REMEDIES NEEDED
04/14/2012: Mrsglobal from Lagos, Ketu, Nigeria: "Am vivian from nigeria, ten years ago I was told by my doctor after I deliver my first child that I have fibroid growing in my stomach, I did not take it serious, last year I started experiencing itchng around my clitoris and also around my booty and fingers, but thing went bad, for the past six years my husband don't always discharge inside me during ejaculation, but my stomach was big as I have several of the fibroid round my womb.
Just two weeks ago I came across ur website and I ready people testimony about ACV, SODA, BSM, i try them, but i could not get the bsm to buy in my location here in lagos.
the itching has stop but not permanent, my monthly cycle that use to stay for three days is now taking 7 to 10 days b4 it dry up. please i need your advice and also i want you to help me get the acv, bsm, tell me what it will cost to send 3 battles each to nigeria by post.
pls help me, this fibroid is eating me seriously as i cannot look at the self on the mirror.
i await your respond fast. may god bless you"
Replies04/14/2012: Heather from Leicester replies: "The black strap molasses( organic no-sulphur)is the most important. BSM is what is left of sugar cane after sugar production, it might have another name in your country, google other names perhaps. This stuff really does work. The ACV is good for alkalisation which you need too if you have fibroids growths but you probably could use other vinegars or citric acid instead along as you use these with baking soda( see teds remedies). Good Luck"
04/17/2012: Xiaozhu87 from Singapore replies: "I bought one bottle online too. It taste disgusting. And I leave one bottle in my fridge after that. lols.."
04/29/2012: Akb from Dallas, Tx replies: "I'm so glad I lucked up on this website! I've been suffering from fibroids for over a year. I recently found out that I have a 7cm intramural fibroid and two 4 cm cervical fibroids. The large one doubled in size over the last year and I know it has to do with my diet. Anyway, my cycle has been unusually heavy for the last several months. It just got progressively worse each month to the point that I was going through pads and tampons every hour. It was horrible. The up side is that I had no pain or bad cramping, just excessive bleeding and large clotting. This site is a God-send! I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar, Blackstrap Molasses, and baking soda, Monday, April 23rd. I took 1 tbsp of ACV, 1 tbsp of BSM, and 1/4 tsp of baking soda in mixed it in warm water. The taste is not bad at all... It's like drinking prune juice. My period came much earlier this month, five days early. It lasts between 5-7 days roughly. My period started April 26th and it was a light flow. Day 2 it was normal, slightly heavy, but normal flow. I stopped using tampons by Day 3 and went to strictly pads. I think this helped, too, because my cycle was heavy, but not excessively heavy like my previous cycles. Usually days 3 & 4 are ridiculous! I changed only 2x all day which NEVER happens. Today is day 4, and my cycle is super light and very little bleeding. I can't believe it! Light enough to wear only a liner, but I'm not that confident yet, but I'm just too happy!
There is something in that mixture that literally stops the hemorraging! I'm going to take this consistently on a daily basis and I hope eventually my fibroids begin to shrink. Give it a try! It does really works and it slows down the flow dramatically. Very impressive!"

03/24/2012: Sharon from Salt Lake City, Ut: "I'm 52, never had kids and am experiencing perimenopausal symptoms... Infrequent menstration (about 1 every 3 mo), irritability, dimished sex drive, etc. I have been feeling a rather large fibroid that flucuates with my cycle... Large then small. I'm not interested in surgical removal since I understand that it will diminish as I progress into menopause. Since the fibroid can be quite large at times, it pushes on my bladder causing me to urinate frequently and sometimes without control plus it distends my abdomen. Is there an herbal concoction/remedies/vitamin regimen to help shrink or move this process along a little faster?"
Replies03/25/2012: Tristan from Alta, Wyoming replies: "Hallo, Take lots of Vitamin E - about 400IU minimum per day; you will find your issues will subside. This happened to me, and a nurse practitioner put me onto this.
Good luck!"
03/26/2012: Farah from Tehran, Iran replies: "Hello, I would like to add to the natural remedies such as diet and ACV SB, the specific exercise which it helps blood flow more to the fibroid area. The best exercise is cycling which supplies more blood (meaning more oxygen) to the unhealthy cells and it causes shrinking and vanishing tumors and bad cells. This method is practiced with a successful result. Thanks"

