HOW MUCH ACV AND BS?
03/15/2008: Lor writes: "I have not yet tried any of this but am going to. I read so many different amounts of baking soda and ACV to put in your hair that i am confused of the amount to really use. I also read on woman saying to be very careful of the amount before you try anything. So can someone please explain to me how much ACV and baking soda to use as a hair conditioner and also Coconut oil. Thanks"

WHEN TO USE COCONUT OIL?
12/05/2007: L. T. writes: "Please advise when to use coconut oil for hair conditioner. Before shampooing, after while still wet, after dry? BTW, best moisturizer (face and body) ever used. Also great for oil pulling (added 2-3 drops peppermint, tea tree or Idaho Balsam Fir essential oil) and taking internally. Day 3 and so far fantastic results."
