Martha Piesco Hoff is the Director of the Fire and Wind Healing Institute in New York which offers a three-year certification program in self-transformation and energetic healing. She graduated from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and trained there as a teacher. She was on the faculty of the School for Enlightenment and Healing in New York. She spent several years as the sophomore class Dean of the SnowLion Center, a four-year healing school in Provence, France and Switzerland. She has conducted classes on empowerment in Germany, Switzerland and the United States. She is a teacher in the "Home of Angels" school's program for self-transformation and energetic healing in Lautsia, Finland. She works with a kineseologist and naturopathic physician, Vladimir Bougaenko, in the Hudson Valley Wellness Center in Spring Valley, NY, combining her energetic healing work with his physiological methods.

Martha believes that the heart connection underlies all the healing techniques she teaches. By this she means an energetic/emotional bond between the healer and the client. In her experience the most profound healings occur when this connection is established and maintained by the healer, and this is the basis of the program of the Fire and Wind Healing Institute.
