Hello ,
I'm writing for a friend ...she is 24 yrs old and seems to get multiple colds. She is taking turmeric but apparently its not enough. Can you suggest a natural remedy that will help boost her immune system or something that will help keep colds at bay. Any advise will help ...thank you for your time.
