Central to her focus for assisting others, is the idea that each one of us has the innate ability to heal. Allowing the healing energy to flow into her clients, she gently reminds their higher consciousness how to heal themselves. Emphasizing training and education, she believes that empowering others is a key to their success. Sheila is independently certified to practice and teach Reiki and The Melchizedek Methodª, she has studied with several local and a few international teachers, including Alton Kamadon.

Sheila is available for house and hospital calls throughout the Denver/Boulder Metro area and also facilitates healing touch services and workshops in the local Broomfield area. Her practical approach to integrative healing does not segregate the need for qualified medical attention, and proper nutrition, which complements the benefits of the healing touch therapy she provides. Sheila is also committed to giving back to her community, she provides crisis intervention, emotional counseling, legal information, and assistance to victims of crimes in the local community, serving as a volunteer Victim Advocate for the Broomfield Police Department.

With her background in computer engineering Sheila is also skilled at finding a harmonious balance between the art of healing and technology, she creates and combines healing intentions and technology to provide a new source of healing experiences through new technological avenues, such as the Internet
