My teenage son has genital acne which is not herpes for the past three years. The doctors told me it's because his sweat glands are blocked. He was placed on multiple antibiotics that never worked. They even suggested surgey. Then one day on one of ops to the doctor, a suggestion was made for my son to take accutane. I was shock! How could a doctor recommand accutane to a teenage boy who is already depressed. I walked out of that office and told my son that God was going to heal himWell I started reasearching and found your site. Wow! I stumble on different ways to treat boils, which is basically what my son has. I started to experiement and came up with this wonderful recipe.
PASTE
Turmeric = 2 tablespoon
Neem powder= 2 table spoon
Garlic Clove= 1 crushed clove
Castro oil- 2 table spoon
APPLY TO INFECTED AREA 2X A DAY

Tea
Boil water and turmeric 2x aday and drink with blackstrap molassess and cayenne pepper

Within twenty four hours my sons boils in his genital and underarm area was shringing and comming to a head. My son does not sweat easily, on the first day he was sweating. He also states that he is not in pain. FOR ANYONE THAT HAVE THIS PROBLEM TRY TURMERIC AND THE OTHER INGREDIENTS IT WORKS

Hi Laura, So sorry your young daughter is suffering. I would suggest you get turmeric in her immediately. There are many testimonies on this site on the success of this and turmeric is one of those miraculous herbs. Here are the links to the sections:

https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/boils20.html#TURMERIC

https://www.earthclinic.com/cures/hidradenitis_suppurativa6.html#TURMERIC

Also, this is a bit from the top of the boils page:

Natural Cures: Though other natural remedies exist -- such as drawing salve and colloidal silver -- hands down the best preferred home remedy for boils is turmeric. If you are unfamiliar with this mild, earthy orange spice, it is commonly used in Indian cuisine and mustards. It can be applied directly to boils (though it stains) or consumed in food or drink. Turmeric is most effective against boils if combined with a dietary fat and black pepper.

Wishing you and your daughter the best, Lisa

Hi , I think I read it's due to a body that is too acidic and too much calcium. She could bath in Epsom salts as the magnesium would help heal and balance out the calcium. Sudacream helps( zinc nappy rash cream) topically. The tumeric advice sounds good( add to food and topically). Water with lemon juice every day would be a gentle alkaliser to drink but ACV and bicarb better if you can persuade her to take it. I think this is really common, it's just people don't talk about it. Good luck x

Hi - I'm so sorry for your daughter. How awful to be going through that at so young of an age. She might have hidradentis suppurativa - you can google it to find out more info. I have it and get the boils in my groin area. Applying a drop of tea tree oil directly on the boil and surrounding area several times a day helps to speed up the healing process quite a bit. I also recommend looking into cleaning up her diet and possibly eliminating wheat, dairy and sugar (which would no doubt be very challenging for a pre-teen girl to do! ). But when someone is in so much pain... She might be willing to try it in order to get better. :) Best of luck to you both!

Hi Laura, a few months ago I got rid of boils with remedies I found here. I treated them from the inside and the outside. Most importantly is treating from the inside. For the inside, I take an acidophilus capsule (3 Billion) with breakfast and with dinner. I have also started eating whole milk yogurt. And to treat them from the outside, I used zinc oxide ointment. The ordinary kind with few ingredients that you can find in most drug stores. I would slather it on the boils twice a day - after my shower in the morning and then again before bed. Use a lot, it's messy, so use a sanitary pad as a bandage, that can stick to the inside of her underwear. Mine cleared up and have not come back. Hope this helps.

BOILS: Our families results: Yes Turmeric

YES!!! Vinegar baths Yes yes yes!!!

I felt like you discouraged people from using Hydrogen Pyroxide. I need to tell you that when we would get the familiar (prickly) bite on our behinds that we knew was an infected follicle, and future boil. The one thing that stopped it at that early early point was scratching it open, and putting a cotton ball soaked in hydrogen pyroxide on it with tape overnight. If we didn't do it quickly though, we would have to take the turmeric to get it to stop growing.

When the family started taking Vinegar baths and then rub A and D zinc oxide cream diaper Rash ointment on our behinds, and of course everyone wiped the toilet seat with alcohol after they used it... but anyway, this is what totally stopped the spread of them in the house. Six people.

