Hantavirus Remedies
Hantavirus is a disease spread by rodents and is similar to the flu. Early symptoms of hantavirus are fever, chills and muscle aches. For a very time, the infected person starts to feel better but then, within a day or two, the person may develop shortness of breath. The disease then worsens quickly and leads to respiratory failure.

[QUESTION] 08/01/2010: Brianr from Sc, California, Usa: "Hello, The reason for my post is that my wife was just exposed to rodent (mouse) droppings while someone was vaccuming this up in a garage. We are worried that she could get the Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome (HPS) and we were wondering if there is anything she should take to help prevent this. We frequent the site quite often and thought we would post this in hopes of some getting some information and thoughts on this. Thank you in advance for your feedback."
