CFS AND MYALGIC ENCEPHALOMYELITIS
Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Dear P:
If I have this complicated condition mentioned I would try to keep things simple and get back some normal parameters of the body first before trying to seek a cure. This means measuring the urinary pH first. This means I would try to at least get normal pH and ORP parameters FIRST, before doing the other things. The ideal parameter in a serious condition is to achieve a urinary pH of 7.3 and a ORP of -100 mV or less through a simple baking soda only or sodium citrate (which is the more effective alkalizer of the two.
It appears that the condition of a severe fatigue to be a virus, at least initially. But this may be just be part of the picture but further looking on osteporosis appears to be a mycoplasma condition, or a fungi infection which exists throughout the body and sometimes cause or manifests itself similar to a chronic fatigue just the same.
Therefore the initial remedy, with further email follow ups is needed. However, I will keep things simple:
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda plus 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in one half glass of water. This is taken at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Further more, the dose may increase or decrease necessary for me to obtain a urinary pH of 7.3.
The drinking water I would add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt per liter of water.
I would get my urea levels checked (from urine or blood), it may be well below average, or well below. Urea If that is the case amino acid supplements, or even a urea supplements may be needed to get that to normal parameters.
Once the body attains normal pH parameters well within the 7.3 give or take .3. This should be sufficient after the second or third week.
On the third or fourth week there are two remedies to handle the fungus/viral liver problems. One is granulated lecithin along with food or on empty stomach, very much depending on how well the body can handle it. This should remove the liver congestion, reduce some heavy metals.
The second remedy I will addressed directly the mycoplasma issue, which is 1/4 teaspoon of borax in one liter of drinking water. This usually are taken no more than 4 days out of a week.
The body by now should be able to handle some supplments on the fourth week such as magnesium and zinc. The magnesium citrate or close) is 250 mg/day for 5 days out of a week and zinc gluconate is 50 mg a week.
Most people with this "brain fog" can be helped, with a simple addition of 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 3 drops of 3% H2O2 taken only once in the morning.
The key to chronic fatigue after lots of trial and error turns out to be to get the proper urinary pH to 7.0 - 7.3 FIRST before doing any other things such as getting mental problems back to normal, in which case vitamin B complex will help greatly the appetite and the paranoia problems but can't be taken frequently as B complex (particularly from the B6) are acid forming. So that I would take the vitamin B complex on once or twice a week, and only after the fourth week into the akalization.
Sodium malate and magnesium during the alkalization stage is helpful based on my experience with chronic fatigue. An easy remedy is one drop of clove oil in one glass of water well stirred. That restored a lot of energy back too.
It must be noted that on the fifth week and beyond those remedies which begin at separate times are still maintained, however I may pare down the borax remedy to only once a week or twice a week depending on my conditions.
As to the osteoposis, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 should be quite helpful against the liver problems as they are also antifungal and helpful with osteporosis as well as the borax remedy also. Magnesium citrate 250-500 will also reduce painful joint problems common with chronic fatigue.
If all goes well, I should receive some feedback from you within the month.

HOW LONG BEFORE I FEEL BETTER?
Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome I have found should be best handled by dealing with getting the body in an alkaline state first, and take magnesium and malate supplements. H2O2 is seen as supportive by reducing the microbes so that the body can defend itself.
No one single supplements is going to help CFS. I would much prefer to start off with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (with 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid, if possible) in 1/2 glass of water taken 2 times a day. The urine pH should reach 7, and from then on, I would then take magnesium citrate (or magnesium chloride 250 mg for 4 days or 5 days out of a week, plus some apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoon plus 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda that can be alternated with the 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and the citric acid, (or just the 8 teaspoon of lime juice or lemon juice with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 glass of water).
You can do whichever, but once the body reaches urinary pH of 7, or if you can't get pH to measure them, usually the baking soda and citric acid , or baking soda and lime or lemon juice should reach the desire pH relatively quick, within 3-4 days. Thereafter, apple cider vinegar (malic acid) is then alternated with the original baking soda and lime, plus magnesium supplements 250 mg. At this time than a couple of drops of H2O2, can be taken, for a week or so.
If it doesn't get any better, clove oil, toothpick dipped in it in a glass of water, well stirred will help. People seems to be oversensitive of clove oil, but I find the most effective in reducing the CFS, if they can tolerate the level. However, H2O2 does help, but for me, I used them as a supportive CFS rather than the main venue for CFS remedy. Both zinc (zinc gluconate 50 mg, 2 times a week) and iodine (from kelp) taken every day, is also necessary to raise the immune system.
I had one case of CFS that was cured after taking sufficient amounts of baking soda, citric acid (or lemon juice), with plenty of apple cider vinegar and baking soda, where later H2O2 and baking soda were later used as maintenance dose, in the later stages rather than the initial stages of CFS.
If none of the above is helping than the issue become heavy metal toxicity, in which case, chlorella capsules, one a day 5 days out of a week, and chinese parsley will remove the heavy metals. Sodium ascorbate vitamin C 1000 mg/day should always be taken to lower the level of prooxidants of heavy metals too.
In rare instances, pseudoestrogens from the food we eat and other contaminants maybe causing the problem so taking a bath with borax (which is a better soap for me, at least) should correct or at least reduce the negative effects of them as this promotes testosterone and removes immune suppressing fluorides from the body. And I haven't even need to mention the chlorinated water and its effect on the immune system, which should also be avoided, or neutralize the chlorine.
The key to a cure is to cover all territorities."

11/18/2006: E writes: "Do you have any thoughts about severe exhaustion?"Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "The exhaustion issue can usually be resolved quite quickly doing three things:
1. Vitamin B complex (it is the B5 and B8 that is mostly responsible, but the other Bs is necessary for sugar metabolism to energy) Usually 100 mg.
2. Magnesium chloride/magnesium citrate 250 mg.
3. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon + 1/2 glass of water once in the morning once in the evening.
4. Vitamin E 4000 IU
5. A yet to be identified virus is often the main cause of extreme exhaustion. Consider adding clove oil in your drinking water say, start easy 1 drop per liter of water. More drastic method is clove oil 10% 90% ethyl alcohol, and apply to the extremities (arms, legs, the spinal column) every 10 minutes, do this for about 10 times. It is unlikely the research scientist will ever identify it so just forget looking for literature surveys. The exhaustion issue should be noticeably gone the next day."