Turmeric was great and we attempted to keep an alkalinizing diet, but the vinegar and ointment is what stopped the spread in the house.

Ok, so maybe I've gone a bit overboard, but I FEEL BETTER. I can't say with any certainty which remedy is helping with which malady, but I can assure you I will be continuing with them all!

About May 5th or so I got another boil- my whole family has been plagued with them since my boys went swimming in a creek about three years ago. I've had two or three, we all know they are very painful, but this one was absolutely out of this world! So I spent days soaking in Epsom salts, using hot packs etc. and it finally started to heal. The I got another one on May 26th.

I have NEVER been fond of the medical establishment an example of why would be that 4 years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and a heart arrhythmia and was put on a ridiculous amount of medication now know it was a magnesium and vitamin D deficiency. So I've been going to nature more and more over the years.

I'm sorry, anyway the boil. God Blessed me and lead me to this site on the 28th, on the 29th I started:

#1 2tbl of ACV three times a day,
#2 three capsules of turmeric three times a day
#3 oil pulling-I started with hemp oil it does not become foamy or loose its color so I switched to sesame oil,
#4 bathing with borax, rinsing with ACV, and moisturizing with coconut oil, and cleaning my ears and nose out daily with hydrogen peroxide
#5 after washing and rinsing the area I apply iodine, when that dries I cover the sores with a band-aid using a paste of neosporine and turmeric powder and
#6 morning and evening I drink a "tea" of 1 Tbsp each Blackstrap molasses, local honey, and coconut oil, a tsp of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp turmeric, and a scant 1/4 tsp cayenne.

Those are the remedies, here are the effects. My hair and skin feel fantastic, its spring and I have had ZERO allergy or asthma symptoms ( I have suffered these my entire life) I am sleeping better, and my appetite has decreased - also I find I am less inclined to eat "junky" food. I don't own scales so I can't say what -if any -weight I have lost but I do feel better in my clothes. I hope to see progress in this area, due to the maladies and meds I have gained about 45lbs in the last five years. Because of all the cleansing processes I have undertaken I was not surprised when I started developing more boils, I currently have 13 on my upper thighs, abdomen and groin areas but NONE have continued to develop. They appear and I treat as described above. They develop a head, burst, and drain with only a little discomfort. Only two have gone completely, also the first one that I had gotten that I believed was healed? I started treating it like the new ones and it BEGAN TO DRAIN AGAIN!

Now a couple of questions. Am I correct in assuming the outbreak is a natural side affect of detoxing, and will my energy level increase once I have gotten past the battle my body is currently waging against all these toxins? I would love to have the energy I had before. I have 5 teenagers, a 6 year old a dog three cats and I live in Iowa so of course I have water in my basement right now and I would soooo love to have the energy for a garden again. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Tammy:

Most of the improvement may have been the epsom salt baths, tumeric and cayenne pepper, but it was the ACV that gave you the energy. The fibromyalgia and heart problems will be help mostly with magnesium and immune system is best supported by vitamin D3. The benefits of improved skin came from Epsom salt, hair comes from blackstrap mollasses. Immunity system would be further helped with some vitamin K, and as I have found regular vitamin K would also do fine. It's synergistic with the vitamin D3.

As to the reduction of boils, I have recently found carbicarb taking during the night would help with the sleep too, and kill off the boils by alkalization. Basically my updated remedy (I keep updating them!) is 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda plus 1/4 teaspoon of sodium carbonate in 1 glass of water taken during the early evening hours. Boils should somewhat reduce with just taking this, if it was taken at least twice a day, for about two or three weeks. Tumeric and cayenne is synergistic. A magnesium supplements 250-500 mg a day in the form of magnesium glycinate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium citrate or magnesium chloride would do fine.

To increase more energy, I think 2 tablespoon of ACV plus 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water in the morning will be responsible for most of the energy gains, hence they can be taken during morning, and afternoon hours too.

A once a week zinc gluconate 50 mg may help reduce boils due to its antibiotic properties, although it works the best as an antiviral.

Whenever energy level is increased usually there is increase in immunity. Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue can be very debilitating, but I have found the carbicarb remedy taken at least 2 times a day would help most of the problem, plus some ACV with baking soda, magnesium supplements, twice a week vitamin E 400 i.u. Once a week b complex such as B50 should help increase some energy levels too.

