Her counseling practice currently includes journalists, corporate executives and small business owners. She has worked with families in crisis since she moved to California in 1989. During this same period she worked with the Heartfelt Foundation, an organization that has served our country’s inner cities of for the past twenty-five years and has been nominated for the President's Award for Service on more than one occasion. She was the Director of Development for the Heartfelt Foundation from 1996 to 2000.

From 1986 to 1989 she worked full-time for the Insight Seminar Group in New York City. Insight is involved with personal growth and human development. She worked with the administration of the New York offices and oversaw their volunteer division.

From 1981 to 1986 she owned her own consulting organization, Trade-Wins, which consulted with companies attending international trade shows. In addition to overseeing personnel assignments, design aspects, booth set-up and location for,national shows, She also consulted for the Milan and Hanover fairs, two of the largest international trade shows in the world.

Rachelle completed the Master's program in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in 1991. She has a Masters in Theology, which was awarded in 1998 by Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy and earned a Doctorate in Spiritual Science from Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy in 2002. She is certified in both Arbitration and Mediation by The Institute for Conflict Management in Santa Monica, California.
