RAW GOAT MILK VS RAW COW MILK

10/31/2010: Peter from Chicago, Il: "Ted, what is your opinion re the following?

Raw goat milk or Raw (grass fed) cow milk .

In USA, the fed has been cracking down on Raw Milk, from your old postings, you mentioned milk and egg white are anti-nutrient problem. What about raw goat milk, are they OK to consume ? Is Grass fed cow milk ok too ? or Just pasteurized cow milk is bad ?
"

11/02/2010: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Raw goat milk is a good substitute for raw cow milk. But milk in general doesn't work for everyone. Most Asians, American indians and non-whites are actually lactose intolerant. A colostrum milk which are lactose free and perhaps whey concentrate are better, but not in the amount that is consumed. Taking them is likely between 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon at anyone time but not taken after 2 pm. Cancer people might consume colostrum but maybe fat free so that the fat doesn't feed cancer. Pasteurized milk even grass fed is not ok."
