REMOVING BACTERIA FROM SKIN?

A Reader writes: "My perspiration has been smelling a little like skunk lately (yuck). Is there anything I can do?"

Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Yes, try to take a bath using some sea salt and bentonite (clay). Mix them in water, at least it will remove most of the bacteria causing body odor. The second thing that might help is to take internally 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda mixed with water twice every day. The baking soda will reduce the body's acidity thus reducing the bacteria in the blood by increasing the alkalinity. When alkalinity of the body is increase, they oxygen gets oxidized and thus removes your body odor."

WHY DO I HAVE BO?

A Reader writes: "Hi, I have a question. I have horrible underarm odor, and I have tried hundreds of deodorants, both drugstore and natural. I've tried everything from the crystal to wheat grass juice, and nothing seems to work. Any type of fragrance deodorant multiplies this problem. I am a clean person, I bathe daily, have good hygiene, so I can't figure out why I have this unbelievable odor. Any ideas?"

Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Usually a body odor is bacterial in nature. The best you can do is take 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid twice a day two times a day, once in evening and morning. Take a bath in borax and wash the solution especially in the areas in question. Also, eat some yogurt now and then to restore the intestinal flora. People with body odors tend to eat a lot of fried foods, milk, and meats. So try to eat more fresh leafy green vegetables and less sugar."
