On April 23,2017 I first went to the Emergency Room with significant pain in my upper back about at the level of my shoulder blades. The initial diagnosis was a bladder infection that later proved to be incorrect. I spent the next week in bed taking pain killers which exceeded the dosage I was used to taking and only lasted barely 3 hours before the pain resumed. The following Sunday, April 30th I again went to the Emergency Room and had 2 MRIs and an untrasound. The diagnosis was gall stones. The stones were not blocking any tubes so emergency surgery was not necessary.

I went to my primary care doctor the following Tuesday with the diagnosis. The recommended treatment plan was surgery. A good friend referred me to Earthclinic.com where I familiarized myself with the recommendations for non-surgical alternatives.I started immediately with Stone Breaker capsules 3 times a day. I drank copious amounts of organic, unfiltered apple juice. I also took unfiltered apple cider vinegar and then switched to apple cider vinegar pills also 3 times a day. Within a few days I had no more pain. I did the flush recommended on Earthclinic and other sites twice one month apart. Apart from a good cleansing, I noticed no 'stones' being eliminated. By the end of May, I was taking the Stone Breaker caps and apple cider vinegar pills twice a day. I had added Chanca Piedra extract along with essential oils of cinnamon, ginger, and clove in juice once a day.Last Tuesday October 10th, I had a CT scan of the abdomen for another reason. The results came back with no issues with the liver, pancreas, spleen or other abdominal organs. No mention was made of any kind regarding gall stones.

Therefore I am a believer. Happy to have my gall bladder intact and happy to be living pain free with no significant change in diet.

Mix cinnamon-cloves-ginger and apple juice in a glass and drink it. This will help gallstones remove from the gallbladder.

The prep was easy, the mixes were pretty nasty tasting, but afterward I only felt minor "gurgling" on right flank.... Nothing painful or extraordinary. The next day I had a pretty serious case of diarrhea and released about 100 m&m sized green pellets. I couldn't believe it!! It's hard to believe that a natural, non-invasive and $12 solution to this problem exists! I'm going to try it again in a month, to rehydrate myself and to prevent a low in potassium! Thanks everyone!

Hi, I was diagnosed with a gallstone 2 yrs ago. Just 1 1.5cm approx and opted not to have the gall bladder out. It doesn't makes sense to me. However, I don't really know what I'm doing and I may be causing more problems. I have never eaten fried food or any sweets since. Meat is mainly salmon, chicken, turkey or occasionally lamb No animal stocks, only vege. I get some olive oil or avocado daily for fat. I make all of my own meals. I recently I had my first major attack in 2years, but I did not have any fat at all. I made a pizza with fat free cheese for dinner and about 2hrs later it started, lasted the typical 4hrs and subsided. That was really confusing. And since then, I have constant irritation. Maybe it's alot of gases, however, Otherwise I eat mainly organic diet, with a good amount of fresh veges and fruit, and sip water throughout the day. I am commited to keeping the gallbladder, but, I don't know how to keep from having problems.

I recently started Lecithin gel capsules with olive leaf before I go to bed. I take vit D3 and calcium in the am. Also, my weakness is occasional creme in my coffee and on the weekends a couple glasses of wine. Can some one explain why the wine is bad? When it was originally diagnosed, by a gastro he wanted to take it out becaue as he said that's what they do. The U/S showed the 1 stone and multiple calculi that were so small they could not be measured. Beyond surgery he would not assist me, so I'm in the dark. I took acupuncture for about 6 months and chinese herbs which caused me to PAINLESSLY pass the calculi. It had no effect on the larger stone. I lost my job and could not afford to continue. I will start the Chanca Piedra this week, but can someone advise me on navigating this alone? I don't want to hold onto the gallbladder and and damage other areas.

Chaca Piedra is the real medicine to break the stones. Or even take chanca piedra tea.

Try juice therapy variety of juices throughout the day: apple juice, tamarind juice, lemon juice, carrot juice, lemon juice

And Ted's Alkalizing formula.

Check the following link: https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/gallstones4.html#JUICE

the juice therapy will soften the stone and wash it away. Have your regular diet, don't take Calcium tablet. Carrot juice is enough for nutrition.

