<description> Joanna from Edmonton, Ab, Canada writes: "My 11 year old daughter is currently using an aerochamber for taking 3 puffs of Flovent 250 mcg twice a day. I want to start her on hydrogen peroxide inhalation using the aerochamber, which she is used to using already. We have 3% hydrogen peroxide 10 volume WITHOUT stabilizers (30 mg/mL Hydrogen Peroxide and purified water) that I obtained at Safeway (also available at Save-0n-Foods).

Here are my questions:

1) Should I dilute before administering it to her and if so, how much?

2) Can I use the nasal spray bottle to spray into the aerochamber as I would the spray Flovent or is there something else I could use to get the H2O2 into the chamber?

3) Should she take the H2O2 at a different time than the Flovent and if so, what space of time?

4) Can she also take H2O2 drops in water or juice alongside the inhalation method? If yes, then how much?

5) What about using a humidifier? Which is best - warm or cool mist? Do you put the H2O2 in directly in the water or in the little medicine holder?

I am hopeful that H2O2 can help my daughter after seeing such positive results for my husband's chronic deep cough which he has had for months that got worse after two back-to-back colds. After taking only one puff of H2O2 from a nasal spray bottle 3 times throughout the day and then once before going to bed, he was able to sleep through the night without any coughing and the cough has greatly reduced during the day as well!

Thank you so much for this website. What a blessing!

Looking forward to a reply and specific directions.

Joanna Edmonton, AB

Told her how I have tried many things but it seem to be getting a lot worse. She took some white flour and browned it up slowly in a pan and told me to sprinkle in on her bottom everytime I changed her diaper and by morning it was damn near gone. I was shocked. Have used this many time for my grandchildren and it works like a charm. Hope someone can find this useful.

<description> Pm from Vic, Aus writes: "Hi,

Our daughter was born with dry skin and we have always maintained a good diet with my wife occasionally having meat however our daughter had an outbreak of eczema and we have been trying everything to help alleviate the itching as well as attempting to overcome it. We have pretty much gone raw and although it hasn't completely disappeared it has certainly helped however it keeps recurring. We have cut out all fruits as we think it may be sugar related, take no wheat or any other form of flour, we bathe her in water with neem, baking soda and turmeric, ensure that the surroundings are as cool as possible and always make sure she is wearing clothes made out of cotton.

We also apply neem oil with a base of sesame seed oil and turmeric and this seems to be helping although we don't know what is causing the eczema to flare up. Both my wife and I take probiotics, magnesium, sacha inchi (for protein) and plenty of vitamin c from amla. We have the dehumidifier running round the clock as the property we are residing at has very high level of humidity. We also use detergent that has next to no chemicals and include baking soda as well when washing. Is there something we are missing as we are no closer to finding the root of the cause? Can someone please help as we are at our wits end?

<description> Mommy from Coimbatore, Tn, india writes: "Hello, Thanks to this site. I am struggling from the time my son is born. He was born underweight (1.1 kg) to everyone's surprise because I had no issues during my pregnancy. Even the doctors (son was born in california, USA) didn't predict he will be underweight. From that time I am trying my best to take care of him. He was motherfed only 2 months and my milk stopped due to transistion from US to India. I started giving Neosure and Similac formulas for almost 2 years supplementing with dals, rice, soups, idlis and gerber products. He is now 4 yrs and weighs only 11. He is very, very thin and slender. He looks tiny and anyone who sees him will question me "he is so little, will he eat??... Why is he so tiny and weak?" I have answered soooo many ppl with only one answe r"He was born underweight". Immediately ppl tell.. "Oh! I have seen underweight babies. Now at the age of 3 or 4, they are normal and healthy".. Then I think "Then there is something wrong with my baby".

I keep asking to myself.. Will he grow as a normal child? Will he be able to answer ppl's comments when they tease him directly? "oh.. U r so little"

Oh God.. Even now I can't control my tears. I am giving proper meals. I spend at least 30 min to 40 min daily for a meal.. I will forcebly feed him whatever it takes.. Poor Boy!! He cries.. But I never leave him. If he misses one meal, then he will lose weight.. He doesn't like fatty items-cakes, ice creams, ghee biscuits.

Can anyone help me? I really need something which will make my son gain some weight. His height is normal maybe 2 inches below a normal 4 yr old. But his physique is so poor.

I and my husband are ready to do anything for my son. Please help and I will be really grateful to you guys.

God Bless Everyone.

Thanks

<description> Rebecca from Hong Kong writes: "Hi Ted,

My child is currently 16 mths with 9 kg and 74cm in height. She just gained less than 1 kg and 4 cm after 1 year old. Her head almost did not get bigger and now 46 cm. She was down from 10% around the 3% chart.

She was born with 3.4 kg, length 47 cm, head circumfence of 36cm. Our family are slim but she was much slimmer and shorter than her sister for the same age. Her sister is in the 25% chart.

We saw 2 senior pediatrician. The first one that we met regularly said it is a genetic problem. However, she didn't grow taller this month and I saw another doctor. He said her heart and lung are good. However, the intestine did not move well. He thinks her aborption is not functioning very well. He suggested her to take Simethicone 4 times per day and Cyprohetadine 2 times per day both for 2.5ml each time. What are the natural ways I should try for her? What kind of food and supplement that can help her? I am quite worried about her situation.

I have been giving her brown rice with white rice and some beans before. Should we avoid these food for easy digestion. Thanks a lot for your opinion!

regards,

We have tried every antihistime out there, she lives on benadryl and she has had several courses of predenisone. We are currently giving her 2 tsp of allegra twice a day and benadryl as needed.

