[YEA] Anne from Nicosia, Cyprus writes: "Hi I have a great remedy for stomach ache even for babies although a bit of sugar is required for them to drink it. Its mint tea. It needs to be diluted with water and just luke warm for babies of course. Adults is can be as hot as you like. Its amazing how quickly the stomach ache leaves when I drink it. Also another great remedy for me is to eat an apple when I get heartburn and prune juice for constipation. Also I have begun to use aloe for my skin and its helped it look so smooth. Hope this helps people feel a bit better naturally.

[YEA] Kingskid from Dallas, Tx writes: "Had not been sick to my stomach in many years. Contacted a health food store I use frequently for vitamins, explaining I did not know how to stop the problem. He said put 1 teaspoon of ACV in a small (4 oz) glass of water then drink it slower. It worked within 20 minutes - such a relief. If stomach continues being upset, drink 1/2 of the liquid before eating a meal and 1/2 afterwards. When pressure built up in my chest cavity causing much pain, I used the ACV/water solution and it stopped the pressure. Rather than continue using the ACV/water indefinitely, with meals I took 1 capsule of Echinacea 400 mg to break the virus or whatever it was. It worked. But I will remember the ACV/water and use when needed.

[YEA] Kathie from Houston, United States writes: "For tummy cramps (or the runs) Chamomile tea works wonders- it stops the spasms in your tummy that cause so much pain. Double bag it for extreem measures... If you know what I mean. Roman Chamomile essential oil also works well (just rub it on your tummy). - Do not use the Roman Chamomile for too long or it will stop your bowels. Please note that if you have the runs, your body is telling you that you need to get rid of whatever is inside of you, so do no clog it up too much.

I have also found (from personal experience- with in 30 minutes) that homeopathic ARSENICUM ALBUM works very well for food poisoning (vomiting and the runs), also make sure to take some probiotics to get the good bacteria back.

take care of yourself, KT

Anyway when I opened the fridge, I realized we had used it all. I didn't know what to do. I was in excruciating pain, by now. I looked around, and there was some apple juice on the shelf, so I decided to drink some, thinking "doctor's tell you to give it to babies and childrem when they have colic, so I thought, what the heck, maybe it'll give me some relief. Sure nuff, I drank about a half-a-glass, and "bingo" immediately the pain went away.
Happydude from Sydney, Nsw, Australia writes: "Chronic Stomach Pain & Fatigue

Hi, I am 21, I am constantly tired, if I go for a ten minute walk I have to spend the rest of the day in bed, I wake up exhausted and aching, this started after a severe sinus/lymp infection approx 8 years ago. I get severe stomach cramps/pain usually at night sometimes early morning, which started when I was about 6, after I was forced onto carrot juice and tomato juice diets for months, also having to drink bleach etc. I am constantly nauseous, and vomit if I eat or not, on average 1 to 10 times a day. I get aching joints, hot/cold sweats, pains in my chest, and find it very hard to breathe, please don't get confused those are not from panic attacks or anything similar. Zofran does help sometimes to stop me vomiting, most pain killers don't work cause I can't keep them down. The doctors, don't have standard blood tests and ct scans of my stomach, an sent me off to a psychologist who said I just need a social life.

I have also tried,(not all at once) ACV, Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Turmeric, Cayenne, Honey, Slippery Elm, Ginger, Hydrogen Peroxide, Kelp, Cinnamon, Mint, Garlic, most made my stomach cramp severely, and some like Slippery Elm works occasionally.

I am yet to try oil pulling.

I am desperate I don't know what else to do, please help, I appreciate any suggestion of what to try next.

[YEA] Don from Southwest, Michigan writes: "Stomach Pain and/or Gas

Strawberries.

For any kind of stomach ache, gas pain, heart burn or stomach upset of any kind, I eat 4-6 frozen strawberries and the discomfort is gone instantly. This remedy has worked 100% of the time for me for many years. It has also worked 100% of the time for everyone I have told. My mother is 89 and takes several medications and supplements and sometimes gets terrible stomach pains and gas. She ate 5 frozen strawberries and by the time she ate the last one her pain and gas had disappeared. She is a devout skeptic and was amazed at the results.

I have tried this with many different varieties of strawberries and they all work. My favorite here in southwest Michigan is called Early Glow and we freeze about 60 qt. every year. Just hull the "caps", rinse in water, let drain in a colander and put into whatever size plastic freezer bag you prefer. Even if they are out of season in your area and you have to pay a higher price at a super market, get at least one qt. to keep in the freezer. When you get a stomach ache eat 4-6 of them and your pain should disappear.

I hope this helps you stop wasting money on expensive, super hyped, over the counter upset stomach chemicals that in my opinion just do not work and always made me feel worse.

Best Wishes For A Peaceful Future
Don

[YEA] Renee from Seattle, WA writes: "My 11 year old daughter had a severe stomachache the other day that brought her to tears. She has suffered from these from time to time and I suspect it might be gall stones or constipation due to poor eating habits. Too much sugar and refined flour (lots of junk foods). It is tough trying to get her to eat better. Anyway, the pain was so bad she could hardly speak. (She's pretty talkative, so you know she was really hurting!) Anyway, I remembered that ACV worked pretty well for my mom's gall bladder attacks (that's another cure story). So I mixed about 2 tbs of ACV with 1 Tbs of Black Strap molasses for sweeter taste in a glass of about 16oz of water. These are approx measurements, I don't use measuring spoons etc, I just eyeball it. So I gave this to my daughter and had her drink it, She thought it was tasted bad and gagged a little at first, but I forced her to drink it. She complained the whole time, but this was an indication that it was working. She was able to talk well enough to complain! Within about 10 minutes, she was singing and talking again and had forgotten that her stomach was hurting. She had only drank about a quarter of the glass full. She was drinking it very slow because she thought it tasted bad. I kept reminding her that her stomach was feeling better because of the drink so she continued to finish the drink. Very fast acting!!"

[YEA] Kelly from Farmersville, California writes: "Baking Soda As Stomach Ache Remedy: About two years ago, a bunch of us went out to dinner, and I ended up eating too much. My stomach began to hurt and I immediately regretted eating the way I did. Afterwards, we all went to my cousin's house to watch the fights on TV. My stomach was killing me the whole time we were there. I tried walking around a bit, but it did nothing to help the problem. My cousin knew exactly what to do about this problem and mixed some baking soda in a glass of water. He told me to drink it down quickly. I drank about half of it and my stomach immedatley rebelled. I, honest to God, thought I was going to hurl! I managed to swallow the rest of the mixture, and before long, my stomach ache was gone. When we got home, I lay down on the couch, and when I got up, I felt much better. Baking soda tastes pretty nasty, but this remedy definitely helped me get over one killer of a stomach ache."

Cardamom is a popular spice in Indian and Southeast Asian cooking, and you can find then at Wholefoods in the bulk spice area. I prefer chewing the seeds -- they have a menthol-type flavor -- others who find the taste strong can swallow the seeds like a pill.
