I am 5-5 and weight is 191 pounds with calorie intake of 700 kcal for long years. Recently I have shortness of breath problem since the dr checked my Ferritin and TIBC which were low. My morning ph is 5 and usually spo2 is 99% to 100 %. If I try to alkaline my body with pineapple extract cap than more breathing problem. Please advise me for this and my phone number is 1- 209- 682-5592. Sincerely,

CAN'T GET A FULL BREATH, AIRWAY IS VERY DRY AND SORE
04/14/2011: Anonymous writes: "My symptoms:
Can't get a full breath
Airway very dry, irritated, sore (not throat, but below)
NO mucus production (is a relief when I get some, rare though)
No cough. Forcing myself to couch makes the irritation much worse.
The tightness is all coming from right underneath my solar plexus.
I think this is just an allergic reaction. I had a severe, acute experience once ten years ago. For the past two years though, it's become almost a constant in my life.
thank you, Ted."
06/10/2011: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "The dry airway is lack of hyaluronic acid produced which gives it difficulty breathing. Try hyaluronic acid, but it must be dissolved in a glass of water. Take as much as if necessary to do the job. The allergic reaction could be immune response, so called autoimmunity. Take beta glucan in amounts of 1000 mg. This must also be dissolved in a glass of water, will help normalize immune response, taken 3 times a day. Magnesium citrate, magnesium chloride or magnesium gluconate can help some of your problems.Ted
p.s. Sorry took so long, I wasn't able to answer at that time."

LUNG DAMAGE TREATMENT
11/28/2007: M from Alexandria, Virginia writes: "A woman I have become friends with recently has horrible lung damage from a toxic spray used on a restaurant grill where she worked. She is on oxygen 24 hours a day and now in the hospital with pneumonia. I don't believe she even has the lung strength to get the nasal spray down into her lung area. Could using a nebulizer with Hydrogen Peroxide 3% be a better option for her? If so, should she put it in the nebulizer at full 3% strength (meaning not diluted with water)? Also, how many times a day should she use the nebulizer? She is desperate for help. Please respond ASAP"
Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "It would be recommended for her to use the H202 3% in a nebulizer? In case of a serious pneumonia, I prefer a 3% H2O2, in case if a pneumonia is a mild one, then I think 1% H2O2 is sufficient. However, I prefer to start with a strong one such as 3%, and if there is a problem, I reduce the strenght by 1/2, since pneumonia is fairly agressive and quite difficult to kill. Can the Colloidal Silver be used full strength in the nebulizer and which brand do you recommend or type of Colloidal Silver? A colloidal silver can be used in full strenght. But I prefer to put in 50% colloidal silver in a 50% 3% H2O2 (which is about 1.5% H2O2 after the mixing. This is one possibility. Why I think colloidal silver is better is that I have remember someone coughing up black sooth (possibly from emphysema) and has helped clear up the lungs. However, a way to liquefy the mucus is to use N Acetyl Cysteine 500 mg. may help clear up the breathing as the mucus is now less sticky. It must be noted that certain diets can lead to worsening of the condition, such as cured meats and fried foods. In this case a remedy using 2 tablespoon of lime or lemon juice, plus 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water, should help the body increase the oxygen as well as 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in one glass of water with 3-5 drops of 3% H2O2, taken once in the morning also. Whenever the body is more alkaline, the blood will increase in oxygen, require less need for oxygen. Vitamin E also helps reduce the need for oxygen also, and the dose is either 200 or 400 i.u. Finally slow deep breathing exercise will also reduce the need for excessive oxygen too. The proper way to breathe is to use the stomach to pull in and pull out as the lungs breathes. Children seem to have the correct instant from breathing using their stomach, and that is the proper method. Therefore, in certain emphysema if fungus is indicated, H2O2 nebulizer may help. At least it kills off the pathogens which block the breathing passages. If there is any more thing to be done, I think taking some allantoin rich food such as aloe vera and perhaps iodine foot painting (or iodine drops used as a mouthwash in 1/2 glass of water) may also help some regeneration of the lungs, or at least increase the immunity."

LUNG DAMAGE TREATMENT
M writes: "Would the same apply for the emphysema? Are the lungs more wet with the emphysema as well? I think she is responding to the pneumonia but the emphysema keeps her on Oxygen 24-hours a day? It would be recommended for her to use the H202 3% in a nebulizer? Can the Colloidal Silver be used full strength in the nebulizer and which brand do you recommend or type of Colloidal Silver? Thanks for your help"
Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "I can use a full strength 3% H2O2 as a nebulizer. The key for me is to use just enough so that the stinging doesn't occur. So I might breathe a 3% H2O2 for a minute or two then stop perhaps 10 minutes, then continue is what I have done in the past. In my experience, the frequent use of H2O2 may cause drying, which is good since in a pneumonia is filled with fluids and tends to dry up the fluids filled in the lungs. Therefore common sense is needed as to the frequency of use. Certain anti-fungal aromatherapy smelling salts might be helpful such as camphor for example. One reason why pneumonia is so unresponsive in current medical practice is the fungus that grows in the lungs. A good antifungal remedy that I have used taken internally is to also take 1/4 teaspoon of borax in one liter of drinking water plus 10 drops of 3% H2O2 and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and drink this throughout the day for 4 or 5 days to help me. A combination will be synergistic. If a frequent H2O2 use results in a headache, I will take 1000 mg of sodium ascorbate vitamin C. Fungus tends to grow whenever the body is acid, and alkalizing is important. An alternative way if H2O2 is unsuccessful for a couple of days is to use colloidal silver as a nebulizer."
