[YEA] 05/02/2007: Jen from Tokyo, Japan writes: "After reading the genital warts cures page, I tried the garlic remedy. I took 3 or 4 capsules twice a day, but after 2 weeks it didn't seem to be doing much. I searched on the internet and found a remedy they use for warts in Japan, a plant extract called hatomugi. It's also known as Job's Tears (Coix lacryma-jobi), Coixseed, adlay, or adlai. The herb is readily available here, as it's said to help clear and whiten skin. It comes in a powder form, pre-packaged in individual doses, but they also have tea, and bags of the dried herb at Chinese medicine shops. Within two days of taking it, any small warts had disappeared completely. The larger ones have been shrinking gradually. I've been taking it for a month now and am almost totally healed!"
[YEA] 03/09/2009: Jeff from LA, CA replies: "I tried this and it works. I believe this is the cure for HPV, everyone is looking for. It kills it from the inside and is a chinese barley. Also known as Yi Yi Ren. Get it from your acupuncturists. They may not sell this to consumers, as its considered an Herb in the USA.
I would also eat 3 raw cloves of garlic 3x a week as well. Don't eat too much otherwise -- it will give you a headache."
07/09/2009: Anonymous from Sparks, NV replies: "How much are the JOB TEARS and where could i find them?"

[YEA] 03/30/2008: Christopher from kirkland lake, Canada writes: "Again this isnt very natural but i insist it is worth while...
Back in the day i had a G/f with a bird. im allergic so i was getting lesions?.. i wonted is theres a mold or something associated with those animals.. anyhow, she had had Genital warts, I didnt know... i ended up with dyer skin on my Wang :) and resultingly i aquired a cauliflower kinda wart thing. Talking about feeling like totally helpless. I looked on the net for a solution and at that time didnt come across anything except a machine....
It was a magnetic pulser. prolly 300$ i thought well its that or my junk is gunna fall off. :) so rather quickly i got the machine and started an intense pulsing on my penis. probbaly 6 times a day for about 5 minutes. glad to say after 4 days it was going/gone. i kept it up for a while....
Nothings ever scared me that much. apprently the machine bring better circulation to the area and the magnetics kill alot of different things...
i bought an ozone generator and colloid silver generator because it that gizmo works the other should... the zilver thing is said to kill over 700 kinds of viruses, fungi, bacteria ect... 700 seems like alot but apparently its so cheap to manufacture that in the 50's they got away from from it cause theres was more money in antibiotics and not fixing the problem...
thanks and i hope my story helps anyone with a persistant problem..."

05/31/2009: What the from London, England writes: "Well, I noticed a small flat lump under my foreskin about 3 weeks ago. I thought it was a scar or something from some vigorus love makeing, so paid it no mind. Then a week an half ago I noticed more of them. Thats when I started to worry so started doing internet search and came upon GW. So did vinagar test and they turned white and lots of white appeared under the foreskin, I then found this site and stared te ACV treatment, well I couldnt find any ACV so using malt vinagar 5% which I'm sure should do the same. Anyway Ive been applying it pretty solidly for about 5 days feeling alot of sting. They got really white but still not much of a change except on some a kind of greying. Looking at all these posts everyone seems to have them go in like 3 days or less.
Has anyone else had to wait longer for result? Im very desprate to get rid of them since I have a girlfriend that Ive had unprotected sex with, and dont want her to get it to. I know I have to tell her so working up the courage.
I am a heavy smoker and like a beer or two, do you think this might be why Im havin not very good results? Im really happy to see so many people getting sucsess. "
08/12/2009: Bob from L.a. , California Usa replies: "yes its can take a while try soaking a cotton ball in vinegar, taping it on and putting a condom on it over night to make sure it stays ( rubber band the condom at the base.if your girl doesnt have it she can try taking elderberry to prevent it or Job's tears ( an asian barly) to get rid of it Jobs tears have also been hypothesized to be the actual and permanent cure to hpv. there is more money in a treatment than a cure remember thiswhen u goto the doctor. there are at least 30 diff types of HPV warts so not all cures work the same. and you may have more than one type as they are the most common of all stds."

