Energy Healing is the cornerstone of my practice both for individuals and relationships. I do also employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy as well as Thought Field Therapy(TFT) and Mindfulness Meditation or Transcendental Meditation

Philosophy of Wellness - Concerning individual health I agree with ancient Chinese healers that illness is due to humans holding onto emotional stress which creates an imbalance in the mind and body. With relationships I believe that we can build up stress in the energetic connections between two people and these stressed connections have to be cleaned before the two can effectively communicate, work out problems and open to feelings of love.Energy Healing works on the energetic level and removes built-up emotions and stress.

Power and Uniqueness of My Approach - I discovered that energy therapies such as Reiki are made up of unique strands of life energy and since every energy therapy incorporates different strands, they have differences as far as their ability to heal certain illnesses or imbalances. Since the universe provides us with an infinite number of strands, I learned over the years to attune to a much larger number of these healing energies. With this vast amount of energies available I am able to use those that are most effective in healing each persons unique problems.

What the Healing Involves - Energy healing can be done in-person or long distance with equal results. The person lies down and rests during the session and the healer works off the body. There is no touch involved.