Dermatologists have prescribed all kinds of topical steroids which have now become ineffective. She does not sleep well because she is so itchy and she scratches till she is bleeding all over. She goes to the chiropractor once a week and I am looking into acupunture as well. I just had a hair analysis done on her to figure what what her body may be deficient in. I am seeking anything that can help relieve her. Upon reading all the various posts, I am going to look into getting her tested for a histamine intolerance. I need help please.... Medical doctors just want to keep trying various drugs. They all make her sleepy and moody. None get rid of the eczema or the hives permanently. She is miserable and I am exhausted!

<description> Jackie from Pace, Fl writes: "Searching the great world wide web for answers. My grandson is 2 and has been to the ER 4 times this week. His eczema has been getting worse for the past 2 weeks and has caused skin infection on his body from head to toe. He started antibiotic last Sat which is just making him very ill and has changed antibiotics. His itching is now so severe- he can't get any rest much less sleep- he literally wants to rip his skin off (in fact did tonight). He now has ulcers in his mouth and is just a big scab red/raw skin everywhere from his itching.

After 9 hours in the ER last night- we were told they don't know what to do. He is back on steroids which are not doing anything yet. He also has used the strongest steroid cream, an adult does of benadry, zyrtec, and they other stuff (hydroxy - I think) and cream. Still nothing is working with the itch. After reading, I am thinking of doing a diluted ACV bath followed by coconut oil.

<description> Joi from Decatur, Ga writes: "My daughter has adenoids that are partially blocking the back of her nasal passages, and it was causing sleep apnea. I tried many natural treatments with no lasting effect. I took her to an ENT that suggested surgery. Her pediatrician suggested trying steroid nasal spray and allergy testing.

She seems to have allergies: dark circles, stuffy nose, itchiness, red eyes. We tested her and she came up with zero reaction to a large panel of allergens.

We tried the nasal spray and it seems to help, but her adenoid is still huge, and the allergist did xrays and also suggested surgery.

Any ideas to help shrink the adenoid naturally?

<description> Becs4877 from Gisborne, New Zealand writes: "Hi there. My almost-2 year old daughter has had a firm, bloated stomach on and off for quite some time. She is a wonderful eater and has a very healthy diet so haven't thought too much of it. She doesn't appear to be in any pain, her tummy is just noticably bloated or full a lot of the time. I've been to my Chinese doctor who seems to think it's her spleen and a blockage in her stomach. My Chinese doctor is also sourcing a children's 'wellness' tonic for her as we speak.

I've had a look online - they mention everything from gluten/lactose intolerance to too much fructose? She eats a lot of fruit - could this be adding to it? Her stools are quite soft. Has anyone come across this? Could she just be overeating or is it possibly an intolerance to something? She's had a winter of constant colds and sickness, so clearly her immune system is not functioning as well as it should be. Love to hear your thoughts! Thanks!! Rebecca

<description> Tiffany from Orange City, Florida, United States writes: "My daughter (Evelyn) turns 1 October 4th. I am a first time mom so maybe what I'm about to discuss is normal? I don't know. I do have some medical experience, and was actually in school to become a doctor before I had her. BUT it seems like doctors don't think any of her issues are worth looking into. So, I had Evelyn at 34 weeks gestation. She was in the nicu for 2 weeks. When she came home she choked ALL THE TIME. She would turn blue, it was terrible. My doctor didn't believe me so I went to a GI doctor and they did a barium test, and found she has acid reflux. Well she still suffers with it badly. She doesnt spit up near as much but she is constantly choking. When she was in the nicu they said she had a milk allergy so she was on soy. (I tried really hard to breast feed). The soy was even worse so we went to alimentum. Well she STILL had issues on that. So we tried a million different formulas. We switch over to similac organic and it seemed to help. But still has severe gas issues. She's on a thickened diet for the most part. For every ounce of formula we do a teaspoon of earths best rice cereal. She eats very little solids so her main intake is formula. But shes always constipated, always has gas, always has reflux, always sick, and now she has ear tubes because the constant infections. They didnt even help. She still screams and shoves her finger in her ears. I just have this feeling its the milk based formula. But soy was so bad it was INSTANT barf. I just dont know what to do anymore. She has never slept through the night. She wakes up crying and gets a total of maybe 8 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period. Please give me some advice. I just am at a loss.

<description>[BETTER BUT NOT CURED] Scorpioempress from Ridgecrest, Ca writes: "I knew the ACV and Vit C would work, but I doubted the quickness of the relief. I had to do something though for my daughter. She is 4 years old and was in incredible pain. It took days to realize it was a UTI because she wasn't describing it well and I thought it was heat rash on her butt or a rash from not wiping right. She did have some diaper rash looking redness.

We kept putting desenex on her, then she started to apply it to her urethral opening... Which made me wonder if that was where the pain was or if she, but I still didn't know if maybe it was yeast or bladder and that was only this morning... So it took days to realize what was going on. By the fourth day, today, she was crying and squirming. I questioned her and found that it hurts when she pees... then I knew for sure.

I came here because antibiotics are worse than the illness usually and I knew I could at least get some healing started if I needed to go to a dr.

I gave her 2 tbsps ACV in 12 oz distilled water sweetened with 2 packs of stevia. SHE CRIED AND SCREAMED bout the TASTE!!!! I had to force her sip by sip to drink it! Many tears! LOL... But honestly, 20 minutes later she had stopped crying! She is now laughing and wants her nap! I also gave her 2 Vit C pills because she really only drank half the nasty concoction. I'll write again to update since its really only been 30-40 minutes.