[YEA] 01/24/2009: Jack from Toledo, Ohio writes: "Genital warts and nearly all parasitic, bacterial, or fungus can be eliminated with "MMS" -- I'VE USED IT ON 4 SPOTS ON MY FACE AND APPLIED DIRECTLY ONTO THE "SUSPICIOUS" SPOTS YOU MAY HAVE, IF ITS PRE CANCEROUS IT WILL STING A LITTLE BUT THAT WILL GO AWAY AND IT WILL SCAB OVER IN A DAY OR SO AND THATS THE END OF IT "BEFORE IT BECOMES CANCEROUS
JUST LOOK OVER WWW.MIRACLEMINERAL.ORG AND TO ORDER IT JUST GO TO http://www.mmsmiracle.com/BLACJAC687"
02/10/2009: Jay from Dallas, Texas replies: "In the MMS book it says Jim Humble tells how to make this miracle mineral thing out of store bought items. If it were so good why don't you post how to make it instead of redirecting us to a site that sells stuff?"
02/11/2009: Gean from Salina, KS replies: "Regarding buying MMS instead of making it: I have Jim Humble's book, part 2, where he explains how to make it. Unfortunately, you can't make it from stuff you can buy at the store. You need to purchase sodium chlorite (not chloride) flakes at a chemical supply house, where according to Jim you could get 100 g for $30 (as of a few years ago), as well as dark plastic bottles with accurate dropper tops, distilled water, accurate gram scale, and so on. Then you have to be very careful because this can be a dangerous substance, flammable when dry. It seemed a lot easier to pay $10 on e-bay to try a bottle, which lasts for a very long time!"
02/11/2009: Jay from Dallas, TX, United States replies: "Gean, what did you use the MMS for or was it for Genital Warts? Also, for whatever you used it for did it work? If what Jim Humble states is true then MMS will kill the HPV virus that causes GW. All of my research and medical studies have shown that there is NO cure for a virus and for sure HPV. I just found out I have GW after a 15 year commited relationship with my wife. I am only 29 years old and goes to show you not to trust anybody! If MMS will cure this, I have the ear of a lot of influential medical personnel within the federal government and Jim Humbles cause will be outside the reach of the FDA and drug companies WHO only want to treat disease not cure it. If there was a cure for everything drug companies would go out of business quickly, so they choose to treat instead of cure there is more money in it that way. Please respond to whether it corrected whatever problem you were having. Also, does MMS have regional or local sales reps or is the best way to get in online through his website?"
02/12/2009: Gean from Salina, KS replies: "No, I have never had genital warts, but I bought MMS because I love experimenting with natural means, and it was very inexpensive. Plus, Jim Humble is a humanitarian and is not after anyone's money. I have had chronic fatigue for several years, weak adrenal function. I can't say it was the magic bullet by itself since I have tried countless things, but it definitely helped me detox. When you decrease the toxic load on your system, the body has the energy to heal itself. Downside is that it makes you nauseated as you detox, but start slowly. When I started acidophilus (4 billion with each meal, Rexall brand from Walmart) I found I could increase the MMS dosage quickly without nausea. I am much better now and I think MMS was part of it. My husband, who had a serious leg bone infection from which he nearly died 30 yrs. ago, and was having pain at the site last year for several months, had the pain completely go away after 2 days of taking MMS, 6 drops twice a day. He was very skeptical, and purposely slept on that side to test it. The pain has never come back, and it has been a year now.
A friend (age 49) was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and over the last year she slowly (she was very toxic) worked up to 6-7 drops every night. She feels better than she has in 20 years, and feels more organized than ever in her life. Same with her sister. She is not on insulin, only bitter melon herb.
Another friend got better quickly from Mononucleosis with MMS, 1-2 drops every hour for a day or two, then cut down. I would strongly recommend getting and reading Jim Humble's book, parts 1 and 2 (go to www.miraclemineral.org), and getting some MMS. The only place I know to buy it is off the internet. If I had some serious virus, MMS would be the first thing I would use for it. It's cheap and easy, and works. According to Jim Humble it has cured not only malaria, but hepatitic C and AIDS, and I don't see why he would lie. He even tells you how to make the stuff if you really want to make a lot. Part 1 of his book is free, (download), and part 2 is $10, proceeds of which go to fight malaria in Africa. My dilemma has been finding enough people who are willing to try it, and stick out the temporary side effects, which you could avoid if you went very slowly.
Of course, there is more to healing than reducing the toxic load, and that's where whole food diet, plenty of sleep, water, exercise, fresh air and sunshine come in. Hope this helps a little."