01/25/2012: Tyler from Chicago, Illinois, United States: "Hello, all. I am a young woman (21) and was diagnosed with Fibrosis last year. All years prior to my diagnosis, I'd experienced sharp pains in my abdomen and noticed that I had a permanent pudgy belly, as if I were pregnant. Of course, I knew that could not be the case. Well one day when I went to the doctor because of pains, I received the news about the fibroids that had formed outside my womb. Apparently there were quite a few, b/c the doctor was surprised when I told him I knew nothing of it before that moment.
The summer of 2011, I experienced the downfall of Fibrosis in the worst way. I'd always had a heavy flowing menstrual cycle, and it was always 7days.
This summer though, I bled for 31 consecutive days, ruined clothes because of accidents, and spent days in bed because I could not move due to the excruciating pain. I have other health issues, such as asthma/bronchitis, heart murmur, and iron deficiency anemia, so sickness is no stranger to me, neither is pain. However this was the worst predicament I'd ever been in. I am not able to have the surgical procedure as of yet. So I am seeking remedies for someone such as myself that has other health restraints, but wants to treat the fibroids as best I can, naturally. Any suggestions, aside from the Apple cider vinegar and baking soda? I've heard green vegetables and seaweed are good as well... Please help. Thank you."

01/09/2012: Melody from Harare, Zimbabwe: "Hello. Thanks for the informative website which revives hope. I've got fibroids and now 37 and wish to have a baby- don't know where I can find help in Zimbabwe or somewhere near for affordable prices. I'm so motivated to win my battle and hopes to get responses from all friends and other women who have gone through the pain which I go through almost everyday. Been told that the bigger fibroid is almost the size of a tennis ball so need to ask if dissolving tablets will work on these big ones."

11/08/2011: Patricia from Hanover, Ontario, Canada: "Sending thanks to Baldev for feedback and yes the anger issues are a work in progress. If you're going to tackle bringing your "house in order" then it's a package deal, body, mind and spirit, it's important for them all to get along. Also thanks to Mt from Ottawa re feedback. The link you sent to Maria Treben's site was a wealth of information. Horsetail is not something I would have gravitated to but am definitely going to give it a try. I'll post progress for others dealing with same or similar issues."

11/07/2011: Patricia from Hanover, Ontario Canada: "Thanks for your speedy response Baldev, it is highly appreciated. I am very willing to try your suggestion of the poultice and am wondering if it is to be used cold or if heat should be applied and how long to leave it on for. I currently am using a castor oil pack that I apply heat to for pain reduction and increased circulation. Also there was another posting in which a woman stated that the rapid growth of her tumor was associated with a compromised liver (causing reduced metabolism of estrogen). I also have fairly rapid growth of my tumor and was told by a past accupuncturist that I have a hot underfunctioning liver. I already drink dandelion and stinging nettle tea daily as well as eating liver supporting foods and am trying to deal with suppressed anger issues. Any other suggestions for a hot liver?
I am very grateful for this forum and its participants and feel much less cornered into choosing an allopathic route for treatment of this concern. So thanks again everyone :)"
Replies11/07/2011: Mt from Ottawa, Ontario replies: "This is an extract from Maria Treben's book (Health through God's Pharmacy -Advice and Proven Cures with Medicinal Herbs ), a few pages in the book are dedicated to tumors treatment. You could try a poultice of horsetail.http://www.mariatrebenherbs.com/67/77-horsetail/itemid-0
Horsetail and nettle tea are recommended for tumors."
11/08/2011: Baldev from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India replies: "Hi Patricia,Well, sodium bicarbonate and DMSO 50:50 mixture you can apply as it is means cold and can leave it for 30 minutes. By this time it should be absorbed. Most important thing which you have mentioned is "The supressed anger". You have to work on it, forgive and get out of this syndrome. Regarding the pain too if you mix castor oil with DMSO I think it will be better.
Baldev"