Reduction is boils is possible with sufficient alkalization, magnesium. Borax remedy in my opinion seems to help chronic fatigue such as 1/8 teaspoon of borax in one liter of drinking water taken 4 days a week. It is always synergistic with the carbicarb remedy or the simpler baking soda remedy, in which 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water is taken twice a day.

Fibromyalgia, whatever the problems, the major remedy is baking soda, borax, magnesium, vitamin D and b complex as mentioned. Chromium polynicotinate, such as 500-1000 mcg seems to be helpful in a couple of cases when there is excessive sweaty hands and other unexplained skin problems

Boils especially pus maybe reduce rather quickly if sufficient baking soda was taken, but not just the baking soda, but also the carbicarb remedy also.

BOIL REMEDIES: I am back and wanted to share my experiences recently since trying the different recommended remedies. I use a combination and they have drastically reduced the condition.

1. Dial soap (ordinary yellow bar only) - each morning.
2. Tumeric tablets - 3/4 times a day w/ meals (I have noticed this really reduces the swelling).
3. use Tea tree oil at night and Bach's flower remedy cream over it before bedtime.

As a result, although it has not completely vanished, the symptoms have drastically been reduced. It reduces swelling, pain and bursting. It has reduced the number of boils and when they do appear, they are much smaller and resolve themselves much quicker.

Thanks everyone for your help.

For more than 1/2 my life...Re: Post-surgery of the right armpit and beyond. In 2000 I had a cyst removed from my right pit. It was benign, the size of a grapefruit, & was an outpt procedure, Was sent home with drains & Oxy-contin. Detoxed self off that, & came through well with the drains meaning little scarring. 6 mos. later I was to return for the same procedure on the left arm, but refused as the right was beginning to swell again. Hence, SURGERY DOESN'T WORK FOR A SYSTEMIC CONDITION. What does?? Every thing mentioned in this blessed site so far! Especially the ACV-Epsom Salt, & Kosher/Sea Salt. Messy as hell, but very healing. Paper tape as well when draining, as it took me years to find a solution to ripped-off skin. Also, Curry powder which contains Turmeric, at night, but it can stain so be careful. Then, Campho-Phenique after bathing can catch new erupts early and stop them, especially in the groin area. Hot compresses of Golden Seal/Burdock/Slippery Elm herbal tea are also effective, but on thin skin they are indeed painful - had to take several shots of liquor before applying - BUT, 30 YEARS LATER THERE'S BEEN NO RECURRANCE TO THE AREA AT THE TIP OF MY COCCYX BONE. Good luck all, will write back soon...Jessy

Muscular Pain

Posted by Mantics (Westchester, United States) on 08/18/2011

I got my first boil about a month ago and used this site to help me get rid of it. Mostly with baking soda, salt, garlic and finally apple cider vinegar. It was located under my right armpit and when it started I got shoulder pain in my left arm! Lifting my shoulder in a certain direction was excrutiating like I hard torn a ligament. The boil got worse and so did my body. The pain kind of spread to my other shoulder and my entire body was in pain (like you would after an extremely hard workout and your muscles are drained). This continued for about a week then the boil drained and I was pain free. I got two other tiny boils that were quickly healed after a week. Now I just got another one thats as deep as the first (all boils were under the same armpit) but I'm hoping it wont escalate to the painfullness of the first because I caught it early. Now im doing tumeric and ACV but I have that same intense shoulder pain.

Does anyone know if they could be related or if its just a coincidence that they occur at the same time?? I've never had a shoulder injury before nor do I do much with it to make it hurt this much. Any feedback would be great!

I had a similar issue. A few years ago I had foot surgery and a week after had a fungus on my foot that was treated with ointment. I also had to use crutches for a few week. Then about 2 months from the date of surgery really bizarre things started happening to my body. That's when I woke up one morning and could not move my left arm away from my body. Normal every day activities like brushing or blow drying my hair were not possible, because I was unable to lift my arm. I also had a strange rash on the armpit of that arm. My shoulder eventually got better, but any time I would use my arm in repetitive motions it would start aching again and I would have limited range of motion and of course I would notice the rash again, until I went to a Functional Health Chiropractor who did applied kinesiology and fixed me up! I really don't have the rash now, but will occassionally get bumps on my armpits. They aren't bad, but I use things like colloidal silver, aluminum free deoderant, etc.. to help keep any bumps down.