1 BETTER BUT NOT CURED
[BETTER BUT NOT CURED] 08/05/2009: Hopefulgirl from Raleigh, North Carolina writes: "I was diagnosed with HPV in January much to my dismay. I had an abnormal pap, and am scheduled to have my 6 month follow-up pap in less than a week. After a recent surgery, I believe my immune system was depleted and was horrified to find an outbreak of genital warts INSIDE my vagina only. It started when I noticed that sex was unusually painful, and upon more examination, I could feel clusters of them up in my nethers. I went to a free health clinic and they said they could not help me. I read up online as much as I could about the little buggers, and was so discouraged when many informative websites said that they would go away eventually in ONE to TWO years. Thank God for EarthClinic. Thank God for all the other people affected by this unfortunate condition... and their encouraging words and helpful tips. I decided to treat myself with as much ammo as I could get my hands on. My treatments started a little over a week ago and included the following:
1) Apple cider vinegar: I tried the paste that everyone raves about, but having aspirin in my vagaygay was not working for me. So I did a simple douche- about 1 part apple cider vinegar (ORGANIC AND UNFILTERED) to 3 parts water for as long as I could bear it, approximately 30 minutes to an hour every day. Douching supplies can be bought at any drugstore. After the douche, I applied a little bit of castor oil to the warts. I had some warts just on the inside of my vagina, and would stick a ACV-soaked cotton ball there for as long as I could stand. These burned the worst, so I applied a combo of vitamin E and tea tree oil after that treatment.
I also drink 2 tsp of ACV in filtered water per day. Sometimes twice. Very tolerable.
2) Garlic: I bought odorless supplements 1000mg at the drug store and take 6 a day. 2 in the morning, 2 afternoon, 2 before bed.
3) Folic acid: 400 mcg per day (1 tab)
4) Acidophilus: 500 million live cells/day (1 tab). Strengthens immune system
5) Co Q-10: 200 mg per day (1 tab). Powerful antioxidant
6) Diet rich in beta-carotene: Lots of green leafy veggies, carrots
7) Vitamin E oil: Not only for relief after my ACV treaments, but I added 5 drops of it to my food daily (100 IU). It's actually quite tasty.
8) Job's tears: I bought some from a local acupuncturist. A bag of them cost me $6. With these, I boil 1/2 cup of the Job's tears in a pot of boiling water for 45 mins-hour, or until the barley is soft. I let the concoction cool, then drink it. Every day. Some people say to add sugar for taste, but I'm trying to cut back on that. For me, it's do-able as is.
9) Eat healthy, exercise, limit smoking/drinking. NO sex (yes, all this was difficult, but worth it)
Like I said before, I started these treatments a little over a week ago. Upon my last examination, I can HARLY FEEL ANY IN THERE! LOL. I can't believe my fingertips! It's amazing! The ones just inside my vagina are still palpable, but they've definitely shrunk a lot. I can't attribute any ONE treatment to my success, so I will continue taking all my supplements and douching with the ACV. Again, my follow up pap is in just a few days, and I can't wait to share all this with my OB-GYN. When it comes to the point that I can't feel any at all, I will continue with drinking ACV and taking my supps every day. I plan on doing my Job's tears maybe once a week instead of every day. As far as the douche, hopefully it will be unnecessary to do it as often, and especially since i'm very vulnerable to yeast and BV. So I may cut this back to once a month, if at all.
I hope this information helps people, as others have helped me. I will update when I'm sure they're gone. Hopefully this will be soon. Please reply if you have ANY questions/comments. Good luck to you all! Stay positive and BE PERSISTENT!"
08/24/2009: Hopefulgirl from Raleigh, Nc replies: "It has been a few weeks since my last post. I am happy to say I have no more bumps at all! However, when I did go to visit my OB GYN, she said that they were most likely not warts. But she couldn't see anything by the time I got checked out. My logic was since I had HPV, they were most likely warts (I am an RN and have a bad habit of self-diagnosing). Who knows?
I am keeping up with my supplements and have not been douching. If I have time to do just one thing every morning, I make sure to drink my ACV. I wish all of you the best of luck!"
10/14/2009: Jess from Ny, New York replies: "I found a previous post about a cure for HPV on one of the many web sites. I am not sure which one.
Everyone, there is a cure for HPV and its insidious consequences. Professor Craig Meyers who is a Ph.D.at the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Penn State College of Medicine has done research as early as 2005 and found that by using a friendly virus called AAV2, HPV IS DEAD IN THE BODY WITHIN SIX DAYS. This same friendly virus also destroys breast cancer in women!!
I asked him, why then, doesn't anyone know about this and why are there no clinical trials? He responded that he needs money to do this, and no one is providing it. He has appealed many health organizations. CNN also wrote a story about this.
WITHOUT A LITTLE PUSH FROM US, WE COULD ALL BE WAITING FIVE YEARS.
I don't know about you, but I don't want to wait that long.
I am writing with the hope that we can all unite and write many letters to many congressmen, newspapers, private philanthropists, so that we can get this terrible and egregious HPV eradicated from our bodies.
Who is with me in writing letters? Who would like to help me organize awareness?
We all have a similar story. We were not given this sickness by choice. In my situation, the one time I blindly trusted a man, I was given this gift.
Like all of you, I don't want to wait for my immune system to take care of it. If there is something that kills it in six days, then I want to pursue such a treatment plan.
Please post a response if you can help me organize some awareness.
Thanks"