11/05/2011: Patricia from Hanover, Ontario, Canada: "Hello there. I have a bit of a strange post contribution but am hoping I will still get feedback. I have been diagnosed with Fibromatosis which is an aggressive benign tumor. I was told it is the same as uterine fibroids but I am an extremely rare case that has developed this tumour on the right side of my right knee. Odd I know, but there you have it. I was told this tumor (as with uterine fibroids) is estrogen dependent and will reduce in size with menopause. The complication is that is surrounding a nerve in my leg and is now to a size that is causing me fairly constant pain. I had massage done to increase the lymph drainage and with every treatment I woud start spotting and bleeding no matter where I was in my cycle.... Hmmm I said.
My options I was told are surgery (which usually makes it come back worse), radiation and chemo. None of these are options I want to take and so have been searching for other answers. I found this site and am hoping someone out there has some ideas. Does the ACV/baking soda and BSM just help with periods or does it reduce tumor size? I'm really impressed with the thoughtful, helpful posts on this site and am hoping someone has ideas for me. Thanks in advance for any input."
Replies11/06/2011: Baldev from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India replies: "Hi Patricia,Of course Ted is the final authority, but till he answers your mail, my humble suggestion to you would be that you can make a solution (paste) of sodium bicarbonate and DMSO 80% and apply on the tumor two three times in a day. It should help in reducing the size of the tumor. Good Luck
Baldev"

10/27/2011: Teegal from Lagos, Nigeria: "Hi Ted,
I read with a lot of encouragement your comments on the various health issues, particularly as affecting women's health/fertility.
I have been married for 8 yrs never been pregnant. I had a lap. Surgery for adhesiolysis 2 yrs ago, during which the Dr. Diagnose hydrosalpingx on both tubes & uterine intramural fibroids, later scan showed 1 or 2 of them are calcified. Also I went for a selective HSG afterwards, the one that catheterize the tubes and it was discovered one of the tube is partially blocked. I have been searching for herbal/natural ways of curing my fertility problems, and I stumble on your sight.
I took the ACV/BSM for about a month, and it helped greatly with menstrual cramping & bleeding, but I have been noticing pain and feeling of numbness on my left leg, the fibroid is mostly felt bulging solidly on my lower left, could be its blocking some veins or nerve? Please advise.
I desperately need your help on what can remove my fibroids and restore my fertility, I don't wanna go under the knife, and I want to have kids.
Also please provide answers to the following:
1. Are calcified fibroids dangerous?
2. Can it become cancer?
3. I read somewhere on the net that calcification is the body's way of getting rid of the fibroids, is this true? If yes do I need to do anything about it?
Please help with natural remedies I can take to cure my ailment and help me achieve pregnancy.
Thanks,
Teegal. N
Nigeria"
Replies12/06/2011: Suzanne from Honolulu, Hawaii replies: "I have uterine fibroids that are calcified too. I believe that it is sort of the cycle the tumour goes through when at the end stage it becomes calcified (it has outgrown the blood supply and stops). I went through an awful thing called 'red cell degeneration' and was in the hospital for four days with the worst pain in my life ever! It felt as though being tortured with a knife stabbing into my uterus repeatedly. The doctor told me later that what I experienced was something like a "heart attack but in the uterus... Because the fibroids had outgrown their blood supply. They almost did an emergency hysterectomy but I absolutely refused. I believe I was going through a healing crisis and after the ordeal I felt better and better and it hasn't happened since (2 years now). I try to stay positive in my thoughts about these uterine fibroids..... I imagine the fibroids are these beautiful roses that grew around a cell that was about to give me cancer or something. So these beautiful fibroids protected me... It was the correct response from my body... It did exactly what it was supposed to do.... It means that I'm actually incredibly healthy in my body's response (although I need to continually work on maintaining/improving health with diet/exercise to aid in healing). And now that they are calcified (hardened) they have dissolved that dangerous little cell that they had initially grown around. Eventually the calcification will go away.... It may take years... And that's okay. By the way in uterine artery embolism surgery the same thing happens: they cut off the blood supply to the tumour. In my research, I read in one account that after this type of surgery, a woman had actually dispelled the entire tumour vaginally with contractions and all! Interesting to note that when I was hospitalized with the red cell degeneration, around the 4th day my uterus was contracting! Although I did not dispel the tumour, I think somehow my body was trying to, but they had me on some pain medication that may have stopped that from happening. As for home remedies from dealing with uterine fibroids since 1999 and researching..... Here's what I've learned that you can look up on the computer... These have all helped me (and this is in a nutshell):1 tblsp. Blackstrap molasses (organic and unsulphured)1 tblsp. Apple cider vinegar and 1tsp. turmeric powder with raw honey in glass of water with juice of raw lime or lemon.
EXERCISE!!!!
Healthy Eating
No Coffee
The Master Cleanse (21 days I did August 2011)
Water Fasting (only water 21 days back in 2006)
Meditation (Love, light, healing, positivity)
Relationships (get out of toxic ones because of stress on the emotional body.... I had a verbally abusive boyfriend who told me I was "disgusting" because I had "all those tumours inside")..... Hence, I came up with that Rose meditation (visualizing the rose encapsulating the dangerous cell that grew into a beautiful uterine fibroid--thank God it saved my life
By the way take a look at the photos of uterine fibroids online and you'll begin to see the roses I'm talking about. Please don't ever feel "disgusting" or that your body failed you somehow because you have these!"
03/13/2012: Teegal from Lagos, Nigeria replies: "I think positivity, healthy eating, excercise and and staying diligent with the remedies is the way to go."