Neem Oil, Antibiotics and something for pain cured my boil. After going to the Dr. and having it lanced, then time, helped it. Antibiotics and once it came to a head, I kept it clean. Oh Yeah! Small wash cloth along with a heating pad help it come to a head and draw out the infection and pus. After I healed then a few weeks later my husband got a boil, I had a few antibiotics and knew what to do so I treated him. A few months later were in June now and my Grandson (13) just got one on the side of his leg. He's in a lot of pain and can hardly walk. Dr. did not lance it but it did come to a head and is draining a lot of blood. He is on Antibiotics as well as Tylenol w/codeine but that made him sick. He was also running a fever for 2 days and the 3rd day he gets a fever but not the whole day. I clean his boil with cetaphil antibacterial cleansing bar then put some amerigen wound dressing on the boil and cover it up (since it's draining) place a wet towel and then a heating pad on it.

Boils: recipe Turmeric + Sesame Oil + black pepper

Hi everybody.

Another post, this time it's about what helped me with the latest boil, which appeared right after the first rain of summer just like it happened a year ago with another boil and two years before and so on. First of all, there is certainly a connection with seasonal rain and pollution, I was ready for the first rain trouble, but unfortunately I had to be outside on that particular day. Within an hour the boil started and became quite big, the next days it got huge. I started with turmeric in warm water, and applied some topically too, it helped a bit, but then it got very nasty, the next few days I continued with onions (compresses), eating raw garlic and ACV+honey. Nothing changed. I thought that turmeric and all the other remedies worked temporarily for me and took antibiotics and aspirin. Again, nothing AT ALL changed my condition for the better, so I stopped taking any medication. A day and a half passed and I started reading the testimonies and info here again and again thinking that perhaps the answer to my problem was hiding somewhere. Indeed, I read about combining turmeric powder with oil or fat, I'm allergic to lactose, but coconut oil was mentioned, so this reminded me of oil pulling and I use top quality sesame oil for that. Yesterday, on the verge of arranging an appointment with a doctor to have it lanced after having lost my faith and courage, I did the following:

Two tablespoons of sesame oil
Five tablespoons of water

I warmed them a lot, without boiling them I then added one teaspoon of turmeric powder and a bit of black pepper. I stirred well and drank it.

In half an hour the boil that was the size of a golf ball by then, burst, and kept draining for half an hour! The size of it was reduced to minimum! I could feel comfortable again, relieved! Amazing I said to myself. But hey, there's more: All night more fluid came out and in the morning when I thought that was it, it's over, it burst one more time.. and in the end, a white little thing popped out as well, I guess it was the root!

I hope this recipe will help someone out there. If turmeric has worked temporarily for you, maybe in really ugly situations you need to combine it with something, such as oil (sesame oil or coconut oil) or milk/creme.

Best wishes to all of you and thanks Earth Clinic!
Your fan.

I love Turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties. Over a year ago I suffered from arthritis in my hips. I was (WAS) in so much pain. I couldn't walk with my usual speed. My hips would actually lock up on me. I wrote about Turmeric because I was researching multiple spices/herbs and their natural abilities to heal when I came across information on Turmeric and pain management. I was so amazed with the results that I now take it daily and wrote an article about it also. I love the stuff!

Hi Judy, I just wanted to let you know that within weeks of having TITANIUM tooth implants fitted, my joints began to swell & stiffen, & twice I had to be given a cortisone injection to unlock my hip joints. No less than 3 specialists insisted that I was suffering from a rare fast & early onset of arthritis! I knew they were WRONG & that it was an allergic reaction to the TITANIUM. I visited a top HOMEOPATH in Durban ~ South Africa, who managed to source some titanium & prepare some homeopathic tabs , and within a week I was back to normal & have been for at least 10yrs now. Oh! Once I took some SILICA from a health store & BOOF! my hip joints locked again, but after taking antihistamines & drinking plenty of water, it disappeared within hours. I'll never touch SILICA ever again.
Please visit a renowned HOMEOPATH & learn what you could possibly be allergic to. It's worth it ~ trust me.