[NAY] 07/05/2009: Lynn from Beachtown, CA writes: "I tested positive for hpv with my first abnormal pap when I was 16 years old. I went in because of a nasty blister looking wart. After 3 days of treatment from some online medicine that I can't remember the name of I was wart free and normal pap's for 3 years. When I was 19, I went to the dr and had another abnormal pap and one skin tag wart, which I was treated for via acid which left a scar. A year later I got two more skin tags and was treated with acid and left with scars again however this time I had a normal pap. I am now 24 and haven't been sexually active in 3 years but got the flu and was sick for a week which I believe brought my immune system down. After that I started eating better and exercising and I got 3 skin tags, but with a normal pap. I was treated first with the 3 week treatment of aldara, I followed directions and nothing happened. Then I was prescribed condoylox for a month which didn't have an effect either. Mind you the cost of these meds as well as the dr visits added to over 500 bucks. After a ton of online research I decided to try the acv treatment of the soaked cottonballs taped overnight. Of course it burned but after 4 days the skin tags turned black and were gone. Immediately after they left I believe the use of acv triggered about 25 small flat warts which I have never had before. I tried the online warts no more treatment dabbing it on the wart for 2 weeks with no results. Then I got desperate and tried rubbing the warts 2x daily with a q-tip soaked in bleach for 2 weeks and got no results. After that I tried 2 weeks of acv treatment overnight which hasn't fixed the flat warts at all. I tried rubbing tea tree oil as well as vitamin e oil on the warts. Nothing. I have been taking apple cider vinegar tablets as well as a multivitamin, folic acid and various other vitamins that claim to help with no results. I really don't want to have anymore scarring but I am very tempted to get the laser treatment because I am coming on month 7 of constantly trying out some new "cure" and as a result getting more- I am sick of this awful problem and doctors who don't seem to care. Life is stressful enough without having to deal with this, and not being able to date is mentally straining... banana peels and duct tape didn't work either. Any suggestions? Anyone had the surgery and zero scarring?"