06/10/2011: Miss Diane from London, England, United Kingdom: "Heres a question that I would love Ted from Bangkok to answer for me. How do I shrink huge fibroids that are pressing on the veins to my legs and put me at high risk of deep vein thrombosis.
According to a vascular surgeon and radiographer, a venogram shows "compression of the illiac venous system" and both he and my gynaecologist reccomend a hysterectomy. My symptoms include leg swelling and cram-like feelings. Other than that, I feel perfectly healthy and am a 'normal', slim 42 year old of afro-caribean ancestry, who wishes to keep her uterus.
5 years ago I was diagnosed with multiple huge fibroids. Other than very heavy periods, I had no real symptoms until 2 years ago when they started causing leg swelling, the diagnosis being compression of veins in my pelvis. As I was at risk of deep vein thrombosis (with 3 emergency hospital admissions), I had uterine artery embolisation a year ago. I can even feel the shrinkage and my fibroids are now the size of a 16 week pregnancy - which is huge, but still smaller than previously.
I live in England and have private health insurance and so have had multiple MRI and CT scans as well as other expensive diagnostic tests to confirm all of the above, and have seen some of the 'best' specialists in England.
I have been trying the sodium bicarbonate and apple cider vinegar remedy (also blackstrap molasses) for 3 months and have far less pain in the legs as a direct result, but I need to shrink the fibroids as I am still at serious risk of deep vein thrombosis. DVT can lead to a sudden death - so this is serious!
Generally, I am healthy, eating a vegetarian diet for 11 years, little junk food, no coffee, exercise twice a week, weigh 58kg (9. 5 stone), usually I am less than 9 stone.
I would love to take my mother on holiday to her home country this summer, but this would mean an 8 hour flight. Long-haul flights and bad circulation do not mix and I have been warned not to do this on risk of DVT. My mother is not getting any younger though, so we may never get another chance to do this holiday together.
Can you give any advise, Ted?
Regards, Miss Diane"
Replies08/06/2011: Eileen from Sumter, South Carolina replies: "Try the Castor Oil Packs recommended in that section or search for info on web. I believe it works. I used it for two weeks and had improved greatly then stopped. Pain returned. If I had been persistent I believe it would have disolved the fibroids or the endometriosis. Whichever you have."

03/15/2011: Chiqui from Bonita Springs, Florida: "A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with a having multiple cysts plus a 6 cm teratoma. They recommended a Hysteretomy but I didn't have insurance. I prayed and prayed and started to use Apple Cider Vinegar with baking soda and natural remedies. I believe God had healed me because my pain was not so severe but I was still not feeling that good. I had some tests done and they found a mass in my ovaries. This time I had it taken care of and only my ovaries were taken out. Now I need to know is there any natural hormones that I can take. I don't want to wrinkle or muscle mass. This is my third week of the operation."

I have been bleeding for a month now and I go through at least 6 pads a day and 3 at nights. Tampons r out of the question cause I have huge blood clots during my period but no pain yet thank god. I'm writing this to find out what can I do to stop this bleeding-what natural foods can I eat rather than surgery which is the only recommendation that the doctors have given me. What can I do what can I eat or any suggestions that u have would be just great thank you. Also I want to get pregnant and I dont see it happening I dont wanna lose faith but I'm running out of pads (trying to be humorous)"

[YEA] 02/22/2009: Karol from Portland, OR: "for fibroids -stop all microwaved meals or foods. This works and works fast. I did this about 10 years ago and did not have to have surgery. Recently, last year, I got rid of the microwave altogether. I have not missed it at all. Heating up foods does not take that long. Please stop with the micro wave. Thanks"

