The heart of Johanna’s work is her belief that the body is sacred, and that our embodied experience provides doorways to transformation and spiritual growth. Her ultimate goals are to help people become grounded, fully at home in their bodies, and at peace with themselves. She believes in cooperative healing. Energy healing is not a replacement for, but rather supports and enhances conventional medical and psychological treatments.

In individualized healing sessions, Johanna uses energetic techniques and interactive imagery to balance and replenish the energy of the body (chi/prana) that can become congested or depleted through illness, injury, and chronic stress. She creates a collaborative relationship, and a safe space, in which healing can unfold. The result is a return to greater physical vitality, emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual connection. Johanna has supported clients through illness, pain, surgery, emotional challenges, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and trauma recovery. She strives to make energy healing accessible to people in their everyday lives.
