ANY IDEAS ON RESTORING LIGAMENTS?

02/09/2012: Nohard from Aristomenis, Greece writes: "2 years ago I had a broken knee ligament and a badly damaged one, got over these through rest and exercise, and swimming. Now I got it back again I think, from, of all things, driving across Europe.

Has anybody got any ideas for a natural supplement to help in restoring ligaments, apart from the above as I need to get it going soon, lots of work to do."

02/09/2012: Pammyb from Bartow, Fl replies: "I don't know about ligaments, but I've been using Baxyl hyaluronic acid for a torn cartilage in my knee, and it is working wonders!"

CAN TOTAL INVERSION HELP BAD KNEES?

04/30/2008: Julie Pellecchia from Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada writes: "What do you think of a 400 + year old art of practising total inversion? Can it help or can it be detrimental to this? Done quite a bit of extensive research with no sure answers. Are you able to give me enough answers to proceed with some sort of a proceed with caution or do not even try. Thank-you in advance"

05/18/2008: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "This depends on what kind of bad knees people get. Usually an trained person on total inversion can say that because there's so many kinds of bad knees, from injury, sickness, fractures, autoimmunity, deficiency, etc. A symptom and cause must usually be known to find what to do. One size does not fit all."