Good Health

I had my first Gallbladder Issue a year and a half ago, I thought it was the cholesterol so I went vegan. But even eating raw veggies and alternate protein sources I still had to do flushes often. I even got my biggest stone (larger than a quarter) when I was vegan. Soo.... I think it has to do more with healthy bile rather than low cholesterol levels. Lately I am trying raw goats milk, salmon, and a chinese herb gold coin grass. As well as yoga and meditation. I'll see what happens. Lol

Epsom Salt

Hi, I read here about the Epsom salt together with lemon, olive oil and apple juice for Gallstone flush. Can you pls let me know where I can buy the Epsom salt coz the Epsom salt that I have been looking on the internet are for bathing, not edible. Thanks! Rachel

Hi Rachel from Valley Park - If you need the epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) right away, instead of ordering online, you can find them in just about any pharmacy (including those in large stores like Walmart or some grocery stores). Most people use the salts for bathing or soaking their tired feet, but it can be used for flushes as well. Do make sure it's pure magnesium sulfate without any additives (it should state that on the label). Some brands add fragrance (like lavender) or other ingredients (like menthol crystals).

Before you begin, you may want to see if your library has The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse by Andreas Moritz. He goes into great detail about what to expect and there is a Frequently Asked Questions section in the back.

Here is what he says about the composition of epsom salts:

Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) can be found in mountain regions and is contained in sea salts. It is also manufactured synthetically by combining natural minerals.

Good luck! Bess

I have epsom salt here at home, Does anyone know if I can I just make my own capsules for a gallbladder cleanse from that, or are the ready made capsules a different type of salt?

Assuming the epsom salt has no additives like scents mixed in, or bath salts, I would personally be okay using it to make capsules from. I just used store bought. nothing fancy. be careful. I have had galstone issues a few years now, and theyre better. I usually only opt for epsom salt cleanses if im in real pain. because; well; it can be threacherous if not done correctly. Hulda clark for example; prepared her patients for a few weeks by having them drink herbal teas to prepare the kidneys and liver for the galbladder flush to come.

I personally drink BHUMIAMALAKI (phyllanthus amarus) 1/2 tsp at night before bed in a few ozs of hot water for a bitter tea. This is on recommendation from a certified ayurvedic practitioner I hired who studied in India. I had verified stones and polyps via ultrasound. After 1 year of dosing this medicine (and changing diet, and a few epsom salt cleanses), I shrank all my polyps be several millimeters and my pain is nill. I also passed many stones in my stool.

BHUMIAMALAKI can be AN ALLERGEN TO SOME> I became allergic after a year of use and had to switch to Chanca Piedra wildharvested herb to make stonebreaker tea daily.

Also on recommendation of my CAP, castor oil packs on the gal area (a tbsp on a paper towel, with a sandwhich bag taped over it to you skin using surgical tape)

If one insists on the epsom salt cleanse, this is how hulda clark recommends it:

https://drclarkstore.com/pages/liver-gallbladder-cleanse-instructions

If it were me, I would read the whole page, and follow the instructions very carefully, or I could cause the stones to get backed up in your bilial ducts, cause more pain, or other complications, and have to start over.

Dry Figs cures Gall Stone and Prostate. If consumed 50 Gms daily, will ease passing urine in 3 days. (It's my personal observation) To clear gall stone, do this 2 months contineously. (I read this in a book and my sister got cured by this as confirmed by before/after ultrsounds) Thanks.

I was diagnosed with gallstones today and told I need to get my gallbladder out. They wanted to schedule me with a surgeon. I said no, I want to wait. I don't have insurance, but mainly I don't want surgery!

I have read so much on here and everyone seems to have horrible pain. I haven't had bad pain. All I really have is a miserable icky feeling in my upper stomach. Like I ate a huge meal and it is just sitting there... Sometime feels rancid. It's truly awful. I dont read on here about anyone else experiencing this. So a part of me is wondering if my symptoms are something else, aside from the stones.

I asked the nurse on the phone the if the stones were big and she called me back after talking to the dr and said he didnt say. Gotta love that. So I have no idea.

I have terrible back pain regularly and don't sleep well on normal nights so the cleanse concerns me because I cant lay still or sleep. So how do I do that. Also what if the stones are big? will I be able to pass them?

So many questions.... Any advice?