10/01/2009: Serendipity from Orlando, Florida writes: "I need help... I thought all I had has a few warts... and I started doing mixtures of tea tree oil, and ACV, and Aspirin, and Vitamin E... alternating... with garlic, plus I take probiotics, and Grapefruit seed extract, Maca, Glutathione, Fish oil... Barley Green, I take it all.... I thought I had one maybe a few... but after using the ACV down there... more and more show up every day... I really started to take a closer look, and I realize, that there is a lot more going on... I think I might have vaginal displaysia, crazy deformed lumps all on my vulva and around my urethra... it almost looks like I have two holes where my urethra is, it's horrible, I had cervical displaysia in 2004, where they did a cryo, and it came back normal... since then I have had another baby... and I don't know what to do... can I treat the displaysia the same as warts? I am just in tears... I figure this is what i deserve, but I'm afraid its cancer, or could be... I am going to the doctor, but they are going to give me chemicals, or chemo or somthing... and I want to know if any of the above things would work for displaysia, the same as warts, or does that need to be surgically removed.... please help... email me if you know anything... thank you to anyone... sincerely -devastated"
10/01/2009: Kathy from Dubois, Pa replies: "You know, sometimes less is more. Too-frequent douching or soaks (or whatever you are doing) with ACV can cause tissue damage. It is hard to tell from your post, but it sounds like you are douching with ACV. To do that occationally is fine, but if you do it too often, or if the ACV/water solution you are using is too strong, it can damage delicate vaginal/vulvar tissue. The same thing can happen from Tea Tree Oil because essential oils can be very irritating, especially to mucous membranes (the vaginal, etc). So, if you are using Tea Tree Oil and ACV on you vulva/vagina, you might want to take a week or two off and see if the problem gets better. If you are in pain, try cool-water sitz baths...JUST PLAIN WATER...and give your tissues a breather from what sounds like a very aggressive home treatment, perhaps applying a small amount of diaper-rash ointment afterward to sooth things down there.
p.s. Since you write that you feel like you "deserve" your problems, could it be that you are using harsh douches as a kind of self-punishment, or as a attempt to "erase" the past? Just be aware that no one "deserves" to get ill, and that being sexual, or exercising poor judgement, is not a sin or a crime, even if people sometimes want us to think it is."

[YEA] 11/07/2009: Angie from Ny, Usa writes: "HPV:
I've been learning on this site for almost two years now but have never been able to contribute anything until now. I am so elated to tell people that they can treat their warts at home, very inexpensively, fairly quickly, and almost painlessly.
The salt crystal that people use as a natural deodarant cured my hpv. I wet it and rubbed it on my warts, the same way I do when I use as a deodorant, just to be sure I would rub a little longer for warts. The warts were located outside of my vagina, and inside of my vagina but even if inside if they were visible and I could reach them with the salt i rubbed them with the salt. It did cause minor irritation and burning but it was nothing compared to the ACV and Oregano oil, and much faster than the castor oil treatment.
If the warts are in an area that's stays moist try and keep the area as dry as possible to avoid diluting the salt. If the warts seem to be stuborn or extremely large try pricking it with a toothpick, or rubbing it to irritate the skin.
I hope that this remedy works as well for others as it has for me.
Angie."

[YEA] 01/04/2009: Adam from Perth, Australia writes: "Scarring from wart treatment: If you have a permanent white scar from treating genital warts, you can get it recolored just by having some skin-needling from a tattooist, using no color. These tattooists are used to tattooing every part of the anatomy including, believe it or not, the anus. Anyway, the skin needling will cause the formation of sufficient new melanin to cause the white area to become a normal colour again."

[YEA] 06/12/2009: Jaze from NYC, NY writes: "I was very upset to hear that i hap HPV Genital Warts. i had been with the same man for 6 years last Aug 08. He was cheating and I left him last june 08, but not before he left me with a gift. i had only been with 1 person before him and that wasn't many times. Anyway I was upset to hear that there is no cure. I found 1 bump down there this last Feb 09. When I got the second within a week I knew something wasnt right. The Dr told there really wasnt anything that she could do. Sent me home with nothing but a photo copy of some info on HPV and genital warts. I ended up getting a few more bumps . Then a few more afte that some outbreak I was devasted , so I decided to start researching on the internet. I came across lots of information on home remedies and I put together my own "treatment". And it does work For those who are patient and persistent. I read alot of stories of people and how they irritaded there skin with there " treatments". i am a very busy person, I work 7 days a week, so I needed to be comfortable. First i will list the oils, soaps and vitamins that I have been using, including the ACV. Fist off, I enjoy eating Salads and my favorite thing is Olive oil and vinegar on my salad. I have made it a part of my treatment to have a salad every day with OV & apple cider vinegar. Now to the other stuff. I Started taking vitamins, I take a womens 1 a day type, I take elderberry extract in pill form 400mg 1 a day, I take a garlic oderless extract in pill form 1000mg 1 a day, Antioxidant formula with minerals first 2 weeks everyday then I started taking it 3 times a week. For the first 3 weeks I also took Golden seal & echinacea complex in pill form. BUT YOU CAN NOT TAKE IT FOR MORE THAN 8 WEEKS STRAIGHT IT CAN CAUSE LIVER DAMAGE. So I waited 5 weeks and then took it again for 2 weeks then stopped and plan on doing the same in about another 6 weeks. Will take for 2 weeks again.I also used tea tree oil for the first few weeks because I had started other symptoms associated with it irritated and itchy. I also used the tea tree oil mixed with vitamin e wenever I shaved the area. I found a tea tree oil soap and since I bought it back in the beggining of March I have used it to clean that area, and plan on using the soap for a while longer. The ones that I had were slowwlllllyyy dissapearing. i was fustrated. I decided to research more and came across castor oil, decided to try it. It has been about 3 weeks that i started rubbing it with a q-tip on the area and everything is all gone. No pain or irritated skin. This is for the persistent patient person or *Chicken's* like me. :) Well I hope that this helps everyone. My interest is getting ride of the virus above everything. I dont want another outbreak. My question to anyone is, What has been the results for people who have tried these treatments how long has it been since an outbreak or a positive test? I also read about Job's tears it is a barley. Some people think that it helps kill the virus. That is what i will be working on getting my hands on within the next few weeks and add it to my treatment for a while in hopes of killing that damn nast virus. Good luck to all and I really hope the info helps."

