Every day after you brush your teeth grab your bottle of peroxide and put enough in your mouth to fill it up but not to the point of gagging on it. I like to do this while I am shaving but it also works well to put it in your mouth as you are stepping into the shower. Leave it in your mouth the entire time you are in the shower and right before you turn the water off spit it out and rinse well with water. While it is in your mouth swish it and just keep doing that the whole time it is in your mouth. Try to do it once per day every day of the week. You should see a difference within a week or two. If you are a smoker or heavy coffee drinker you will probably see a difference even quicker. I happen to like really strong black coffee. I drink about 4 cups every morning.
