmacist told me that no, I could not have two bottles, but I could have one. Am I to take it that my answer affected whether she could sell me two bottles? I enquired into why this is, and was told that people abuse this substance. I replied that if I needed two bottles, I would have to make two visits to the store which is ridiculous, to which her reply was that if I was seen to be buying it regularly, they could stop selling it to me.

Now, what I want to know is - is this the correct procedure for a pharmacist to judge whether I am buying too much of this substance, and to ask me what I intend to use it for? I am offended by such a question if it was to solicit whether I should be sold hydrogen peroxide on the basis of my answer. This puts the seller in the judge and jury position, and I am not prepared to be judged when I am purchasing something. The substance has been a legally saleable item to which there haven't been any restrictions in all the years I have been purchasing it. I have bought it in quantity in the past when I have been colouring my hair, and my friends' hair, even when I was a schoolboy. I like to put about a pint in my bath from time to time, rinse my mouth with it, bleach my teeth and disinfect the kitchen worktops and chopping board with it, even treat the aquarium and garden with it, but judging by tonight's experience in the pharmacy, I won't be able to purchase that amount.

Obviously, this all leads me to ask what are my rights on this issue? Does someone in a pharmacy have the right to judge whether I can buy a product that is on the shelf. If so, I am concerned that where I may be judged 'against', someone else my be judged 'for'. Shouldn't only a judge have those rights? Is this policy a matter of written law in the UK or anywhere else, or an Asda (Walmart) policy?

I emailed someone at Asda and got an away on holiday auto-response - I may have an answer sometime after 13th August 07.

Thanks for any comments."

Many have written to me because finding H2O2 in Hawaii has been very difficult; mainland sites refuse to ship 35% Food Grade here. I have a small quantity and was going to offer to share with one other person but got flooded with inquiries.

After so many contacted me I decided to dig deeper and found a Hawaii connection. Yippeeee

An 85 yr. young gent on Big Island had offered to get a supply in for purchase following our telepone conversation a week or so ago. He bathes in H2O2 daily and has no ailments.

He verified today that his new site is up for his "OxygenHeal" 6% H2O2 product (Technical Grade which he says is simply inspected differently from Food Grade) and he will ship to those in need on other islands in multiple gallon quantities of 2 concentration levels.

Please publish the folllowing contact data as it is truly needed. I am not connected in any way to seller. www.oxygenheal.gqnu.net 1-808-982-6133

Thanks for each and every one who participates in this awesome site of love and courage. H2O2 is healing decades of candida albicans and your messages continue to assist me in alkalizing my body terrain. Many, many thanks from the depths of my heart. Special shout out to Ted of Bangkok...love that city, by the way!

03/16/2009: Guardian Of Eden from Fort Worth, Texas writes: "Hello from Guardian of Eden!

Your resource for people finding 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide around the world is WONDERFUL! We are often asked and often have to refund foreign orders.

I would like to give a brief response to comments stating we ship slowly.

We often ship hundreds of orders a day, M-F everyday, and have done so for years. These range from a single pint to dozens of gallons and quarts to retail health supplements and supplies retailers. Over 95% of all orders are shipped in less than 24 hours. All but those for which we only have P.O. Boxes or other addresses are shipped within 48 (or Monday if a Friday night order.) Often orders placed in the morning as shipped the same day.

Unfortunately people rarely post messages when things go right, only when they go wrong. Even if your complaint rate is less than 1/10th of 1%, with lots of customers the number seems high. Since we remain year after year - while so many others come and vanish - this also makes it seem like the number of complaints is high, when actually when compared to the thousands and thousands and thousands received with no problems the number is surprisingly small.

Problems do happen to anyone who ships anything and often the shipper cannot know for weeks. So the customer believes they just aren't receiving their order. Usually the problem is the shipping company left it at the wrong door, their particular route had a lazy delivery person who made one attempt only and then left a note on the door that blew off into the bushes before the customer saw it, or damaged the shipment and did not deliver it. Every day we receive returned shipments by the shipper either stating delivery was impossible or giving no reason for the return at all. Sadly, they might not return it to us for weeks. Unfortunately while shipping companies might attempt delivery quickly, they often take weeks (or never) to return an undelivered order to us - so we do not know it is a problem.