[YEA] 10/25/2007: Maja from Vancouver, Canada writes: "this will have been my 3rd post regarding my search and test for genital warts and more specifically vaginal warts. and as mentioned in my previous post, i've tried almost everything to get rid of these suckers. i've had them for 3 years!!!! beat that everyone. i've tried liquid nitrogen, podofolin, raw garlic, garlic gel caps, vitamin e, jobs tears, almost every vitamin and mineral, apple cider vinegar, almost everything. i got so frustrated i was going to throw in the towel and give Aldara a try; i bought it but was to scared to try it in fear of the side effects. but i've been reading some online write ups on Tea Tree Oil and decided either that or aloe would be my last shot so i headed to the health food store and got a bottle. i kid you not, it's been 3 days and i've seen drastic change! i still take my vitamins and minerals and drink my jobs tears every morning but the TEA TREE has done wonders for me. if you are like me and have tried almost everything and still no luck try Tea Tree Oil.
what i've been doing:
1) get a cotton pad damp with the oil and wipe the affected area in the mornings
2) before i go to bed again dampen the cotton pad and directly apply to the affected area for 20mins and wash.
you WILL feel a somewhat minty sensation (like vicks to the eyes) but for me it doesn't hurt. everyone is different so if one thing doesn't work for you try something else, then try something else, and TRY something else. it sucks, but for me the search is well worth it. since i'm only on day 3 i'll write back in a few weeks to keep you posted."
[YEA] 03/12/2009: Joe from Portland, OR replies: "There has been major clinical research done on Tea Tree Oil for treating yeast-infection, as well for herpes, and warts. You can google it using google scholar. It is an anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial. I would personally use this before you try the ACV for 1 month. The reason being is, ACV is very painful the warts may return. With TTO, there is no pain. Just apply 3x a day. Use 100% TTO. You should combine this with fresh aloe vera leaves. Also consume Jobs Tears(Yi Yi Ren), garlic, and take daily multi-vitamins.
TTO should not be used for young children or young person still growing, as it may have estrogen (hormone) affects and can affect their development."

I have had GW for one year now and I've been trying lots of remedies with no result. I read about this homeopathic treatment and decided to try it. Three months ago I went to the homeopatic pharmacy and bought Thuya Occidentalis 9ch and stared the treatment. Eventhough I might have the virus still the truth is that I do not have any warts now. Just put 5 granules of Thuya Occidentalis 9ch under your tongue twice a day (morning and before going to bed) and let it dissolve by itself. Also take a pill of Vit C twice a day. Good luck."