I am a Nurse Practitioner and practice nutritional healing. Turmeric is an awesome root and has many properties. If you are getting boils you are toxic. Your body is trying to expel poisons that have built up. Turmeric is good for the crisis phase among other things but "disease prevention" necessitates a deep liver cleanse, bowel cleansing, and some juice fasting 3-14 days. This is the only way to help your body get rid of the toxins...

God Bless

I discovered a boil on the face of my healthy 9 month old daughter. She is our fifth child and I had never seen this on any of the other children.

I identified it quickly and responded the first day with tea tree oil. To my surprise, it continued to grow.

Day two, I applied colloidal silver about 6 times per day. But, by that evening, I could see the boil was steadily multiplying. One boil was now four. One 1/4" round and the others about 1/16th".

Day three I found your website and was intrigued by the turmeric treatment. I created my own recipe that went like this:
2 T coconut oil
2 T turmeric
10 drops tea tree oil
10 drops oregano oil
10 drops colloidal silver
1 opened capsule acidophilus
1 opened capsule 2,000 IU Vit.D3

I applied this very potent, messy paste to her boils (and put her in some older clothes we didn't care about).

By the end of the day I noticed all growth had stopped.

Day four, the healing was obviously underway. All of the boils began to heal over, the smaller ones nearly diminishing.

Day five, I applied the paste only at night.

By morning, I could see only a mark where the largest one had been and very faint marks where the smaller ones had been.

All total, I applied the paste for 3 days with excellent results!

Thank you for the invaluable website!

Nic--thank you so much for the turmeric recipe! Turmeric has cured my boils the same way, but I took it in capsule form. I tried to take the same large amount in milk, but couldn't get it down--it was just too strong. Now I have a boil on my finger, either from a scratch from my cat or from an injury from cleaning my new house. I have cut my hands up a ridiculous number of times just cleaning things like freezer, stove, and cupboards. Now this boil is scary, because I am a professional violinist and the finger with the boil is the index finger of my hand that holds the violin. And there is joint pain too, so I think the staph has gotten into the joint and caused infectious arthritis. I cannot afford the capsules right now, but your recipe looked do-able, so I went and tried it, and sure enough it was no problem to get down! What's also great, is that I recently read that black pepper makes turmeric work even better!

Update on using Nic's Turmeric Recipe: About 20 minutes after taking the first dose, the pain in my joint began go away--there was a great deal of relief from the pain. After three hours, the pain was all gone, and after four, my finger felt completely like new. I took another dose that night, and then a couple of doses the next day, and after that I forgot to take any. The second day, the boil which had been a perfectly round bump, receded back into the elongated shape of the cut which had been the source of the infection. A week later, it has been diminishing steadily, and is now almost entirely gone. Thank you so much to Earthclinic and to Nic for helping me save my hand! By the way, I found that it actually tastes better to use just one tablespoon of oil, and that way you can take 3 doses a day without taking a lot of oil.

@ Louise from the UK who wrote about turmeric for re-occurring boils on 2/27/21

Try Nutmeg Spice:

Turmeric works wonders on boils topically. But if you're having re-occurring outbreaks. The bacteria has gotten in deep into the tissue or even the bloodstream.

A have a friend that suffered from re-occurring boils that would pop-up all over his body for years. He is a picker. He picks at them. I've even seen him take a needle to pop them (bad idea) that's why I suspected the bacteria was in his blood. He spent thousand's of $$ with doctors and got no relief from them. Til one day when we were hanging out with a few friends, he was picking at the newest boil to come up on his knee so I asked him, “do you want to get rid of them”? He replied, there is no cure. Well...believe it or not, there is! I told him he had to do exactly what I said. No matter how stupid it sounded. He agreed to do as I said.

Here is the treatment plan:

Go buy a spice bottle of nutmeg. Put enough powdered spice on the back of your hand “about the size of a US dime coin”. Lick it up with your tongue and swallow. Do this once daily for 30 days. That's it! Sounds too simple.

Note: Burdock root tea can also be used but, nutmeg can be found at most grocery stores.

Now here are the results of what happened to his body over the 30 days:

He noticed that he was not getting new boils at about 15 days thru the treatment and by the end of the 30 days, the old boils had completely healed. I saw him about 6 months after that and asked him about his outbreaks. He said “no new boils”!