We have struggled to find a solution to that. So we have added a staff member whose virtual sole task is sending people personal, individual emails of their tracking number. While UPS and FedEx allow entering an email address for notification, those usually go to a person's junk or spam folder. Even sending personal emails, about 7% of people have their email blocked except for people on their approved list. But for the rest you have your tracking number so you can follow the shipment including the planned delivery date by the company.

For those REALLY concerned they can phone in their order via MasterCard/Visa and their tracking number usually if send by email to them within 2 hours. We receive hundreds (many) of calls a day, most are about questions and not orders, keeping us very busy on customer service - which is very important to you.

An unfortunate aspect of the otherwise fantastic flow of information the free Internet allows is that some merchants use filing false complaints as though they are consumers when they are not. Hopefully that is rare and we consider every problem as legitimate and serious.

We just thought a response would be appropriate and again to thank you for your wonderful resource to people around the world seeking 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in their own region or county.

03/17/2009: Guardian Of Eden from Fort Worth, Texas replies: "If you order hydrogen peroxide online please double check your address. Hydrogen peroxide cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box under federal regulations. H2o2 also cannot not be shipped by any rush delivery method because it is prohibited from being shipped in any manner that even might involve air transportation.

This is particularly a problem with Paypal purchases. To "verify" their account Paypal requires people give their credit/atm card's billing address - that often is a P.O. Box. While a person can click the small link to change the address for shipping, that is easily missed.

Overall, many merchants ship via UPS or FedEx and neither of those can delivery to P.O. Boxes for any order.

Here's the way many avoid this. Change your Paypal address to put your physical delivery address on the second address line IF the zip code is the same. If not, you can change the delivery address by adding it to your Paypal address list and then clicking for each purchase while checking to that address. Or you can provide a physical delivery address in the Paypal comment box. It VERY helpfully if you add your phone number to the check out comment box for any purchase because email communications are not fully reliable.

If you miss all that and make a purchase providing the wrong address, do NOT rely on a single email notifying of a corrected addresses. Emails often go to junk/spam folders or just otherwise don't make it. Instead, PHONE in the address change so a live person can confirm receiving the information. This does not apply only the hydrogen peroxide, but nearly any purchase you make online."

03/17/2009: Bev from Phyllis, KY replies: "Just thought I would comment on the h2o2 post about GUARDIAN OF EDEN being slow shipping. I just recently ordered a quart of 35%H2O2 and the shipping time was no longer than stated on their order form. I received my order within 8 days of ordering. I thought this to be quite acceptible shipping and will be using GUARDIAN OF EDEN again when needed. Just wanted to add my positive experience. Thanks to all!"

03/18/2009: Gina from Ontario, Canada replies: "this isnt your personal sell site. we are on this site for help from each other not to be sold to. and we can find ways to make our purchases."

EC: Well, perhaps another one to be deleted then?!

03/18/2009: Ian from Franklin, TN replies: "I did not take the submission from Guardian of Eden (GOE) has hawking their products. To me it was a good reminder about internet purchases as well as a chance to allow Guardian of Eden to voice a perspective regarding the situation. By GOE taking the time to educate us about dealing with them and other internet businesses, perhaps we can avoid problems with future purchases, especially the Acai berry internet scam. I know how and where to find products when I need to purchase them. It seemed this was not the intent of GOE's submission. Having myself worked for the public for 18 years, many people take the time to complain but very, very few take the time to compliment an organization."

05/23/2009: Becky from Aptos, CA replies: "Here here! GoE is wonderful - we'ver recommended them for years on our site as a source for high quality product and we have never had any problem with orders placed. They have been around longer than anyone else we know and they also have some great additional products we absolutely love - Jutrien RX and etc. They deliever all over the US and we are in California and have no problem getting their products delivered here to our home address."