Try the following juice therapy in any fashion.

https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/gallstones5.html#JUICE

Drink at least 2 litres of juice daily, combination of un pasteurized apple juice, lemon juice, tamarind juice, Apple cider vinegar with water. Drink 1 chanca piedra tea daily, to break the stone. Gall stone pain will symptom in pain starting from right chest to the back. Also, cramp and pain starting from right shoulder till the forearm. Take rest for the whole week as you will be continuously peeing when you are in juice therapy. This is a very safe therapy and you will not loose any minerals as you are replenished with minerals from apple juice, lemon juice, carrot juice. Good Health

How long can one take Chanca Piedra? Is the capsule form better than the tincture? I am currently taking the tincture for dissolving gallstone.

Hi Carole... I have used Chanca piedra extensively. It was part of my own candida cure to keep both calcium and sugar levels down in my blood. I have also used chanca piedra for other people and I know how good it is at dissolvong gallstones and kidney stones. It even cures gout. The best form is just an aqueous solution -- the alcoholic extract is not as good as the water extract. I live in the Philippines where Chanca piedra grows everywhere and is a weed and I use it alot as a diuretic cleanser for my body to periodically purge and cleanse the blood. CP is also strongly antiviral -- it can cure Hep B and they are currently researching CP for its beneficial effects against HIV AIDs and cancer. CP is a very powerful herb and yet there is no known overdose limit to this herb -- therefore its very safe.

I took strong doses of CP for a whole year non-stop for my candida problem and it did nothing but good and helped and contributed to my own eventul candida cure.

I made the CP decoction directly from picked herbs but the tea or capsule forms are also good ones to use.

Several months ago I had a gall bladder attack. After several days I felt a lot of fluild come out of my gall bladder, this helped the swollen feeling. I had an ulta sound that showed a very small stone in my gall bladder and my right kidney was swollen. I have crawling in my intestines and pain in my kidneys, but not all the time it comes in spells. Also I can't gain any weight and have a general weak feeling. Any help would be great. Thanks and God Bless. Dennis

Try the juice therapy for Gall Stone attack and Gall stone removal - https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/gallstones3.html#JUICE

It is safe and healthy. Don't repeat the same juice daily, you should alternate. You can drink apple juice in the morning, lemon juice afternoon after a meal, again evening apple juice.

Also, mix 1 tsp apple cider vinegar in the apple juice for additional benefit.

Good health.

One of the easiest and most effective methods for gallstone removal is just to take 1000 mgs of organic chanca piedra capsules(or just drink the tea form) three times a day at mealtimes. CP dissolves the stones by making the calcium in the stones more soluble. Chanca piedra will also get rid of kidney stones in the same manner and has a high reputation for clearing excess calcium problems -- like gallstones and kidney stones -- in the body.

Gallstones aren't really a gall bladder problem at all -- they are a liver problem which primarily occurs due to too much calcium(too much dairy) and too much fats and oils(especially vegetable oils) in the diet. So taking milk thistle, ALA and selenium will also help the liver to cope which will also help you to avoid gallstone problems in the future. Taking a teaspoon of granulated lecithin at mealtimes is also highly beneficial for the liver and for gallstone removal and prevention.

The fact that you can't gain weight could also indicate very poor digestion. Taking Betaine Hydrochloride, protease enzymes and alkalizing with sodium bicarbonate and water should help to improve this problem and help you gain weight as well.

* Take betaine hydrchloride tablets with every meal. This will help to supply the necessary chlorides and will address the root cause of your stomach acid problem.

* Take pancreatic enzymes containing bromelain and papain at every meal. This will aid proper protein digestion in both the stomach and duodenum.

* Take Sea Salt(not refined table salt) -- 1/4 to 1/2 tspn with water once per day -- outside mealtimes. This helps to supply chlorides for proper stomach acid production. It also helps to supply minerls to the body.

* Take Magnesium Chloride -- 1/4 teaspoon once per day -- taken at mealtme. This also helps to supply chlorides for proper stomach digestion. It also helps the liver and aids in killing off pathogens in the intestines. Magnesium will also help dissolve your gallstones.

* Alkalize the intestines using Ted's Sodium Bicarbonate and water remedy. Take this remedy 1/2 hr to 1 hour after every meal. This remedy helps to promote proper alkaline digestion in the upper intestine and also addresses a possible lack of bicarbonates in the pancreatic juices.

*(Optional) Kelp Extract -- regular advised dosage -- Iodine is also necessary to help regenerate stomach acid.

Regarding your intestinal crawling sensations, it's also fairly well known that parasites can hide in amongst gallstones and your crawling sensation in the intestines might be related to this. So best to get yourself checked for parasites as well. The Hulda Clark remedy is a good one to get rid of parasites.