Nutmeg stimulates circulation in the body, which can help your body fight the bacterial infection in your boil. This will help to prevent boils from developing. Compounds in nutmeg have strong antibacterial and antifungal properties. Nutmeg is also a detoxifying agent. It cleanses the blood by increasing the effectiveness of all the body's elimination systems. Its diuretic effect helps the kidneys filter impurities from the blood. It helps push toxins out through the skin, and it also boosts the ability of the liver to remove toxins. By pushing toxins out through a variety of pathways, nutmeg can purify the blood with minimal side effects and with minimal stress to the body.

Turmeric can cure very serious cases of boils but one would have to take a teaspoon of it in a glass of water several times a day. And, of course, eat only foods that are recognizable as coming from Nature and no sugar, white flour, fried or processed food, and lots of water each day

Starting nutmeg today, I'll be back with results. I am 53 and have been dealing with walnut size boils since my early teens, the last 15 years they've grown to fist size, I've tried doctors even infectious disease doctors tried for a couple of years. No luck. I'm believing this will be the answer. Thank you in advance for the information.

These big ones ( fist/ baseball size) make me sick head to toe with joint pain and so sleepy if I get the time off I sleep for days. I've been on medical leave 3 times a month each and slept most of all the month.

I'm giving my history so when I do come back with results you can know what a blessing beyond measure sharing this information has been.

My last big one in 2019/ 2020 I Prayed for death to come before another developed. The one now is walnut size thank the Lord.

Since my early twenties, I have been suffering from facial boils some are really absesses they are that big. I been on various antibiotics for acne, which work for some time, but then stop working. I really dont have that much acne at all and really question if it is this I have, as its always boils and not spots. I keep telling myself I will grow out of it, but it seems to get worse rather than better. Sometimes I dont have boils for a couple of months, then I have 3 or 4 close together. I was put on roaccutane after visiting a dermatoligist, but I only lasted 6 weeks april 2010 and as the side effects were so awful. I had a couple of months boil free, but then they came back again. Just before I went on roaccutane I had a terrible absess between the eye and bridge of nose, it got that bad, it had to be operated on, now I had quite a bad scar on my face from it. Over the years I have developed a lot of facial scarring which has effected my confidence in a big way. Most recently I have suffered from a really bad chin abscess, I was put on antibiotics again, but whilst finishing the course I developed a boil on my nose, which turned into nose cellulitus. I have never felt so much pain as I have in the last fortnight. They tryed 2 lots of antibiotics, which wouldnt touch the infection luckily the 3 lot of hight dose antibiotics started to work. Again another facial scar. I thought I would mention my other problem I case you think they maybe related. I have visited the doctor with severe dandruff, they think it is sebhhoreic dermatitis, this has happened in the last 6 months, I have also started to get pus filled painful spots on my head, maybe even small boils I would call them, with increased hair loss. My hair has become increasing thinner through my twenties, but since the scalp problem my hair loss has been increasing a lot. I have used steroid mousse which stops the itching and boils for a while, but then when I stop using it it comes back, I have stopped using sls shampoo and conditioner, as they create more painful boils on my head. My long suffering boyfriend who has supported me all the way through my problems proposed to me in june of this year. We have arranged our wedding date for june 2013. I am absolutely petrified I will suffer a facial outbreak whilst celebrating my wedding next year or if I will have any hair to style on the day. When I do get the boils I spent days in doors hiding away from the rest of the world until it retreats. I have had numerous blood tests which they say everything is fine, not diabetic, no thyroid probelm. So I am at a loss what to do now. I know I am sick of taking antibiotics. They wont work forever. I would love to have a baby after we get married next year, but I am so scared I will have boil attacks and would need to use antibiotics. The only other thing I take is oral contraception which ive taken since I was 15, I tryed to come off this 3 years ago, but the boild were un controllable, so I believe the pill must be masking some of the boils. I would prefer not to be on the pill either if possible. I really cant help thinking its not facial acne, although they tell me it is. I have not been tested for mrsa ir any food allergies. I have seasonal hayfever, but apart from that I am really healthy. I am 5 foot 3 and 9st. If you could spare me anytime to look at this email I would be internally grateful. I have read your various posts on earth clinic and you seemed to have given so many people advise that has changed their lives.

