Hi, Just want to let people with heel spurs know that my sister had a heel spur and tried about every home remedie available without result. She bought new slippers, flip flops, which gave much relief and after a while the heel spur was gone!

Looks like most of the shoes and sneakers designs are the cause of heel spurs. A flipflop design is both flat both on sole and the inners creating bare foot walking feeling for your feet. Eventually aligning the foot naturally.

Ok so I didn't have any apple cider vinegar on hand and used plain old white. I wrapped only the hurting foot From where toes are joined to foot up and around my ankle, as ankle has swelling too.

What I observed is that the white vinegar must work too. all the pain is gone but do have some soreness. Didn't hurt to walk on my foot either.

It appears that the vinegar must reduce the inflammation. it is obvious that the foot that was wrapped is smaller than the other foot now. Haven't tried plain old water wrap. If you don't have vinegar on hand you might try just plain cold water. since I used vinegar that was room temp I'm going to put it in the fridge. That might even work better.

I have suffered with bottom heel spurs in both feet that is in the arch area over the past 30 years. The problem comes and goes. the worst was having it in both feet at same time. Left lasted approximately 9 months and right approximately 18 months. That was up until about 3 weeks ago I jumped out of a boat in shallow water. I thought I had broke my foot. First time I've seen on X-ray what these nasty little critters look like.

160 bucks for the office visit and X-rays and left with no prescriptions, no shots, just dr saying take anti inflammatory over the counter for it. I Thought I broke my foot! Thankfully daughter n law is a RN and she helped me with dosages and when to take ibuprofen and Motrin. Motrin seems to work the best and when in severe pain take ibuprofen in between. Don't take anything if I can tolerate the pain. Yes I need my liver. LOL

HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEBODY.