Once I met my super-nice lady doctor, I told her about my two Genital Warts... She did not judge or make me feel dirty at all, instead she said it is nobody's fault. She applied some kind of acid to the warts, used swabs to make sure the acid went to only the spots that needed it, but before that, some vaseline to protect the rest of my good skin. The whole experience wasn't bad at all!
I have to go back to see her after two weeks from the treatment, but only one week after, my Genital Warts fell off.
Now, my boyfriend got Somoxal cream and accelerator on the mail today, it came from New Zealand and it doesn't look like something that is going to work to me. Even if it does, this treatment will take 6 weeks before the blemishes disapear. In the meanwhile, we can't have sex and pass the warts back and forth from each other.
Personally, I'm glad my problem is gone for now. Hopefully it won't come back!"

[YEA] 02/12/2008: Louise from Sydney, Australia writes: "I am a nail technician who favours gel set under a uv lamp. A couple of years ago I had a regular wart on my left 2nd toe. This dissapeared about 1 month after I had gel toe nails done. The wart then came back on my right 2nd toe about 12 months later. I got my toes done again and it dissapeared. About 2 years later I got a wart on my finger. This wart has now disappeared what have I done - started using UV Light cured gel again. I only just put it all together in the last week or so it is the only thing in common with each other. I am now trying this out on my genital warts. I had tried Aldara until I read about the side effects and now my man wont let me use it either. I have just started trying to use it on my genital area as I am lucky enough that the lamp lid comes off so I can shine it on my genitals. The other ones took a couple of applications of the gel (the gel takes 2 minutes a coat to set and you need 2-3 coats for each hand or foot, an infill of the same time frame is about every 2-5 weeks depending - the strength of the lamp is 27 watts 3 x 9 watt light bulbs and there is normally about 5 minutes between UV blasts.) Asked my doctor about the ones on my fingers and he said it would make sense so I am test driving it on the genitals I have read keep them out of UV light but if it cured the ones on my fingers and toes with no pain then I am willing to try it on the genitals. I am lucky as they are on the outer lips and inner thigh not in the pink bits phew. This is totally pain free and I will keep everyone posted with how it works. Not sure how you'll go getting a uv lamp but try looking around for any second hand Creative brand lamps as the lid comes off making it accessible to the vag area. If anyone finds a portable style one then keep in mind that this one is 27 watts and needs about 6 minutes in 2 minute bursts would be interested to hear if anyone else has tried it or does try it and I will keep you all posted on my progress. Good Luck"

[YEA] 04/13/2008: Jake from Glassboro, New Jersey writes: "Despite regular condom use, I ended up with genital warts at the sides of the base of my penis and in the pelvic region. At first, I tried podophyllin treatments at the dermatologist's. Nothing happened. Then, he froze them off with liquid nitrogen, which was quite painful and left the areas raw and bright red for a while. Several months later, I had either a recurrence or new warts (4 or 5) but no medical benefits, so I tried Thujia as reccommended by a naturopath. I followed the directions on the tube but got no results after weeks, so I tried oil of oregano and then taped garlic. No results with any of those treatments either...just pain and redness. Finally, I was so frustrated I got a do-it-yourself kit (from CVS I think) for freezing (burning) warts. Use on genital warts was contraindicated in the directions, but embarrassed and with little recourse, I tried it anyway. I followed the directions and after fifteen seconds or so the warts dimpled and make a popping sound. It definitely hurt, but not as much as the nitrogen treatment though they basically died off and scabbed over the same way. I did each wart weeks apart and got the process down better each time. I picked the first off and a small scar remains. So in consequent freezings I let the scabs fall off naturally. Warts in the pubic region were less sensitive and seemed to heal faster than the ones right on the penis. Infection was a concern, so I put some triple action antibiotic cream where I froze and took some internal echinacea and reccommended amounts of vitamins after topical surgery (consult google and the net for those). I had a few more recurrences for the next year but in slightly different areas. Nothing regrew on the scar tissue, which, fortunately, except the area that I picked, isn't visible unless I shave the pubic hair down entirely and look quite closely under bright light. Hope that helps."

