Sharon Smith has been an herbalist for most of her life and has used herbs and taught about their usage for over 20 years. Sharon works with people in all stages of health and particularly enjoys watching them become "independently healthy".

She became certified as a Family Herbalist in 2005, a Nutritional Herbologist in 2007 and a Master Herbalist in 2008 through the Dr. Christopher's School of Natural Healing in Springville, Utah.

Sharon studied with Dr. David Pesek of the International Institute of Iridology in Waynesville, North Carolina and became certified as a Holistic Iridologist in 2004.

Sharon is dedicated to helping people live long, happy and health lives using natural methods.
