<description>[YEA] Dianew from Fresno, Ca, United States writes: "I drink apple cider vinegar in a glass (8 oz) of spicy hot V8 juice. I don't notice the vinegar taste very much that way and it's easy when I travel, as I can take a six-pack of small individual cans with me. During a severe sinus attack, I sometimes heat it in the microwave, adding several chopped raw garlic cloves to the drink. With chronic sinus inflammation, I'd try just about anything so I could breathe. I also have sleep apnea, so I can't go to bed until I can breathe through the CPAP mask.

<description> Jc from Savannah, Georgia writes: "I had learnt a while back that the ancient Greeks used to make a drink from vinegar or old wine (vinegar :D), honey and water; it was called Oxymel.

I used to make this drink and with some ice cubes, it's a refreshing and delicious drink. One must experiment to get the taste right and I don't remember the exact recipe I used. Still this may be a good way of getting both ACV and (local) honey in together.

Here is some info on Oxymel: http://heml.mta.ca/wiki/index.php/Oxymel
Another way I found to take it was to add ACV to "organic" apple juice; you don't taste the ACV this way; it tastes only like apple juice.

I saw a recipe to add it to raspberry tea, so I added it to my flavored hot herbal tea, with a little honey, and it is amazing! You will not taste the vinegar! I found it tasted best when it was very hot. So easy, I love tea anyways so I am so excited to find this recipe!

<description>[YEA] Koko from Nyc, Ny writes: "I have been taking Apple Cider Vinegar 2x daily since I read how amazing it was for you on this site a few months ago... (in 10oz hot water with a little raw honey) but today my friend who I got to start taking it showed me the most amazing way to take it- especially if you dislike the taste. She makes a tea pot with 1 bag of ginger tea, and 1 bag of apple tea and then adds the ACV. It was AMAZING! And great hot or cold - I really could drink this all day long - and you hardly taste the ACV. She carries it to work in a glass jar and sips it throughout the day.

I really believe ACV is life-altering in the best way. I feel like it clears out your body and being.

One of my friends was sick with a flu or a little virus and he took the recommended bath by Dr. Hazel Parcells - 2 cups of ACV in a hot bath - stay in for 20-25minutes till the water turns a bit cold.... And sipped a cup of warm water, 2 TBS ACV and some raw honey. He fell asleep for over 10 hours and woke up feeling better! He said his whole body relaxed deeply and I am sure in his sleep his body was healing.

I am convinced that ACV is something that we all need daily!

<description> Suez from Raleigh, Nc, Usa writes: "PLEASE HELP!!!

I went to the Whole Foods Store and puchased some organic ACV w/Mother yesterday.

Here's the thing: It tastes sooo bad, I couldn't get it down. I was bucking (almost vomiting) like a kid being made to eat ocra!!! (LOL). I did as one poster on here suggested, and filled a 2 ounce shot glass with the ACV, then trasferred that to an 8 ounce glass, and filled the glass with bottled water. I tried to drink it, but I just coudn't stand the taste!

Anyway, my questions are:

1) What do most of you use to make it taste better ? and what juices or other drinks could I use with it That would not counteract the benefits of the solution in the ACV ? What drinks or juices should I stay away from using with it (and why) ?

2) Is there a brand of ACV that comes in a pill or capsule form that would be the same as taking it in liquid form ?

Thanks ahead of time for your suggestions b/c I really need to get my pressure down asap and I'm hoping ACV Will work!

<description> Paula from Albany, Ny writes: "I found a really delicious way to drink ACV. I had struggled with drinking ACV with baking soda and water and the taste kept me from being consistent drinking it. Then, based on someone's comment, I decided to make a juicy version. I take an empty 16 oz. Water bottle and mark it in quarters with a marker so I know how much a quarter dose is. To find out where to mark it, add 3 oz of water and mark the line. Then repeat this until you have 4 markings. Then I empty the now marked bottle and start making my mixture. I add 4 TBSP of ACV, then add roughly 1 TBSP of baking soda and fill up the bottle with filtered water and shake it gently. Then for each dose (I drink it am and pm), I pour 1/4 of the bottle into a juice glass and add a natural blueberry acai or blueberry pomegranite juice to the glass (I like Northland brand). I add a fair amount and add an ice cube or two. I keep it in the fridge until it's time to make a new batch. It's delicious and you only barely taste the vinager. Plus I'm getting the benefit of blueberry and other juices. Give it a try."</description>

<description> Danny T. Vick from Commerce, Texas writes: "To Whom it may concern, I could not stand the taste of the Vinegar and water mix when I drank it or the smell of it when it came out as sweet so I come up with this mixture on my own. I take a half gal. Jug of 100% grape juice and pour out 1/3 cup of it down the drain or drink it. I then pour in 1/3 cup of Heinz Apple Cider and mix it up and chill in refrigerator. I drink one cup of that mixture everday with 2 tablespoons of Kretschmer's wheat germ added. The easiest way to do this is to take an empty bottle of Kretschmer's and put a piece of tape on it at the one cup level. The day before pour in the jar one cup of that mixture and add 2 tablespoons Wheat Germ. I swirl it around in the jar and drink it down. My Sinuses have cleared up as well as my Arthitis.
