I still feel really embarrassed....My boyfriend of 4 years has been very understanding and support (thank goodness!) I have gone to my health care pro and they have used some sort of acid to remove them and they are going away in those areas but they keep arising in other areas...I want to try they ACV but i wanted to ask if anyone knows if the outbreak ever just stops?!?! And what about sex? When can we start having sex again ? And is condoms the only way to go? Would appreciate any feedback thanks!"

I just found my gw's recently and my boyfriend and I are completely devestated. We had unprotected sex recently and oral sex which means that he likely is infected as well. This is the person I could see myself being with for the rest of my life and having kids with. What ever happens to a normal sex life? My boyfriend and I are very spontaneous. What happens to that? What happens to oral sex? I am so devastated that I will never have a normal life. Can anyone help?"

08/28/2008: Heather from Louisville, KY writes: "Does anyone know how to get rid of this virus? Every year my pap smear comes back abnormal. I have had colposcopies done and they have come back normal. However my OB-GYN wants to freeze my cervix cells every year.
I have had several friends that have had this done and their HPV still comes back. Not to mention they say it's painful and your miserable for about 10 days. I have been happily married for almost 10 years and my husband has been my only partner. However he was married once before and it's possible I got the virus from him. Any way to get rid of this stuff and have normal pap smears again? Don't want to get cervical cancer.

07/16/2008: C from Houston, Texas writes: "I was curious if using ACV for genital warts can cause more to pop out? or if that is just skin irritation?
I have been using it for 2 days now and I seem to have more bumps.. I only had 2 when I started and now my skin looks crazy bumpy.
Though the one I am fairly certain is a wart is turning gray woohoo!
But am wondering if the other bumps are warts or it may just be from it getting raw? I was hoping you could help?

08/14/2008: Meg from Fort Worth, TX replies: "I'm looking forward to trying the ACV! The garlic/echinacea oil has been slowly working and I've been taking Lysine orally per the "local herb shop". Then I discovered two large warts in another area and was disappointed. My nurse friend said you can simply pull them out, root and all, and that is exactly what I did w/ the larger two that I could get too and get ahold of. It doesn't hurt much and it's gone. There may be remnants but it is easier to treat the area and kills whatever might be left. It does bleed a bit but stops quickly. Use pointy tweezers and dip them in alcohol first."

07/16/2006: Jared from Laval, Quebec writes: "I think I have a cyst or Genital Wart. That pimple looking bump that won't burst. Hello, I saw your website and have questions before I buy this. Since Spring 2004 I get a single bump every 2-3-4 months. It always happens at the penis mid part or below the testicles or on a testicle or on the perenium or near the anus on the perenium. Again it is always a single bump like a cyst or a genital wart. When this happens I just put Polysporin antibiotic and it takes weeeks-almost a month to go away. Right now I have this tiny bump at low part of RS Testicle. What do I have? Do you have anything to cure this? Thank you."
Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Dear Jarod: Garlic might be too mild and you may takie it quite often enough to see the difference. Usually the best ways is to prevent their occurence by staying away from sweets which often includes, bakery products, such as donuts, cakes, chocolates. Also next in line are the sweet drinks, cola, coffee, and even fruit juices. Taking zinc supplements often, will really help stave off the problem. The form of zinc I use is zinc acetate and is quite good and free of side effects. Sugar seems to be a major issue in such a formation of wart that really gets under the skin. Lack of sleep and eating before sleep doesn't help either."