I used to own 3 herb stores, and I have assisted many, many, people (including myself), in removal of gallstones through diet/herb combinations. Not only is it highly probable that you can be successful doing this, you must also realize that rarely does one remove the stones from more than one bile duct at a time using a cleanse. Therefore, it is necessary (and most people do NOT like this) to REPEAT the cleanse once every other month for a few months, in order to get rid of the stones, then go on an herbal maintenance program to address the cholesterol issues one had to have in the first place for the stones to form. The bile ducts are like "fingers"between the liver and gall bladder. When the stones block this opening, this is when an "attack" occurs. Also, cleaning the colon FIRST is not optional, as you can get very sick if you don't. Ihaveseen many, many people do a cleanse, get rid of a JARFUL of stones, then go back to their old dietary habits and change nothing, then are shocked when they have to have a gall bladder removed, on an emergency basis, because it is diseased and dysfunctional.

The best advice I ever got about the gallstones that were causing me problems was from a book by Andreas Moritz called "The Amazing Liver & Gallbladder Flush". I cannot stress what a difference this book has made to my life. He explains how to flush stones out of your liver and gallbladder. It will save you lots of cash and visits to the hospital.

Since a major gall stone attack about 10 years ago, every summer my family collects Joe Pye Weed (Gravel Root) and makes green drink from it as well as drying some for winter usage. Now if I get a tell-tale twinge, I start taking apple juice to soften the stones and have a glass of gravel root tea each day for a few days to dissolve them. It works every time. I'm not even aware when they pass. (I also try to do the kidney-gall bladder flush each fall.)

In addition, we collect the gravel root each August and feed it to our dairy goats. We lost a buck about 15 years ago to kidney stones. Haven't had a case since. Also, a friend cleared up his kidney stones and has had no more. He was seeing a doctor every few months and was told he would have to for the rest of his life. Now he drinks a glass or two a week of the tea and has had no trouble for 2-3 years plus his general health has improved.

All parts of the plant are useful, but we don't mess with the roots because they are a pain to clean. We collect the plants from along creeks and country roadsides when their flowers are their brightest pink. (They are truly pink, NOT purplish. ) The following website has a good picture of the plant although the color is somewhat washed out. The flower head can be very conical. I suspect it is forming seeds: www.altnature.com/gallery/joe_pye_weed.htm.

Thank you so much, I am going to look into this. I didn't even know I had stones until it happened that I ate lots of chayote leaves (in juices, smoothies and soups as my plant grows fast and they taste nice) and had one fall out. I started looking at my stools and sure enough passed more. Waxy, but pretty hard consistency. No pain at all. I think I also ate lots of apples and I like to drink water with whole quartered lemon (skin, and all)in it. I eat the lemon too. That week it happened, that I ate more of all of them. Anyway, stones were quite large - an inch of so long. I am looking now into herbal program, that I can do to flush them all. Chanca Piedra is one, and I am going to add Gravel root.

Don't Flush if you are afraid. You should start juice therapy to dissolve the existing stone.

  • Tamarind Juice - Dissolves stones
  • Lemon Juice - softens stones
  • Apple Juice - softens stones
  • Carrot Juice - Mineral Supplier, Immunity Builder and Liver cleanser and gall bladder cleanser.
  • Tender Coconut Water - Diurectic
  • Phylanthus Niruri(Stone Breaker) Tea - to dissolve stones.

to make stonebreaker tea. Boil glass of water, when the water boils stop the heat and add half tsp of phylanthus niruri powder and set it aside for 10 mins. after 10 mins filter and drink it. Drink the tea on alternate days (as a minimal dose).

Very Important info about Juices. Juices should be home made and fresh not the store bought, store bought juices are just water with sugar and colors. Alternate each juice everyother day.

Day 1. Tamarind Juice
Day 2. Carrot Juice
Day 3. Apple Juice
Day 4. Lemon Juice (can be taken daily also)

After reading a lot of articles about dealing with gallstones in the USA, I found out that a little is mentioned, or not at all, about laser surgery that has been for long time in practice in european countries for removing gallstones. Ask your doctor about it... Also, a very good remedy for lowering or getting rid of a bad cholesterol is a homemade apple vinegar. It tastes like an apple cider, just it's very sour. If you have a chance to come across a book of bosnian homemade remedies, get it! Also, dates are very good fruit for the women who cannot get pregnant.