TANYA'S FIBROID REMEDIES

[YEA] 07/26/2008: Tanya from Olympia, WA: "I have wrote several times and have was diagnosed with anemia and fibroids last September. I have tried everything from black strap molasses, to Apple cider vinegar and those remedies have helped. I got an ultrasound in June and my fibroid is still there, it hasn't gotten any bigger though! My anemia is gone, it has been for about 6 months! My Naturopath was amazed that I have kept my iron up for so long. Ok, so this is what I have been doing everyday now for the last 3 months and it has made a huge dfference: I drink Odowalla Superfood green juice every morning. I had read spirulina is good for fibroids and was taking supplements, I believe that works also if you don't like Odawalla. I take Garden of Life Perfect Food Super Green Vitamins, Irwin naturals living green liquid gel womens multivitamin, a B-100, Evening Primrose, and DIM. I read that DIM helps balance Estrogen and since I have been taken it I have noticed a big difference in my cycles being lighter. I was taking vitex (chasteberry). I take iron picolate if my cycles are heavy but they haven't been.
This routine has been so wonderful, my cycles have been light 3 days, and they have been 21-28 says apart. They were 15-17 days and horrible. My anemia was so bad my iron was 29, now it is 42! I got all the supplements at super supplements. The iron picolate I got from my naturopath.
So if you have anemia and fibroids give this a try, also cream of wheat blackstrap molasses and raisins helped when my iron was really low.
I also have gotten off the pill (everything I read says estogen makes fibroids grow) and watch my caffeine and alchohol intake. Good luck ladies! Your body can heal itself, my Dr. suggested a hysterectomy last year, I'm only 40 years old! Thank goodness I didn't listen. I feel great!"

TED'S REMEDIES
10/15/2011: Charu from Delhi, India: "Ted: I plan to try your recipe of 2 Tbsp ACV (Heinz) and 1/4 tbsp Baking soda in 1 cup of water to remove fibroids and excessive bleeding and clots formation and severe pain in periods. I have understood that it has to be taken 5 days a week with 2 days off.
But my query is :
a) Whether we have to take it 2 times or 3 times a day??
b) Whether it has to be taken 3 times a day during periods also or stop it at the time of periods? Once Periods are over, start it again??
Thanks."

01/06/2011: Felicia from Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria: "I have fibroid and I have travelled a lot around in the aircraft. Recently I had blood clot and my doctor suggested that because I sit in the aircratf alot it makes the fibroid to sit on my vital vein and that is why I have a blood clot. It has been treated and my doctor says that since I am 50years old that menopause would set in and and the fibroid would shrink but meanwhile a friend told me of teds remedy and I looked it up but unfortunately I have been using the lime and soda with a few drops of vinegar. What should I do to neutralize it since I have taken too much acid for one month now non stop. Do I start taking only lime and soda and for how long do I have to take it before the fibroid would shrink. Pls tell me exactly how to take the remedy cos am stil on a high dosage of asprin and high blood pressure medication. Does vinegar and lime have side effects and what are they, and how do I use molasses. Please reply urgently. Felicia from nigeria"

TURMERIC

[BETTER BUT NOT CURED] 11/20/2009: Rapha7 from Mytown, Usa: "Fibroid Tumor Remedy - Tumeric
I found out about 4 or 5 years ago that I have fibroids when having an ultrasound for something else, and over the course of that time my periods have gotten heavier, started having clots and experiencing cramps which I rarely ever got. During the heavy times I would go through a Ultra Plus tampon in 1 hour.
I don't remember if it was on EC or another site, but I read that the heavy bleeding was caused by inflammation (either the Uterus being inflammed or the fibroids)during periods and it mentioned taking Tumeric.
Someone on EC recommended Natto, and I tried that for a while, but didn't notice reduced bleeding. Then I added a sprinkling of Turmeric on the Natto. The bleeding was reduced some, but I thought it was the Natto. I ran out of Tumeric & continued with the Natto and since I didn't seem to be getting great results, and the Natto is 'Natso good' I stopped.
It wasn't until I read the article about inflammation & Tumeric, that I put 2 and 2 together & realized that what had reduced the bleeding when I was eating the Natto with Tumeric sprinkled on it was actually the Tumeric doing it's thing. To be sure, over the last couple of months I've been taking 1 large teaspoon of Tumeric in juice, at least twice a day when my period starts, & it's nothing short of a miracle. Now I can actually get 3 - 4 hours of solid sleep without having to worry about an accident. Before on heavy nights, I would sit up, so I wouldn't fall all the way to sleep, so I could get up every hour or hour and a half to change. During that time if I could get a solid 2 hours of sleep I was estatic.
Other remedies I tried was the Unsulphered Black Strap Molasses. It reduced the clots by around 90% and the iron definitely gave me an extra boost, as the heavy bleeding caused me to be anemic, but it did not reduce the bleeding.
I hope some of you ladies try this and get the results I have. Although it's not a cure, it helps make the fibroid situation bearable. Lastly, the Tumeric is bitter, but well worth the results."