[YEA] Allen from Dayton, OH writes: "I'have a somewhat painful, but seemed to be a very good way to reduce my outbreaks. wart remover for genital herpes. im a bit quirky on my ideas alot, but for me this worked well. i have no medical training whatsoever, but i often wonder about things. i remember having normal warts on my hands and wrist. i remember that the wart remover never seemed to work till it had eaten or burned its way through the wart to somewhat of a raw skin, most cases just slightly bloody, just like a small cut that burns with rubbing alcohol, not meaning in anyway that it was severe bleeding. i got genital herpes in my early 20's. i was getting an outbreak about once a month, give or a take a week or so. nothing doctor gave helped. so after learning a bit about all viruses, i was shocked to learn we have never cured a virus ever. we have slowed and controlled viruses, and nearly wiped them out with imunizations, but never actually cured any. i came up with this thought, lots of imunizations involve using dead virus cells. i also wondered why outbreaks were happening only at certain spots not others. i thought maybe when wart removers work for me only at the point where it burns down to raw skin, it may be that at that point, the wart remover kills a few of the viruses, then maybe those enter the blood stream almost like a immunization shot, and the body can then develop the proper defense.i thought this because one year, i had a large amount of warts on my wrist, i was a cashier at the time, so i could not have nasty lookin warts or white medicine showing on my hands and freaking out customers, so under my long sleeve shirt where there were ever more warts, i really laid on the wart remover thick. once i killed a few under my shirt sleeve, the ones on my hand just disappeared on their own,so i thought then that killing the other warts helped build defense against the warts on my hand. also i wondered about the skin texture, like why was the out break of herpes only at certain spots and not others, and could the mild chemical burn create a thicker skin sorta like scar tissue, and would this thicker skin be less likely to have outbreaks. so off i went, putting the leading brand of wart remover on my outbreak area. it was very very painful, had to bite on a rag. A month or so later, i got an outbreak, i was upset it didn't work, but then i noticed something very remarkable. the area with the new out break was different than the previous. so i tried it again, and sure enough, the next out break was in yet another spot on the skin. i never documented this, it was too embarrassing to do so for me, but, after a few months, i stopped getting outbreaks as often, and every new outbreak i did get was in a new area, never ever in an area that i had applied the wart remover. after a year or so, i reduced the outbreaks, and the size and area of the out breaks. that was about 15 years ago or so, and i now get outbreaks approx once a year, as opposed to once a month.and the out break is now never more than the size of a bb, and is easily taken care of in a couple of doses of valtrex and gone in 48 hours or less."

I have recently moved to a remote part of South East Asia where Apple Cider Vinegar and Tea Tree Oil are absolutely unavailable. I decided to give normal white vinegar a try anyway. I just dippped tisues into the vingegar and applied it to the warts. I did this twice over two days for 15 minutes each time. It really hurt while I applied the vinegar and contuned to burn a little the next day but it was worth it - the warts are COMPLETELY gone!"

[YEA] 11/30/2006: Deb from New Jersey writes: "I had a recent outburst of a vaginal wart. It looked like a raised bumpy mass and it kept on growing, fast. It got to the size of a thumbnail and raised about 1/4 inch. I did not want to use traditional medications so I saw that Apple Cider vinegar worked on regular warts. Well I had no Apple Cider vinegar, how about regular white vinegar. I soaked a q-tip in the vinegar and treated the wart directly for 10 minutes a day. After about 8 days the wart started to disappear, more and more each day. Then the area would bleed where I applied the vinegar, something was happening. As it bled the wart was disappearing. I treated the area every day until it bled. Eventually the wart was gone and a hole was there. The vinegar ate away the wart. This took about 2 weeks. If the wart threatens to come back I re-treat with vinegar for a few days, and its gone again. I hope this helps someone else."

[YEA] 02/18/2009: Motek from Los Angeles, CA, USA writes: "For the last 3 days I have been using white vinegar 3 times a day - I dip a cotton pad and get it soaking and then apply it to the warts for ten minutes. Next I taped a slice of garlic to warts and left it on for 3 hours until it was time to use the vinegar again. The first day they seemed to dry up a bit, but the next day one was bigger than ever and black in the center. After treating the area again with the vinegar it started to bleed and now there is a hole in the center of it and it stings like crazy when I apply the vinegar. It seems to be working and I am still repeating the vinegar and garlic treatment every 3 hours.
This might seem like a dumb question, but I would really appreciate it if someone can answer it. I have had a plantars wart on my foot for years and nothing seemed to make it go away, so I started picking at it. Is it possible that I transferred the bacteria from the plantars wart to my genital area. My partner swears up and down that he hasn't been with anyone else and I know I haven't. Is this possible?
Thanks"