The common boils are due to staphylococcus, this means you have to kill it with either tea tree oil applied topically, and by resolving constipation. I define constipation as having bowel movements twice a day, whenever is less than that the body's ability to get rid of toxins is limited. The other is to take bromelain internally perhaps four times a day of the capsule on an empty stomach this helps increase the circulation on the face. Taking plenty of vitamin C and E, will help healing at 500 mg four times a day of vitamin C, and vitamin E 200 iu, to help healing of the boils. Colloidal silver may also help by making a spray and taking some internally.

The problem about diabetes is it is measured with 12 hour fasting, unfortunately most people with developing diabetes and hypoglycemia are not included in this test. If the standards for diagnosing diabetes is not over 110 mg/dL, the ones creating the standards are flawed if most of the population in that country is obese. I based mine on not over 90 mg/dL, and I expect that the average is to be 85 mg/dL as the highest after two hours after eating. You are likely to have immune system problems if it is over 90 mg/dL. In fact it is preferable to have a reading of 85 mg/dL one hour after eating. The immune system is considered wishy wash if it goes over this.

Most boils are caused by developing staphylococcus as the immune system is not good under the rules I set above, and neither is getting below 2 bowel movements a day any good. And blood sugar always goes high whenever food is consumed after 5.30 pm and sweet foods are consumed before 12 noon. Those times are when the immune system needs MINIMUM sugar especially after 5.30 pm. It is consumed during those times the immune system shuts down and staphyloccus takes over.

Assuming you passed the above test, there is another. Fatty foods block the capillary circulation to the face, especially trans fat, which is found mostly in cakes and anything prepared using supermarket vegetable oils, especially no fried foods of any kind, no cheese, no chocolate and anything that is greasy. As a demonstration, if vegetable oil is allowed to oxidized at summer heat in one month, you get glue, and these clog up the circulatory system.

Assuming you passed all tests and you have already considered that, another is taking water of 2 glasses DURING MEALS, which helps the digestion in that it doesn't clog up the system. and evens out the blood sugar by dilution during meals, as blood sugar always spikes during these times, which turns of your immune system.

Finally addressing the deficiency usually people with intestinal problems have such as vitamin D, vitamin A, and B12 are essential for the small intestines and helps maintain intestinal health and glutathione precursor, such as N acetyl cysteine 250 mg x 2, and lysine 1000 mg x 3 helps improve the skin as well as help clear out the toxins. Granulated lecithin of one tablespoon that is de-oiled helps prevent fatty liver and helps clear out blocked circulation so the immune system takes over. The other is minerals related to selenium, which is 200 mcg x 2 or x 3 times will also help in clearing the blood debris by helping support the liver.

Finally the most important is to get zinc in your system, which is also considered anti bacterial such as zinc acetate 25 mg. And always get your vinegar facial wash if the face is oily. by dissolving the facial oils. In fact a vitamin A and zinc deficiency makes the face oily as an indication also, which clogs up the pores, and it creates havoc on the face too.

Ronda, could there be something that is causing the boils? A food that your body can't handle?

It is possible that your hormones are out of balance. Here is a list of steroidal hormones that I would check.

Steroid Hormones:

Testosterone, Free with Total
Estrogens, Total
Estrone
Estradiol
DHEA-S
Progesterone
Pregnenolone
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)
FSH/LH
Cortisol

Have used nutmeg, taken orally - about a 1/4 tsp in am & pm. But do you think it will work on cysts - in particular ovarian cysts? My thinking is that if it helps for boils, it should work on a cyst - given that it is like a boil but just internal?

When I was 17 I started having trouble with boils and my mother and I tried everything. When nothing seemed to work we called my grandma who told us to mix a paste of oatmeal, add salt and apply directly onto the boil wrap it to keep the poultice in place. When I woke the next morning the boil core was on the poultice not in my leg.

When I was a young child my mother did something similar, but she had her's in bag like she bought it at a store. Could you tell me the amount of the ingredients used in your remedy, because I forgot how much you use. Thank You.

In my family if we have a boil, or acne that won't head up, we simply apply a slice of onion and hold it in place with masking tape for a half hour, then remove. This will bring many infections to a head. After draining them we again apply the onion for another half hour to make sure it's drawn everything out. A friend of mine had a rabbit with a puss-filled sore on the top of its head and it was not responding to the vet's medication. She was afraid she would lose her rabbit. I told her about this and the next day she called to say, "It worked! You saved my rabbit's life!"