WATER AND AIR
Ratings:

[YEA] 10/03/2008: Carmen from New York, NY: "I am finding that Water and Air are dissolving my fibroids. Yes, it sounds absolutely ridiculous, but it's true. Twice a day for the last two weeks, I've been standing up against the wall of my studio apartment breathing deeply, doing an exercise from the Book of Internal Exercises by Stephen T. Chang. (I inhale sharply and exhale while maintaining a stiff abdomen.) After the first day of doing this, I noticed my fibroid protrusion was lessened. Also, I've been drinking 5 glasses of lukewarm water a day, sprinkled with a bit of tumeric. The water seems to be literally washing the fibroids away as I notice what looks like to be be pieces of the dissolving fibroid membrane in my stool.
Could it be that water and air naturally contain the enzymes needed to dissolve fibroid membranes if concentrated? I'm becoming a believer."
02/27/2009: Hope from London, UK replies: "Hi, Are your fibroids gone following the treatment. How long did u do it for? I am looking for natural remedies. I know deep down we can do it. Thanks"
03/01/2009: Vina from Marietta, Ga replies: "I would like to know how large your Fibroid were and are they completely gone. Did you have to change your eating habits, or were you a healthy eater. What all did you do? I am very interested in getting rid of these fibroids. Thanks for the information"
12/12/2009: Apple from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia replies: "My uterine fibroid is now 13cm. No diet change, organic food, detox, enzymes pills, TCM per se helped. Last week, I started myself with qi gong and reflexology to tackle stagnation of chi in uterus. I'll allow myself 3 months to gauge results. Hope when I next write in, I'd report good results... BTW, I love this great site for sharing so generously! I am also drinking ACV regularly, and BSM helped with my monthly pain. Thank you so much!"
04/16/2010: Apple from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia replies: "Been 4 months since I've tried qi gong (on and off basis due to hectic work schedule). I find it is helpful in minimizing monthly pain. Had I been more consistent, I believe the improvement would be very much more better. As long as there is very little discomfort each month, I do not care very much if the fibroid is still there. The bulge in my tummy is not really apparent."
06/17/2010: Nigerian Girl from Lagos, Nigeria replies: "Hey there,Glad to hear all this. I am 29, getting married next month and just recently diagnosed with a 5cm fibroid. I had no heavy periods over the years but just started having major cramps on my right side which took me to the doctor, had an ultra scan done, found out that there was a little cyst on my right ovary and this fibroid. Please, what specific fruits and veggies should I be eating?"
03/08/2011: Simi from Fremont, Ca replies: "Hi,
My concern right now is am in the process of IVF.... Since doctor had prescribed estrogen pills for this cycle... They have scanned today a fibroid in my uterus muscle... he says its not so big but I want to take care of it naturally if there is a way.My question is Can I take blackstrap molasses when my embryo is getting implanted and when I get pregnant to cure this fibroid. Can I take apple cider vinegar everyday twice... IF so what would the dosage be.... Past period was really really painful like hell I didnt want to take painkillers as it would only harm my body.... Am getting totally stressed with this issue...... I really want some natural cure.... Thats why I was browsing and came across this wonderful thread.... If I can take all this alongside my pregnancy it woud be really great but am not sure..... Pls advise..... as I dnnow if my Doctor can answer this qs.
thanks ladies, Sona"

Or less, once a day, and after a few days, twice a day. but I am wary of going over that amount even not during pregnancy."

That would be keeping well within what could possibly be in a recipe for cake for example and you would be able to eat cake. (I wouldn't haha! ) Hope this makes sense. Cheers and good luck, Lily."
